Hilton Garden Inn Emeryville

I was really disappointed with the customer service here. I contacted their Events Coordinator about 3 times through phone and email, but never received any type of response. Finally, I decided to just go to the hotel and check it out myself. When I arrived, the front desk contacted the EC for me and sure enough, she was too busy to come out (granted I didn't have an appointment, but I thought she could have at least said hello). They let me take a quick look at their banquet hall located on the top floor, which has a beautiful view of the bay (the only reason I rated them 2 stars instead of 1). A friend of mine who's getting married this summer also contacted this venue and got a similar response. Don't bother!
