The color combination (gold paper with red shining font) of my invitation is great. Everyone loves our invitation. We designed our own logo on the front, and Wilson helped us to arrange art work for the other side. Price is very cheap, and they finish it very quick.BUT they tend to make mistake, so carefully review the draft before you approve!

Big selections of cards and extremely flexible in accommodating design/ logo/ colors, etc. Staff is professional and extremely flexible. Quality of cards are VERY GOOD with EXCELLENT value for budget. Similar cards at Papyrus would easily cost 3-4X.

My parents brought me to Ho Tai for wedding invites. I think this is where they purchased their invites 41 years ago. I browsed thru the store and looked at their array of old fashioned stuff. They have these old moldy books and nobody to service us. When we did finally pick a few designs that my parents liked, the older gentleman/customer service gave us a quote. Against my better judgement and instinct, I let my parents decide on the details of the card. Sure, the price seemed low at first, but after adding up all the individual elements like gold foil, return envelopes, the prices were the same if not higher than some of their neighboring stores that we also visited. In the end, I really freaked out and decided not to buy my cards there. My wedding comes once in a lifetime (I hope!) and I have reservations of handing over my precious materials for this dated company to handle. What really sent me out the door was their cheap nickle and dime negotating style. I felt like I was at a used car dealership.

They had hundreds of designs to choose from. They didn't charge extra for multiple language, or gold embossing, or the labor of putting the invitations together with ribbons or elastics. After I made the minimum order (to cover setup costs), they simply charged me extra only for additional material cost. The store front was of a no-frill kind of place and I liked their no-frill kind of prices. :)There was a slight delay in the printing due to a family emergency. But they were very professional and assisted me promptly.

Ho Tai was an affordable option compared to some other vendors we looked at. We needed bilingual invitations so I didn't have as many options. I liked that my invitations were contemporary yet traditional.
