I absolutely loved everything about my wedding. So did the people who attended! It was absolutely amazing. They made everything stress free and beyond beautiful. If you have an idea, they can make it reality.

If I had to plan my wedding a million times over, I would choose Cedarwood EVERY time. This is the MOST incredible wedding venue you could ever dream up. My new husband and I have been overwhelmed by the response from our friends and family who attended. We have heard "that was the most beautiful wedding I've ever been to" from most of our guests.

As a busy professional, I was worried about having the time to plan an elaborate wedding, but Cedarwood made it seem like a cakewalk. With just TWO planning sessions (about 4 hours total) they streamlined my vendor selections. The flowers, cake, catering, invitations, programs, ceremony musicians were all included and all were TOP NOTCH. They took my inspiration boards...and not only pulled them off....but improved on them in a breath-taking way.

The first hour upon arriving at the site on my wedding day (the grounds and the house are STUNNING!!!!), I kept whispering "oh my goodness! look how beautiful!" It was so gorgeous and surreal, I couldn't help but feel that I was crashing someone else's wedding...thus the need to whisper. :) I was most pleased to see that "personal touches" I wanted to include where done in the most ELEGANT way.

Christa, the wedding director at Cedarwood, is like the jedi master of weddings. They coordinated with our audio guy, videographers, photographers, limo (who we hired independently) and made sure they were on their A-game too.

Everyone's calm disposition helped me enjoy my day and relax. It ran like clockwork and Christa made it seem effortless. We had a *huge* wedding party (22 bridal party members and huge extended families) and she helped us get amazing photos in a "snap." Most people say your wedding day will be a blur, but Cory and I enjoyed every minute because Cedarwood took the reigns and allowed us to soak up our special moments.

We couldn't have been more pleased with Cedarwood. Not only did they do a phenomenal job making sure every detail was attended to just like we wanted, but they even thought of things I could've never anticipated! They even made sure we had to-go bags with cake and dinner after we left! In addition they were a great value when you consider all the little extras that add up with other locations because it seemed like so much was included in the price. This venue was incredible. I was on a tight budget, and they worked with me to make it affordable and incredible. When I saw the package details I was a little hesitant, but they let me substitute several of my own vendors and credited the $ back to me. Everyone who came to my wedding said it was the most beautiful wedding they'd ever been to, and it felt like a fairy tale. It was hot outside (July in TN), but no one cared b/c it was stunning and they could go in the house to cool off. The team of people who work with you are incredibly talented & make everything feel stress free. I can honestly say it was worth every penny and more...

I'm an "easy bride" which means I had no plan probably any weddin planners nightmare, but Cedarwood was AMAZING! They gave me the wedding of my dreams. Linda read mine and John's style perfectly. I wanted my guests to feel like they were in a backyard wedding of a wealthy southern family and they nailed it! The antique china tea cups and Jordan almonds were a throw back to my Italian heritage and they were blended perfectly into our theme. I didn't have any "favorite" flower so I put the arrangements in there hands and I couldn't have been more pleased. They were so beautiful and the whole venue smelled like flowers! Christa made my day so pleasant and fun. She made my family and wedding party so welcome and I really got to enjoy my day. I would recommend Cedarwood to everyone. By far all our guests say it's the best wedding they have been to.

From the onset of our planning up until the actual wedding and reception, everyone at Cedarwood was professional, organized, creative, and receptive to our ideas. My vision for our ceremony and reception literally came to life and was even more beautiful and intimate than I had imagined. I was initially drawn to Cedarwood for their floral decor, the work of artist Karen Wright. Upon meeting Linda and the rest of the Cedarwood team, I knew it was the place for me. Cedarwood took all of my daydreams, thoughts, little hopes and wishes and created wedding day magic. I was able to participate enough to get the full planning experience to the degree I wanted but not to the degree that it ever became overwhelming. I always pictured a beautiful outdoor wedding with an intimate ceremony and fancy, but comfortable reception. I had all that and more thanks to Cedarwood. Any bride to be should go for a visit because words and even the beautiful photos don't do it justice.

Absolutely wonderful people to work with. They are true professionals and can't say enough about how well they take care of their brides and grooms. Not only are the people great to work with, but the venue is charming, stunning, and will for sure awe your wedding guests!! Highly recommend!!

Cedarwood is breathtaking and the team - Linda, Karen, and Christa extremely talented. You receive outstanding value. Our guests have said our wedding was the best wedding they have ever attended, and several male guests said it was absolutely perfect. Nashville was a central point for us and our families and friends, and we never saw Cedarwood before the morning of the wedding. All the planning was done over the phone and via mail. I provided very little guidance and the Cedarwood team created a magical day for us. Our expectations were greatly exceeded.

Having our daughters wedding at Cedarwood was such a blessing. The staff were amazing to work with. They listened to our vision and were able to create a perfect wedding. Our wedding guests were blown away and still talk about the wedding to this day. Cedarwood has such a casual yet elegant feeling and all our guests said they had never been so relaxed at a wedding before. The food, the cake , the service, all was excellent and I would highly recommend giving Cedarwood a look before you plan your wedding. For all you mothers out there, all I had to do was show up the day of the wedding and enjoy the day. They even packed our car for us at the end of the night.

Our wedding was everything we could have ever imagined. We were married on May 1, 2010 during the flood of the century. All I ever wanted was to get married in a beautiful garden and well, that did not happen obviously. They made our day so special. The rain didn't even matter. Any bride who wants her day to be all about her and absolutely perfect should go to Cedarwood. I could never thank them enough for everything they did for us and our families that day.

The whole staff was great to work with and did everything to make our day perfect and stress-free. The vendors we worked with were equally as amiable and professional. Our wedding coordinator (Krista) displayed a perfect balance of keeping us on schedule and allowing us to relaz and enjoy our day. In addition, the value was unsurpassed. We got the basic package and were blown away by the detail and quality. There is no way we could have put everything together ourselves for cheaper. We can't stop talking about how perfect our wedding was!

The whole Cedarwood staff was great to work with, especially Christa our wedding planner. It took my fiance and I around 4 hours to plan our WHOLE wedding. They made the decision process very easy and gave great advice. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived the morning of my wedding and everything was set up and ready for me. The decorations were wonderful and just what I wanted. The food at the reception was great and the cake was absolutely gorgeous and delicious. All of my guest and family have made several comments that our wedding was the prettiest wedding they have ever been to.

Cedarwood was FANTASTIC! I would recommend them to any future bride. Talk about taking the stress off of you. During the planning of our wedding I was finishing nursing school, starting a new job and buying our first house. I don't know that I would have still been sane if I had to take on total planning of the wedding too. Cedarwood is different from many all-inclusive venues because they still let you make the wedding your own unique style, they also will let you bring in almost anything you would want. If you are a bride looking for the perfect venue, Cedarwood is it!!! If you like classic, beautiful, and easy-going, Cedarwood is the place. From the moment I visited their beautiful grounds I knew that this was where I wanted my wedding. There is a nice, country feel about this place and a lovely mix of history, antiques, and modernism (if that makes sense!) Everyone kept asking at my wedding, "How did you find this place?!" My guests loved it! Not only is Cedarwood beautiful, but it is all inclusive and girls, let me tell you, this makes wedding planning easy and most importantly FUN! I did not have one stressful moment in planning my wedding with Cedarwood. I knew nothing about flowers or what I wanted, Karen was amazing at helping me with this and she definitely knows her stuff. Karen also made by bridesmaids' gifts - crystal and pearl earrings that I got to design and put my own personal touch to. Linda and Christa were always so very helpful as well! Anytime I needed ANYTHING they were prompt and curteous - so very nice!!! All of this in one affordable package as well! Budget is huge for us brides and please let me tell you that you get so much more for your money at Cedarwood than anywhere else I checked out. Seriously, I could go on for days about Cedarwood. They made my day memorable and perfect! It even rained on my wedding day and I had planned to have an outside wedding. Cedarwood took very good care of me, my husband, and my guests. We were still able to have the wedding outside, covered, and more beautiful than I had imagined. Cedarwood also networks with some other great companies as far as food, cake, and photography go. I strongly suggest going to their Open House!

It's hard to make comparisons when you've only planned one wedding, but I would highly recommend Cedarwood if you are interested in a charming southern wedding. Being all-inclusive took a lot of hassle out of the wedding planning as i didn't have to hire my own wedding planner or research and negotiate between hundreds of vendors. The quality of the vendors Cedarwood uses is top notch. Being a very affordable all-inclusive does not mean mediocre vendors and services. The home and grounds are absolutely gorgeous, and the quality of vendors that Cedarwood uses are tops as I was very pleased with the caterer, cakes, flowers, etc. The wedding planners and coordinator are so easy to work with and take great interest in making sure your wedding is exactly as you envision it, whether you make it fit their antique southern charm look or go for a tropical or modern flare. Having your coordinator there during the wedding and reception ensures everything runs on time and smoothly. I think Cedarwood was a steal and I couldn't have imagined any changes i would have made after the fact. Cedarwood cost about half as much as other outdoor gardens/venues that were also all-inclusive that I looked at. And the Cedarwood staff is much more personable since weddings is what Cedarwood is all about (since the property is privately owned and is not a large garden open to the public like many wedding facilities).

Cedarwood is an amazing historic home which exudes class and style. The team of Linda, Karen, and Christa made wedding planning simple and fun! They have impecable design skills to provide the most beautiful weddings. The cakes (made by Patti Cakes) are the best we have ever had! I would highly recommend Cedarwood as a wedding venue, as we were very pleased with our entire experience!

The team at Cedarwood is exceptional! They are a pleasure to work with- very friendly, on top of things, responsive, professional yet laid back, and have an extremely high attention to every detail of the wedding and reception! I got married this past June and they made our fairytale wedding come true! I could not believe how beautiful everything was from the flowers to the cake to even the tiniest details, pearls draped over tables with candles everywhere, and more! The venue is gorgeous and very laid-back. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND their services to anyone who wants a gorgeous wedding without the hassle of finding separate vendors for everything at an AMAZING cost! At first, my husband and I thought since the prices were so reasonable the quality may not be that great but fortunately, we were very wrong! The flower decorations were more beautiful than any I had ever seen before, the decorations were simply stunning. The bouquets were exactly what I wanted and more! the cake was the most delicious cake everyone at our wedding had ever had before! It was beautifully decorated, moist, and a great taste! Some people actually went back for seconds and found the cake to be gone already, it was that good! The atmosphere was just magical! You do not have to worry about a thing! I live in Seattle and was worried about having a long distance wedding but with the Cedarwood team I did not have to worry about anything except for picking out my colors, wedding dress, and the bridesmaids dresses! Their wedding director is on top of everything during the ceremony and reception! On your wedding day you actually get to just enjoy it and take in the moment, they take care of everything and make sure everything goes the way you want it!

If you are looking for a wedding venue, do yourself a favor and go with Cedarwood! I guarantee you will not be disappointed and it will save you a TON of work!

My wedding at Cedarwood was an absolute dream!!! Every aspect, down to the last little detail, was exceptionally executed and thought out. The site itself is absolutley beautiful, and the Cedarwood staff work really hard to make your wedding dream come to life! I was absotley amazed at how everything came together. Out of 5, I would give Cedarwood and there staff a 10 if I could!!! There Ouality of Service was supreme!!! Karen was a dream to work with and the staff that worked during the Wedding were complete professionals!! They did an amazing job, Cedarwood looked like a dream!!! My Wedding Planner and myself did quite a bit of comparing prices and Cedarwoods Packages were the best prices we could find and you the packages included so much more than any other package we looked at. We got married seven months ago and we still have family and friends raving about how gorgeous Cedarwood was. We had a problem with our shuttles, Cedarwood had nothing to do with this, but when the problem arose Cedarwoods staff handled it with such ease that most of the guests didn't even know anything was wrong!! They didn't miss a beat when there was a problem and they handled the problem so perfectly that there was no stress. When I finally heard about the problem, Cedarwood had already taken care of everything and were serving drinks and appetisers to keep the guests happy. Everyone had a marvelous time!! I can not say enough about the wonderful experience we had dealing with Cedarwood when we were planning our wedding and especially about our magical wedding day.

I found Cedarwood by chance when I was surfing the web one day looking for outdoor venues in Nashville. I contacted them to setup a site visit, and knew immediately that that was where I wanted to get married. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, and Linda and Karen are so sweet and helpful. One of the things that I loved most was their all-inclusive "Perfect Little Wedding Package". It relieved so much stress to know that I only had to coordinate with Linda and Karen for everything. They took care of the food, cake, decorations, flowers, lighting, etc.... Planning a wedding by myself seemed so daunting, but they definitely made it easy. Also, Karen is an amazing florist and was able to take my small vision of what I wanted and make it something magical and more beautiful than words can describe. We heard comments all night about how amazing everything looked, and I still get comments today about how beautiful our wedding was. I could rave on and on, but want to say to any potential brides that may be considering having your wedding at Cedarwood...You will not be disappointed! They are amazing!!

This was the most amazing venue I have ever seen! I would recommend Cedarwood to everyone interested in a beautiful and unique setting. Each wedding is personal and different, but all beautiful. They work with you every step of the way to make sure your vision becomes a reality. The flowers, the food, the cake and the staff were all incredible. This all-inclusive venue makes every bride's life easier!! We chose the morning ceremony. It was small and intimate, but they treated us the same way they would have a larger weekend bash! My friends and family can't say enough about it!

Cedarwood is the perfect wedding venue! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to have a beautiful southern wedding! We planned our whole wedding long distance from Montana and we could not have been more pleased with the outcome! The staff was always on top of things and always personable and pleasant to talk to! Our whole wedding was planned for and done in 2 months ... and that was all done long distance..! Thank you Cedarwood and the entire staff for making our wedding day one that no one will forget! Ya'll are great! =)

The staff was very helpful and i would recomend them to anyone they were great!! It rained all day and the staff was willing to get us all umbrellas so we could still have the wedding outside, but just in time the rain stoped.

My wedding at Cedarwood was perfect. I currently am living in another city and the ladies at Cedarwood were so great at communicating with me and making me feel comfortable in having a destination wedding. I also am a student and they were so flexible about meeting with me when I was availiable and helped make my wedding planning process virtually stress and worry free. The wedding itself was amazing and all the little details made it worth every penny. Many of our guests told us it was the most beautiful, elegant, and fun wedding they had ever been to and I couldn't agree more!

The staff at Cedarwood was amazing! From our first visit to the send-off at the reception - everything was perfect. I would highly recommend Cedarwood to anyone interested in getting married in the Nashville area. It's a beautiful property and close to downtown.

The contract is vague, but the level of service provided FARRRRR exceeds what you would expect. My fears were completely blown away at the time of the event. I think that the cost of services is about 30% cheaper than what you would expect to pay for what you get. It's really, really, really worth every penny and then a whole lot more.

I felt that I received more value for my money than any one else could have provided. Their complete value package saved me so much time and effort. Perfect for a busy girl like me.

It rained basically all day the day before and the day of my wedding, but whenever I got there you would have never known that it rained. The grounds looked amazing and the decorations couldn't have been any more beautiful. The entire night was catered to my husband and I and transistioning from the ceremony to reception was very smooth. They were first class all the way!

Our wedding was fantastic! We opted to have the small ceremony and reception - however the time limit and guest cap was a bit low for the amount we paid. We LOVED that it was all inclusive with the cake, flowers, and refreshments! Our wedding planner handled everything and made sure our day was perfect! The officiant was completely professional and made our ceremony easy to put together and come together so smoothly! We're so happy we chose this location and were happy with the service 100%. We just wished there were a handful more guests allowed and maybe another hour for the reception. We hired a photographer so we didn't get to take very many pictures before it was time to dance and then leave. Overall though, we wouldn't change anything else! Thanks guys!!!!

While Cedarwood was initially more than we were looking to spend, they provided DJ, flowers, food, cake, all rentals, etc and the value was well worth every penny. We planned the wedding from California and this made it so much easier. The venue is beautiful, charming, classic, fun, and just perfect for weddings up to 125 (we had about 100). I didn't realize too how much having a coordinator helps, we were able to take our wedding with a happy, stress free, and relaxed attitude and enjoy every minute instead of worrying about any details.

We only started to look for places to have our wedding. When we arrived at Cedarwood, our search was over. Once we stepped on the property we knew it was perfect. The staff is awesome!! They worked with us every step of the way, even with last minute changes. From planning to the wedding. they take care of everything. Catering, cake, Flowers!! If you need Officiant, photography, Limo. their recommendation will not dissapoint!!! If you want to have that special, greatest day with almost no stress. Cedarwood was more than I could have ever expected. There professional staff was extremely helpful and cooperative. I had a smaller wedding and was afraid that I would miss out on the intimate feel but Cedarwood knew exactly how to make everything flow.

Cedarwood is a fabulous venue! I highly recommend it for brides who are comfortable with delegating; want the peace of mind of having a highly competent and professional group of people tackle a lengthy list of wedding "to do's" for them; and don't want to stress about flowers, music, ambiance, and several other tidbits that make a wedding come alive. My husband and I loved working with Linda and Karen. They definitely know their stuff and are highly attentive to the tiniest details, and will make you feel like your wedding is the only one on their radar. They give each bride and groom 100% attention and you feel it (total peace of mind!). I only scored responsiveness, quality of service, flexibility a tad bit lower than the other categories because it's impossible to perfect every wedding. They did a fabulous job on our wedding, but a handful of things weren't done correctly or how we requested. It was noticeably disappointing because we were so convinced that if anyone could make a wedding perfect Cedarwood could. I also rated flexibility lower because the earliest Cedarwood allowed us to arrive @ their property was 3:30 pm (our wedding started @ 5 pm) and it was very stressful to tackle two separate rehearsals (my husband and I didn't want to see each other beforehand), add all of our personal touches to the ambiance (i.e., distribute and provide instruction on extra decor we brought with us), and get dressed for the ceremony, meanwhile guests started arriving @ 4:30. An hour to prepare was definitely not enough time. Just something to consider... In short, Cedarwood is a great option for Nashville brides and I'm confident if we had to do it all over again, we'd definitely pick Cedarwood.

Cedarwood was an amazing venue to have my wedding. Everything was perfect on our big day thanks to Christa, their wedding planner. I really loved how the place was a "one-stop-shop." I got my food, decor, flowers, cake, invitations, etc. from them...and was able to plan it in just one meeting! This saved me loads of time during my engagement...and I wasn't stressed out like most brides are. The quality of everything was impeccable...the food was outstanding (we had TONS of comments on how great it was) to the beautiful flowers..We were more than satisfied with that we paid for. I would HIGHLY reccommend this venue to anyone who is getting married. The only sad part is that I wish I could do it all over again! :)

this venue was the best value for the money plus it was so convenient for those out of town not to have to drive around, etc

the flowers, linens, were amazing and no one in Nashville provides such lovely surroundings/ candle & lighting options for this money...amazing.
and the fact that they will serve your beverage choice and you can buy your choice of wine, etc was another way we saved money.

the wedding coordinator on site made it easy for everyone.

You may need additional help if you are not coming in with alot of your own ideas. there books have nice ideas but just were not for us.
we needed some help making better flower & linen deicsions for colors etc.
but paying for that assistance was minimal cost.

The ladies at cedarwood worked with me to customize my package to be just what I wanted and needed for the wedding. Everything was exactly as I asked for on the wedding day.
