As soon as I pulled into the driveway, I was in love with the place. The staff was wonderful. All very professional and very helpful when asked a question whether it was regarding direction as to where to go or about the food which the food was amazing! I couldn't stop eating! The DJ did a great job, no one wanted the music to end we were having so much fun. One of the best weddings I'v been to in awhile. Congrats Matt & Jenna Triano

What a magical, magical experience! Villa Barons went above and beyond what I imagined. They truly made us feel like royalty. It was the best day of my life. The food presentatation was amazing and the Viennese hour was out of this world. So many people came to us and told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Everyone, from owner to waiter were professional. They also provided our five layered cake and it was a hit. They made sure we sat and ate. They brought us everything that was being served during the cocktail hour to our private room. My wedding attendant was absolutely phenomenal! She never left my side and provided me with everything. I wish I could've lived in that moment forever. I got to enjoy every second of my wedding reception thanks to the experience and professionalism of Villa Barone Hill top Manor.

What can I say other than I LOVE EVERYTHING about the Villa Barone Hilltop Manor!!! The best experience of my whole wedding planning process was choosing to have my wedding reception at the Villa Barone HM. Everyone worked so closely with me and I even had a hick-up in the road and before I could even take a moment to stress out about something going wrong, the VBHM team took care of my little dilemma that presented itself. I went and visited other venues and they would say to me "go look around and see other venues and let me know if you want to book with us" - However, when I went to check out the VBHM they said to me "we would be honored to do your wedding" That translated to me that they cared about me & the event. They were willing to work with me and my husband through out everything and for that I have the upmost respect for the Villa Barone Hilltop Manor :) Thank You Nicky, Vinny, Dominic, Cristina, Steve and Benny just to name a few . . . . Dealing with Vinny and his staff for our New Years Eve wedding couldn't have gone any more smoothly. We have been getting phone calls from guests every day saying how beautiful the hall is, and most importantly, how delicious the food was and how much food was provided! Everyone says they have never been to a wedding that had so much quality food. The Vienesse Hour definitely stole the show. Jimmy our Maitre D and Christina my bridal attendant went above and beyond the call of duty and helped us with everything we needed to ensure the evening went off without a hitch. Wonderful night with wonderful staff. Thank you Vinny, Jimmy, Christina, and everyone else who made our night so special!

Beautiful venue and very attentive staff. The people are definately flexible with menus and such, the timing for my event they were not flexible with which resulted in a 2 hour gap between church ceremony and reception but in the end it worked out. They have a lake property for pictures which is pretty and they even had refreshments there waiting for us, very kind. They do more than 1 event at a time (which doesn't bother me) but they manage where you can go on site and when to avoid seeing another bride (this limited when I could access bridal suite and such). I also wish that they let you leave your stuff in the suite for the duration of the event instead of constantly bringing it all into our reception. Overall I had a wonderful time and recommend them highly.

The food was great. All the staff were very professional and friendly. All my guests had a wonderful time. The service and decor were outstanding. Nicky, the owner, was the best. The vendors he recommended were perfect. Benny, our maitre de', was amazing and went above and beyond. He took care of everything. THANK YOU guys.

AMAZING! There are honestly no words to explain the quality, attention to detail, kindness, and service that we felt on our wedding day. The entire staff at Villa Barone, from Dominic to Vinny to my bridal attendant and the servers treated myself and my husband like royalty. The food was to die for...our guests said it was the best they ever had and the best, most elegant wedding reception they had seen. Villa Barone also set up a cultural ceremony for us that took our breath away. It was so perfect and they made sure we were happy and taken care of in every possible way. BOOK VILLA BARONE! HANDS DOWN----This is the place to have your wedding! It was a wedding celebration for the history books- what a MAGICAL VIBE! Nicky, Vinny + Staff were extremly professional and so attentive...to every single detail. Our goal was to be totally carefree on the day of- and boy were we! We were treated like gold, but most importantly, so were our guests.The waitstaff really catered to each tables needs, the bartenders were fun and made great drinks. The food was incredible- on a scale of 1-10, our guests commented that our Cocktail Hour was off the charts! Food served during our Reception was delicious and the portions were very generous. Then came dessert-- WOW.Amazing presentation! Our After Party continued to impress- the DJ was great and yes, there was more food for our guests to continue to snack on. I love the Villa Barone Hilltop Manor! Our wedding was a few weeks ago and I'm still smiling from it. The staff at the Villa Barone made our wedding so special and so memorable! The quality of the food was superb! Several of my guests commented about the food, claiming it was the best they ever had. The hall was so beautiful and so clean, there wasn't a fork out of place. The staff was friendly and courtious to all my guests. I had my own private attendant who made me feel like royalty.

My husband and I hired outside bakers to decorate our cake. Our wedding was a few days before Halloween, so we chose zombie cake toppers. The Villa Barone made us a gorgeous, 5 tier cake, that was delicious! Sadly, the outside baker we hired was not so wonderful. When they arrived to the hall they placed the figures on our cake. The pieces were made of fondant and were extremely heavy. The bride topper fell off our cake, taking half the top tier with it. The Villa Barone staff immedietly took over. They called they cake designer in to come fix our cake that the oustide company had screwed up! In the end the cake was perfect! The Villa Barone made the cake look brand new! No one ever knew it was messed up!

The Villa Barone staff made our wedding so perfect! I am so happy I chose to get married there. I'm currently helping my cousin plan her wedding for next year at the Villa Barone.

What can I say but WOW! The food was superb, the service was outstanding, and the professionalism and the organization of the staff left every single one of guests raving about how awesome my wedding was! We had a few snafu's on our end but somehow each time VBHM was there to avert the crisis! (1. my maid of honor had an allergic asthma attack from the flowers during the ceremony, but the staff @Villa Barone responded lightning quick in helping her... I didn't even know what had happened until after! 2. My candelabra rental company did not set up the candelabra, instead they just left it all in the middle of the room, but no worries! VBHM to the rescue! They only had an Hour but every single one of my candelabra were assembled lit and ready for the reception! 3. My bustle ripped, but yet again I was spared! My bridal attendant safety pinned it all back together for me!) The venue is gorgeous....gorgeous. Our reception was in the tivoli room which has this modern geometric ceiling that really impacts your guests when they first walk in. The rooms also have beautiful granite dance floors. We got married in front of their beautiful waterfall. Lucky for us the rain held out until just after our ceremony! Had it rained VB had already set up a beautiful room inside for the ceremony just in case!! The cake was included in my package and let me tell you I could not have been happier! It was every bit as sparkly and dramatic as I wanted! It was also delicious!!! My guests all raved about the service, the wait staff was impeccable! Friendly, polite, helpful, polished, good looking, quick, on point, and professional were all compliments I received from my guests about the waiters.The best decision I ever made was deciding to splurge and get the Viennesse Hour! OMG... It is more amazing than you know... I was crying when they came out with all the different dessert stations, ice cream cart, cordial station....wow ..it was just epic. Our reception was September 15th 2012. Words cannot express how AMAZING and WONDERFUL this venue is. From the very beginning they treated us like family and we feel that they still are. Our guests and ourselves traveled to this venue from Connecticut was it was over an hour drive for everyone and it was definetly worth the drive!!! The hall was spotless, elegant and gorgeous, the service was impeccable, the food was amazing and the staff was top notch! We had our coctail hour outside on the patio with the huge waterfall in the background and the awesome scenic views and it felt and looked like we were in an italian piazza in italy. The expressions on our guests faces was priceless when they walked out into the coctail hour. It is 100% worth the money to have coctail hour outside!!!!! Dinner was delicious and everyone is still telling us how amazing the food was. My guests said they felt like they were on a 5 star cruise ship with all the food displays, ice sculptures and of course the first class service. The venetian hour was unbelievable! My guests were completely blown away my the time venetian came out and when they saw villa barones venetian display they were breathless. Everyone can not stop talking about this venue. Villa barone made our day an absoulte fairy tale. My husband and I felt like royalty our whole wedding night. There is NOTHING that villa barone hilltop manor could have done better. This place does it right! The staff exp. Nicky and Vinny were so wonderful when working with us before and at our wedding. It is so obvious that all the staff here love thier jobs and put there heart into everything they do at this venue. Our wedding was the best day of our lives thanks to this venue! Our parents couldnt have been more pleased. We cannot wait to come back and be guests at a wedding here.

Villa Barone Hilltop was the best wedding venue I've ever been to!

We did extensive research before we booked our venue and Villa Barone's outdoor wedding space was the deciding factor for us. Plus, their marble dance floor and chandeliers were beautiful.
We booked the grand ballroom w/ the outside patio - beautiful.

Vinny was the nicest person to deal with. He was so warm and treated us like family. He answered all my questions, calls, emails promptly and with such sincerity.

The day of our wedding was the most fabulous day of my life. My lady in waiting, Christina, was amazing. She handled all the little things for me and was by my side the whole time, whether I needed a cocktail or needed to get into the bridal suite.

Dominick was a wonderful Maitre'D. He made sure everything went smoothly and was so polite to my family and friends. At the end of the night the staff packed everything for me (left over food, cake, viennese hour stuff and extra equipment I brought - it was all ready for me). I did not have to worry about ONE thing.

The food was DELICIOUS. The Viennese hr & martini bar were AMAZING. The staff was equipped w/ ear pieces & made me feel like a VIP the whole time. Each waiter was SO polite and professional.

They have everything you can dream of: chiavari chairs, beautiful potted flowers everywhere, scenic views, & personable staff.

We booked our wedding & thought it would be great but after the party me, my husband and both our families said it was BEYOND what we expected.

Absolutely Amazing!! People are still talking about it! The day was a beautiful! Cocktail hour was outdoors. We had a mozzarella table, 3 carving stations, a pasta station, a raw bar and so much more. WE had over 200 people and many from out of state/country so they were not familiar a "NY wedding". It was White glove service all the way!!

I had a wonderful bridal attendant, Christina. I never had to ask for a drink b/c she always had one ready for me, she carried my veil/train until the party began. She brought me my change of shoes and even fixed my hair when needed. She knew exactly what to do! I felt really spoiled!!

Cocktail hour was just the beginning. We had a 4 course dinner followed by Viennese TABLES for desserts..not just the wedding cake. We had chocolate fountains, ice sculptures, specialty drinks and did I mention the FIREWORKS!! Fabulous!! Food, drinks..all of it..was to die for!!

We also had an afterparty. I thought it was going to be time to wind down, relax and have more coffee. Well, there was more coffee, breakfast..and a DJ!! I was blown away. By the time I got down stairs the room looked like a club! Initially I didn’t think we really needed to have an after party but I am soo glad we did. My husband and I got to spend some real quality time with our guests.

100% professionalism and 100% satisfaction. It was memorable for us and for everyone that attended. From the moment you walk in they scoop you under their wings and you don't have a care in the world. Not many brides can say this but I did very little worrying or stressing. I have my job for that!!

I want to thank Nicky and Johnny, their family, as well as Dominic, Vinny, Christina and all of their supportive staff for making our wedding day beyond our wildest expectations. The three most important things I wanted for my wedding was great food, great music and great partying and they accomplished it all. We could not be happier. I would highly recommend this place!!

My husband and I felt like our wedding was the ROYAL wedding. Our guest kept saying we have never seen so much food at one time. My bridal attendant christina was beyond amazing, every time I turned around there she was asking me if I needed anything. Nicky, Johnny, Vinny c and Vinny a are such gentleman and made sure every fine detail was handled with excellence. They treated us like royalty from day 1 and the process was as smooth as silk. Very professional, accomodating and make sure that your vision comes to life on your day. Our Maitre D' Dominick and our attendant Alexa were hands down the best we could have asked for. No detail was left out and our every wish was taken care of. Definitely highly recommend. Our ceremony was in their outside area with the new waterfall feature and it was incredibly picturesque....Loved everything about Villa Barone!

I cannot say enough good things about the Villa Barone. The staff made my wedding reception something I thought I could only dream of. WOW WOW WOW... Villa Barone Hilltop Manor was unbelievable! Not only is it a stunningly beautiful venue inside and out, the food is amazing, and the people are even better. Gianni (one of the owners) dealt with me personally throughout the planning process, and he was incredibly patient with all my crazy bride questions and went above and beyond to make me happy. Everything about my wedding day was perfect and it all started here... the outdoor waterfall area for the ceremony was breathtaking. They even made me a funfetti wedding cake, it was beautiful and tasted great. My guests are still talking about the food, and the Vienesse (dessert) hour was out of control awesome- you won't be disappointed! My bridal assistant, Alexa, was fantastic as well. She was so sweet, and by my side making sure everything was perfect the whole time- she even helped me change my shoes! I can't say enough about how much they did to make our day unforgettable. If i could have rated them higher i would have. I can't even say enough about the service and quality of work they put in. They truly enjoy what they do and there work shows it! If I had to do it all over again i definitely would book with them again. The Villa Barone Hilltop Manor was above and beyond our expectations. Throughout the planning they promised to make our wedding perfect and they followed through with that all the way. The food, the staff, the room, everything was amazing. About 10 minutes into cocktail hour they lost power in the entire town and 5 seconds later their backup generator was up and running the place like nothing happened - and it did for the entire night! That alone was worth every penny! Thank you Nicky, Vinny and Robert for making our day so wonderful!

Simply amazing. From our first conversation with them till our actual wedding day, they were always professional and attentive. Till this day, my guest are still raving about all the food and the services Villa Barone provided. I want someone to have a wedding there so Icahn return as a guest and enjoy everything again.

They treat you with white glove service. You feel like you are family. You don't need to worry about anything which relaxes you knowing you are in good hands. Johnny, Rob, Vinny, Christine were all very helpful in making our special day the most talked about wedding that our guests have ever been to. Let me begin by saying that this review could not possibly do the Villa Barone justice! You have to see it to believe how amazing the venue and the people are here. We did our booking with Nicky but by the time the wedding came along we knew everyone there on a first name basis, even Jaqueline at the front desk! Everyone was willing to help and cater to us from day one!
Room...
We went with the upstairs room because we had almost 300 people and I love the chandeliers!! It truly looks like a ballroom! You also have a private patio for your guests if you choose that room.
Bridal Attendant...
Billy Jo was amazing! She told us exactly what to expect for every part of the wedding (walking in, first dance, greeting guests, everything!!!) She was always a step behind me filling my glass, fixing my dress, or taking good care of the cards people were handing us. I didn't need my bridesmaids for anything. She helped me go to the girls room and bustled my dress without any help or hesitation! I had a second dress, the first one was a ball gown, the second was a form fitting one that tied up the back. Again, with no help she had me change in minutes. I truly felt like a princess!! Thanks Billy Jo!- Nicky give her a raise ;)
Vendors...
Nicky helped us choose the most amazing vendors (which I will be writing reviews about them in the near future too!) All the vendors I chose (flowers, dj, photographer)have worked with the Villa Barone and I couldn't have been happier with ALL of them!
Food...
Well this was one of our priorities!!! When we booked we asked for two things, great service and good food, and Nicky promised us both and pulled through with more than we could have imagined!!! We had gone to a wedding a month before there and my very particular (somewhat hard to please) mother did not like the choice of dinner selections and became very nervous about the food. We went to Nicky with her concerns and at our tasting he said he would have the chef cook all night for us until we found the dishes we were satisfied with. It didn't take long to choose what we liked (filet mignon, crusted filet of sole, and our favorite the stuffed chicken!!!) When we got to the wedding my Dad (who's Greek and in the restaurant business as were so many of our guests) came up to us and the first thing he said was that the lamb was delicious!! He talked about the lamb before he congratulated us lol! Everyone raved about the cocktail hour, especially the shrimp (so glad we added it)! The cake was beautiful and delicious! My only regret was not taking some home! I only got to taste the one huge piece that my husband shoved in my face. The viennese hour was insane!!! Everyone raved about this too! The display they put on is memorable! We decided on the chocolate fountain last minute and I am so glad we did! It looked beautiful! Tasted good too! And on top of everything, they came around with samples of each of the dinner options for everyone to taste if they still had room! My husband and I didn't really get to eat very much so Billy Jo packed us the chicken and steak and thank god she did! We ate it when we got back to our hotel and it was delicious even cold!
Service...
Rob was our maitre'd and was excellent! He was so attentive of us and of both of the main tables (the mom tables)! There wasn't a glass empty or a napkin not folded all night! Some of my guests also commented on how attentive the wait staff was, so I know they weren't just catering to us! They were catering to all of our guests. Nicky was there all night. Even Vinnie and Johnny came to see how things were going. It's a family business and you feel like family when you deal with them. I wouldn't hesitate to have more of our family functions there in the future!

I could go on for hours about our experience with the Villa Barone! The bottom line is ...our wedding was amazing all because we chose the Hilltop Manor!!! The only thing that went wrong was that it went by too quickly. I am still on cloud nine! To all the staff at the Villa Barone...I can't thank you enough!

We were married on July 8th, 2011. After the ceremony, the skies opened up and it began pouring. We reached the Villa Barone safely and waiting for us outside with umbrellas was the Matre D, bridal attendant and other workers. From the moment we stepped off of our party bus, EVERYONE at the Villa Barone made us turn torrential rain into a rainbow. The entire night was absolutely perfect from beginning to end! Not only was my husband and I treated like royalty, but our parents were as well. Family members and friends are still raving to us about the food that was served to them that night. They cannot stop raving about how outstanding it was! I had a very specific way I wanted the room set up and when I walked into it that night, it was absolutely EXACTLY how I envisioned it. It was perfect! Overall, my entire experience from the planning stage to our actual wedding day was absolutely perfect! I want to give a special shout out to Vinny, Rob and Billie Joe who made sure our day was so special! I HIGHLY recommend the Villa Barone Hilltop Manor for your wedding reception!!!

Villa Barone Hilltop Manor made my wedding day a dream come true. The staff, food and service was amazing. Our guests could not stop remarking at what an amazing place and how wonderful everything was. The food was top quality and tasted great. The Hilltop Manor was a wonderful choice for our wedding. Every detail and request was accounted for and made our wedding day go off without a hitch. Robert and all the staff at Villa Barone were fantastic!!!! they helped us every step of the way and went above and beyond to make the day everything we wanted. They made sure it was all about me and my husband. The staff helped us find vendors and the food cake and the whole day was perfect. The Villa Barone Hilltop Manor.....where do I even begin?? They only can give 5 out of 5 stars on here...but I would rate them an 11 off the charts. There just doesn't seem to be enough words to describe how outstandingly wonderful they are! From the very begining from our first meeting, to the whole planning process, and right until the very end of the night. They were the most flexible, understanding, caring and professional people I have ever had the absolute pleasure to have make my DREAM wedding come true!! They totally worked with us within our budget, and didn't try to "sell" us anything we didn't want or couldn't afford like some other vultures out there do. Vinny and Nicky...you were superb! You and your staff treated me and my guests like we were family. I don't even think the word "NO" is in their vocabulary, because there was no request that was denied us. Everyone was absolutely BLOWN away by everything from the littlest details down the the major events, food and the atmosphere. Even our guests who regularly attend big "New York style" weddings said that our wedding was one of the best they've ever been to! Everything was planned and timed perfectly!! We didn't feel like we missed a thing, which is something you hear most couples complain about with their weddings. Well, not here. We had our summer wedding at the Villa Barone Hilltop Manor, and mainly worked with Nick. This place was a dream. We had our ceremony outside and the reception in the second floor hall. We actually booked before they did some renovation to the place and everything was finished as promised. Nick worked closely with my husband and I to come up with a tailored menu which the guests still talk about. My father has been in the restaurant business his whole life and the food and service was well beyond his expectations. We also opted for the Viennese tables and all I can say is WOW!!! I couldn't believe this wedding was mine! Again, what a dream. The venue itself has so many different areas to take photos and our album came out phenomenal because of the variety of scenery. The staff at the Villa Barone felt like family and friends, and I have nothing but raving reviews for the entire experience beginning to end.

I have previously also wrote this review on the knot and want to let future brides have a chance to read what an amazing place this is, so I am reposting it here also. Thanks for reading! I am 15 days married!!!! Our wedding took place on 7/31/10 at Villa Barone Hilltop Manor in Mahopac, NY. We had over 240 guests, it was a night people have talked about for the past two weeks. No words can describe what an amazing wedding it was. The only way I can explain it to future brides is that I felt like a celebrity. Everything went according to plan and BEYOND my expectations!!! Actually the reception/catering hall did everything I wanted and more!! People have been talking about my wedding for the past 2 weeks, my parents had phone calls every day since the wedding, telling them how beautiful the reception was and that the food was out of this world, and no other place could match a wedding like we had. I am on the top of the world, I think the best thing about it, is they put so much effort in to making us know we were the important people of the night and what we wanted we would have. They treated our guests with utmost respect and catered to their every need with a smile. The timing was amazing, all day the limos were in contact with the reception hall, when we arrived I heard one of the managers on the ear piece announce to the other staff BRIDE AND GROOM HAVE ARRIVED!!! Everyone was on their toes ready to do what they had to do to make our night one to remember!!!! When I say I felt like a celebrity it is an understatement, I felt like I was Chelsea Clinton getting married :-) on July 31, 2010. I wish I could have let you live the night with me because it was a fairy tale. I smiled the entire night, I had not one worry about the catering hall, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we had direction of what to do, where to go, it just was unreal. I had a bridal attendant who never missed a beat. She was like a personal assistant :-) but never got annoying she had a drink in my hand before I finished the previous one, she had food in my dish before I even asked, she fluffed my dress before I could see it was not fluffed!!! I guess all I can explain is Villa Barone Hilltop Manor in Mahopac, NY is different then any other local vendor in hudson valley, ny. There may be places out there that will give you the same package for different prices, but an italian catering hall is going to give you the best food, the best service, the best atmosphere, and in the end that is the best price. I went there the other day to express my gratitude to the managers and owners of Villa Barone Hilltop Manor. I felt I needed to tell everyone I could about this place. I told them the organization, the professionalism of the waiters was just incredible. Both my husbands parents and my parents said their waiter took care of their family like it was their own. To the waitstaff, to the bartenders, managers, owners, bridal attendant, chef, valet attendants and all the rest of the crew, THEY WERE AMAZING, If I can tell every future bride that their day will be the best day of their lives with their reception in the hands of Villa Barone Hilltop Manor then here is living proof, that the fairy tale wedding you dreamed of is possible, when you have the right people doing it for you!!!!. Thanks for listening and reading my post, its the least I can do to let people know how lucky I was. I feel other brides deserve to feel the happiness I felt on my special day. This was the best day of my life, a day I married the love of my life, and a day to always remember. People always tell me horror stories about their wedding reception, all I can say is it was perfect! When I have a chance I will try to post some pictures of how amazing the room looked, and how our seats were set up like a king and queen, you will be shocked, my friends tell me it was the best wedding they have ever been to and I believe it!!! :-)

I cannot say enough about how WONDERFUL the staff at Villa Barone Hilltop was for my wedding. From the moment we walked through the doors, each and every staff member treated us like family. Every single thing we asked for was furnished and without problem, complaint, delay or hesitation. This included a 3 tier flowing cheese fountain (the ONLY request my husband had for the entire wedding) that they created for our cocktail hour, even though it was something that had not been even tried before. They bent over backwards to make us happy. The day of the wedding was PERFECT. My husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Everything was taken care of and was PERFECT! I am proud to say that people still say my wedding was one of the best they've been to, and in Westchester that is saying a lot--the competition is stiff. But in my opinion, Villa Barone Hilltop beats any other place in Westchester, HANDS DOWN!

There was stuff good and bad and I’m focusing more on the bad because it was a lot of little things that put a downer on my day. I will say the ceremony was beautiful, the venue was beautiful, and the food was amazing. However, I felt very rushed and I didn’t like that I couldn’t get up when I wanted to from my seat. There was a time that they had me sitting when I could’ve walked around to my guests and it wasted a lot of time.
The staff was not great and not very helpful. My bridal attendant was very rude to my girls and to me that’s not the way they should be treated. They asked for the bridal suite to be opened by her and she refused and said, “What would you like me to do about it?” John also asked her if she could go look for something left outside and she said she would go look. When she came back John asked if she found it and she just flat out ignored him and pretended not to hear him. The rest of the staff, ughh. I can’t tell how many times we asked for things to be done and they wouldn’t get done. Example, John’s cake was in the corner where no one could see it, we asked numerous times for it to be moved and it just didn’t happen. And this one gets me most of all, one of the waiters (in his 20’s) hit on John’s 13 year old cousin. She looks a little older but jeez, don’t assume. Very unprofessional. Also, about the staff, the car parking people came and took my candy buffet items before any of my guests, how rude.
On a side note, they did lie to me. They have said from day one that there will only be one ceremony per day. Well guess what, on my day, there were mine and another one.
My mom left very detailed instructions of how I wanted things and they just didn’t do a lot of it. She left a packing list, and they ended up leaving/losing some of my stuff including my custom aisle runner which was very expensive and they will buy me a new one if they don’t find it. The worst part of it is that they don’t care. I called there with a list of stuff I was missing this morning and I told them that they broke my cake topper that I worked so hard on for days and they don’t care; not even an apology. And the way they packed things, they just threw it all in boxes, didn’t care how it was. They took all of the complaints in stride and just Okayed us to death and to me it’s wrong. They put the venue and service on a pedestal and it just didn’t come out how they presented it. When you have expectations because they are raised so high, you don’t expect service like this. Also, I talked to my florist this morning to see if he had taken the crystals I bought from the vases so DH could pick them up next week. Not only the vases come back empty to him but 5 of the columns he had for the ceremony flowers were missing when he went to pick them up. He's upset and I'm upset for him. Here's the kicker that makes me want to scream, and I know my florist would never lie to me or make this up. He said to someone that works there, "Jaimie has really nice stuff and she's so detailed oriented, it's great." Whoever he said this to, replied back, and I kid you not ladies, "Detailed? She’s psycho." I am the calmest bride ever. What have I done to be called this? Nothing. I'm more fumed than I was before. It honestly makes me want to cry thinking about it all.

We loved every second of our time at Villa Barone Hiltop Manor! Nicky and Johnny were excellent in helping us plan our special day and Rob executed our wedding night without a hiccup. The food was amazing...everything from cocktail hour, drinks, appetizers, dinner, and my favorite - dessert. They have amazing outdoor areas which you wouldn't guess from seeing if off the road...their rooftop decks are awesome. I HIGHLY recommend considering this venue for weddings.

From the minute that we sat down with owner Nicky Crecco, we felt at home. My husband and I had seen the website while we were searching for a place to get married. We sent in an inquiry, and within the hour we recieved a call. We were greeted at the door by Robert, the general manager. He offered us a drink, and asked us to wait. Not more than 5 minutes passed, and Nicky came to greet us. He explained the process of a wedding reception, and then led us through the rooms. Because we were anticipating 350 guests, we settled on the main ballroom. Nicky sat down with us, and created a custom menu just for our needs. We decided on the deluxe package, and were not disappointed! The day of our wedding was the most memorable day of my life. Not only was everything perfect, but Nicky threw in a few extra touches that we had not anticipated. From the personalized ice sculptures to the novelty ice cream cart, the wedding was a complete success. Throughout the day, my bridal attendant (wish I could remember her name) was right next to me. Our wedding was in January, and our guests are still calling us and raving about the party! I can personally vouch for the amazing staff and food at the villa barone.

I would like to express how thankful I am to have been able to have had my wedding at this venue and to have worked with the BEST staff in the catering/wedding business. There are no words to describe my gratitude and appreciation for everything Nicky, Johnny, Vinny, Rob and the rest of the staff put into making our day the most special and perfect day of our lives. Starting from the first day we met with Nicky to discuss our wedding, we immediately wanted to have it there. We had a sense of comfort that Nicky and his staff would do a superb job and I knew that this was one thing I would never have to worry about. Needless to say, we were NOT disappointed. They took care of everything and went above and beyond what they had to do. We instantaneously felt a connection with Nicky and his staff as if we had known them forever. They instantly welcome you into the Villa Barone family. Nicky and Vinny made my wedding planning seamless and stress free (At least for me, I'm sure I stressed them out some!) Any little bump in the road I thought I came across they immediately took care of and did anything and everything to make me happy. Everyone at Villa Barone maintained a high level of professionalism throughout. They always reassured me and gave me a sense of calmness that everything would be flawless. Nicky worked with us on customizing our entire wedding to make it set apart from the rest.... and it did! Our wedding was almost one year ago to the day and our guests are still raving about it! From the amazing cocktail hour, to the impeccable service, incredible food, to how beautiful the place is and the most insane Venetian hour ever! It was like being at a festival, everyone had the most amazing time. Not to leave out the after party that they helped us to create! Hands down the best wedding ever! All we heard from our guests was how they never been to a wedding like this! Nicky, Vinny, Johnny and Rob made us feel like we were celebrities. Our drinks were never empty, our dishes always full. They made sure they accommodated our every wish. I was in complete awe on how they waited on us. It was all so amazing and surreal. They were on top of everything from day one, from when the planning began to when we pulled up to Villa Barone on the day of our wedding where they were outside waiting for us to the very end, making sure everything was in place until the moment we left. My maître d’ was also amazing, as she was there every time I turned around. Just as important, they made our guests feel just as special. The quality of service that they provide cannot and will not be unsurpassed. Without a doubt the BEST wedding venue around. I cannot say enough about the Villa Barone... AMAZING! This day would not and could not have been what it was without these guys. We will forever consider them friends of ours and look forward to having future events with them as we start our own family. To Nicky, Johnny, Vinny and Rob... THANK YOU! We seriously cannot thank you enough!!!

Robert and Ricky made our special day incredible! All of our friends and relatives keep on telling us that it was the best wedding that they have ever been to.

I am so impressed with the Villa Barone Hilltop Manor! We got married 3 years ago there, and to this day people still can not stop talking about our wedding from the whole look of the place, how polite the staff was to all of our guests and the food which is amazing no one went home hungry. The staff was so helpfull from the first day we walked in to book our wedding they made every dream i had for our wedding day come true. I would def. recommend Villa Barone!

I have to say I was not a bride but a part of the bridal party for my sister. Villa Barone was over the top amazing!!! My sister and her husband have very high standards and every one of them were met, all night long guests were gushing over how amazing the food and the service was, and how smoothly things were going. I would highly recommend Villa Barone for any and all occasions. They made my job as the maid of honor a breeze in making sure the bride and groom were well cared for as well as our guests.

The Villa Barone is a beautiful place for a wedding. As a wedding photogrpaher location is so important. The Villa Barone provides a wonderful backdrop for the images from we produce. I always look forward to shooting a wedding there.
