Will vickers and his girlfriend Melissa Addis, whom isn't even a professional photographer, from Hitched Photography photographed and videographed our wedding in Ocean City, Maryland May 27, 2011, and we have yet to recieve our package. All we received was a disc of the pictures from that day that were unedited, and was told we would receive our pictures and the videos in the mail within 2 weeks. It has been over 3 months since our wedding, and we have tried to call him numerous times, sent emails, sent facebook messages, which were shown to be deleted soon after I posted them, and he continues to ignore my messages and calls, as well as his girlfriend, but he continues to post new photographs of weddings, and other events, but myself along with many others have yet to receive what we paid for. I am warning anyone that reads this to be cautious and to not pay him a dollar to take any pictures, as you will not get anything in return.Wishing I would have saw these reviews before it was too late, but we are giong to do whatever it takes so this doesnt continue happening.

I would just like to update... It has been a YEAR and I have not recieved my pictures. Spending your one year anniversary without your wedding pictures is insane. Hitched Photography (Will Vickers) is one of the worst companies I have ever used.

It has been a year and a half since my wedding and still no photos. If you EVER want your cherished wedding memories, DO NOT use this company. They are a ripoff, and basically stole our money.

He photographed my wedding. Almost 8 months and STILL no pictures. Did NOT respond to phone calls or emails. I finally got a hold of someone saying they were "en route" two months ago. He took 25 pictures of horses on the beach....

Absolutly disapointing. I suggest no one use him. You will never recieve your pictures. Very unprofessional.

thank you so much for documenting our wedding day. You did an awesome job, So many of our guest commented on how much fun you were to work with. You really got everyone excited for the picture taking. We love the pictures so much and so do all of our wedding guest. You were very flexible in accommodating all of our special request and made everyone feel comfortable. I can not tell you enough how wonderful the pics turned out. They are certainly not the usual "boring" wedding photo's. Thanks again!

It's been 11 months since Will Vickers filmed our wedding. We paid $2500 for the entire day to be filmed. He has not returned our calls or emails since our wedding day. The worst part is that he is still shooting weddings and posting the pictures on facebook. I don't understand why he keeps working when he has never finished our video. We booked Will Vickers through Sean Rox and Rox Enterprises and Sean refuses to refund us. I would advise you to never give either of these men your money.

I was seriously dissapointed with the pictures of my sister's wedding. For one I find it seriously unprofessional of the photographer to take a dozen close up photos of the bride breastfeeding, and to stand in the way of family and friends during the ceremony. There are few pictures here that are framable; most are off center and unbalanced or incorrectedly exposed. Even amateur photographers know to include less sky and more feet. I wish my parents had invested in someone who had their best interest at heart.

Two and a half years after my wedding and I still have never received the photo book that was part of my package. I only received other pictures and the disc after dozens of phone calls and emails. We were given excuse after excuse as to why we did not get our photos, and eventually he just stopped answering any of our phone calls or emails altogether. Will Vickers is a complete rip-off and I strongly urge nobody to use his services - you will not get your pictures!

Ww found Will through a friend and we are s gllad that we did! He was an awsome photographer and very personable. He made everything very fun and enterjetic. Also he was there for everything i needed no matter what! We loved Hitched Photography!!!!

These clients were great and we had alot of fun. Its a shame wedding wire doesn't have like a 10 star rating because under value for cost it should have been a 10. I gave this lovely couple the hook up with $1300 worth of photography for only $400. I called it "the Best Friend's Hook up".

All of our photographs turned out more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. We had sooo much fun and I think that Will's easy going style allowed everyone to feel relaxed and comfortable... sometimes we didn't even know he was there!
Will's expertise showed all of this in our photos. We highly recommend Hitched Photography for any of your photography needs when you are in the Ocean City area. He has a great personality and we are confident he would treat you as well as he treated us.

What primary photographic style do you identify with?

Contemporary, Portraiture, Traditional / Posed

What do your packages include?

Custom Graphic Design, Digital Files, High Resolution Images, Matted Prints, Negatives, Prints, Proof CD of All Images, Video Montage

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes

Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?

I like to think I have some Mad photoshop skills, being able to turn just about any photo into awesome art.

Is your media preference film or digital?

I prefer Digital, nothing like being able to take 1000 images on one memory card.

How many photographers do you work with?

I work with a network of many photographers from the Professional Photographers of Souther Delaware, but I have 2 main photographers that work directly for me.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

Yes, if I met with a client and the client liked and wanted me there, I'll be there.

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

Sometimes, there are couples that like to get married at Sunrise and if I a Sunrise wedding that leaves me available for a typical Sunset or afternoon wedding.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

Yes, not only do I have the photographers I've trained and work for me, I also have a great network of other photographers I trust to help me out.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

Cameras, Lens, Flashes, batteries, laptop, sometimes Studio Flashes, safety pins and bobbie pins, you never know if the bridal party might need something.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Yes, many camera bodies and lens, back up memory cards

Do you charge hourly or full day?

Typically hourly however recently if I'm booked up for 4 hours or more, couples end up getting me for a couple of extra hours for no extra charge because I'm having a good time and I like the couple.

Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?

Yes, depending on how much overtime they are talking. Sometimes $100, sometimes I'll just stay an extra hour to get the shot I think the couple might like.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

I don't - I'm there to photograph and capture the days events, I like to keep my eye in the camera as you never know when something might come up.

Do you charge for travel?

Depending where - if its 50 miles outside my coverage area, that would be nice, but if you are getting married in Hawaii or some place like that, just fly me there and I'll be your personal paparazzi.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

Your images will be online and ready to view within 48 hours.

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

Website

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

Yes, unless the couple would like them.

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

Yes.

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?

The negatives can be purchased if the couple would like yes.

Will images be available for viewing online?
