Reviews for Hobby Lobby - Franklin, TN

I got lots of great craft and wedding supplies from Hobby Lobby. They also offer great coupons and have really good sales.

What's to say? I got a lot of my craft supplies for them, including the letters for my moss letters and the box for my ring bearer.

we are having a small wedding party, and decided to make our own boquets for the wedding. My matron and maid of honor and myself decided to make it an event to do together, so we went to hobby lobby, spent no more than 50.00 on some flowers and made some beautiful boquets for each of us for 50.00

Happened to stop buy on a week where the Bridal stuff was 50% off. Got some great stuff at a great price!

I love Hobby Lobby. While I was planning my wedding, I watched the sale ads and got almost everything I needed at 50% off! They have a great selection of wedding decor!

Wow this is so my type of place! They offer such great stuff! I really recommend Hobby Lobby to people who want to keep the wedding planning to DIY. DIY is the best way for me to keep my wedding original and add my own personal touch and luckily Hobby Lobby allows me to do this! Thanks your the best!

I have gotten most of my DIY from this store because of all the different selections they have. They even have a bridal section!

My mother in law bought all of our decorations and flowers from hobby lobby and put them together herself.I know it saved us alot of money, and to look at them you never would have known the difference.

This is my current DIY project. I found all of the paper and supplies that I needed at Hobby Lobby. I am taking the paper to kinkos and having the actual invitation page printed so the words are raised on the paper. I am putting them all together and tying it with a pretty ribbon, also found at hobby lobby. Hobby Lobby has an excellent selection of paper, ribbons, and other items that are great for invitations, centerpieces, and other exciting projects. They also have tons of sales in different departments throughout the month so if you watch the sales, you can get great discounts on top of their already awesome prices!

You want to watch for sales. I went when their floral stems were 50%off! I saved a ton of money and made my own boquets, boutineers, and coursages!

Every thing was so handy & reasonable & there was alot to choose from.

They have a great selection of silk floral, and a ton of wedding things, like garters and guestbooks and invitation software and things. lots of ribbon colors... great associates and awesome sales!

LOVE this store! Seriously addicted to shopping there. Defiantely my favorite craft store in my area. Always have great coupons and sales, wide variety of merchandise, and will refund you if what you bought goes on sale within two weeks (but only if you come in with your receipt of course). My local Hobby Lobby also offers classes for a variety of crafts - I'm going to do the cake decorating class next time it is offered!

You can subscribe to Hobby Lobby newsletters that they send out each week, and they will let you know what is on sale every week. Keep your eyes open and you will be able to get almost everything you need (decorations, favors, floral and fabrics)50% off!

I'm doing my own bouquets because it was just OUTRAGEOUS for the flowers and time of year that I needed. I've gotten all the flowers except 1 kind as well as everything else I need to do the bouquets all in one place!

Amazing! Hobby Lobby has a great selection and the staff are always really helpful. We have gotten centerpieces, flowers, and lots of favors from our hobby lobby including a frame to have people sign/write messages to us on. Great!

This is where we are getting a lot of our decorations for our wedding. There are a lot of things, such as flowers, petals, invitations and other things like that. There are times when they have a 50% off on wedding supplies sale that is a great thing to catch. Also, they do 40% off and as far as i know they all do it to where it is only one item that you can get with that coupon, however, they consider one cut of fabric as one item. So you could get a bolt and a half of tulle for the discount price. However, if you are getting a whole bolt it must be special ordered so plan ahead with that.

I go to Hobby Lobby almost every week to see what new things I need for my wedding! It is the perfect place for crafty people!
My fiance and I decided that we wanted to make our own invitations to make them more special. We went to Hobby Lobby and found some really great stamps. We also bought cardstock, ink, and envelopes and went home right away to try out our craft. They turned out so wonderful. I really suggest that if you do any crafts for the wedding that you try to make your own cards. Your guests will really appreciate the thought behind them and you will be able to make great memories while doing it.

Hobby Lobby has lots of great stuff that you can use to give you inspiration or to let you do things yourself if you want to! We were able to find programs that we printed with our monogram and added ribbon. They turned out beautiful!

I was able to find everything i needed here to make all 150 favors i needed for my wedding and that made it so much easier than running all over the place.

They had great decorations. They had two whole isles full of wedding decorations. They did not have a large selection of wedding invitations but that is okay. They had many bows and favors that were very affordable.

My bouquet, the bridesmaids bouquet, the boutonnieres, the corsages, and the table center pieces were bought her and it was supper cheap!

What a fun website!! You can find literally everything on here that has to do with planning your wedding!

Hobby lobby rocks! Not even just for wedding stuff but for decorating too!

My auntie made all of the flower arrangements for me and she bought all of the flowers at hobby lobby by where she stay at. I thought she was trippin when she suggested fake flowers but they done turned out a'ight.

If you're looking for cheaper, do-it-yourself flowers, Hobby Lobby is the place to go. They always have a sale on their fake flowers, which look very real, and which make great flowers for the wedding reception. Especially if you don't want to stress about having to keep fresh flowers, fake flowers are the cheaper way to go.

They have veils, ring pillows, tiaras, jewelry (!), hair pins, guest books, blank invitation kits, bubbles, fake flower petals, and a ton of other bridal stuff. I wish I had known they had great veils for $30 before I blew $200 on one at Belle Saison. They also have 50% off all Bridal items sales. Check their website every week to see when the sales are.

A great place to get things such as guest books, flower girl baskets, ring bearer pillows, bubbles, etc.

Hobby Lobby is a great place to buy accessories for your invitations. If you have enough time to work on them yourself, you can get pretty much everything you need here. You save A LOT of money by doing your own invitations.

If you don't mind having fake flowers at your wedding, you will save a TON of money with the fake flowers from Hobby Lobby. I know it sounds cheesy, but they actually look really nice and you can't tell that they're fake unless you're up close.

Even though I'm not really a DIY girl, Hobby Lobby had a decent selection of items for our flowergirls and ring bearers. It was nice getting everything at a discount instead of a boutique, but the selection was very limited.

we bought fabric and made seat covers over the ugly chairs at the restraunt we booked for the wedding, and to make it look fancy we added a large gold ribbon around it.

They have a great selection of wedding supplies here, which is great for brides that are trying to save money and make their own wedding favors and such. The have cake toppers, and silk petals, and DIY invitation kits. We had bought our wedding favors elsewhere, but this is where we got the materials to make our wedding guest book. We asked that guests bring in a picture of themselves with me or my husband, or a picture of us together, and them we left them a table with the supplies to glue in the picture. It was really cute, and it worked really well. Hobby Lobby has great guestbooks, too, and there are lots of sizes and styles to choose from. I wanted a really nice guestbook to remember the day, and my guests were amazingly nice about making it happen.

I'm doing my wedding myself so anytime I come across a deal that will save me money I really love it. I've looked at Hobby Lobby and purchased many of the things I'm using for my wedding. They have a great selection of flowers, books, pillows, baskets, favors, etc. They also have different items that are for rent. The prices for renting these items is very reasonable. Hobby Lobby has become a favorite store for me to shop in for just about anything crafty or for decor.

I was a big "do it yourself" person to save money for my wedding in October. I was able to watch the sales and use the weekly 40 percent off coupons at Hobby Lobby and pretty much every time I would save at least 40-50 percent on most if not all the products I had to buy. For example, I had garlands of leaves running down the isle of the sanctuary. I was able to purchase nearly 30 garlands at 50 percent off and they were the realistic looking leaves vs the horrible ones you can find elsewhere. I would definitely recommend Hobby Lobby for any other person looking to save money with do it yourself projects. They do have a wedding section and it was wonderful to be able to watch the sales and find things there for 50 percent off!

I had so much fun in their wedding section. They had a large selection, and some of their ideas added such a personal touch to our wedding. I bought my guest book there, ribbon that matched my colors, and tons of other things.

We made all the décor ourselves. We got the supplies at Hobby Lobby and Michaels. Jewelry, table décor, flower accessories, books for ideas and invitations.

I got cardstock here to make menus for each person's seat. Also, got lots of candles and a few vases for the candy buffet. They have stuff on sale every week and also 40% off printable coupons on their website. We saved a lot of money by doing things ourselves.

My mother and I out together some adorable favors all purchased from Hobby Lobby Craft store.

I never want to go to Hobby Lobby again after my wife dragged me there almost every weekend up to the day of the wedding! The day of the wedding I went in with our 18x20 engagement photo & they framed it for me on the spot, which as I understood it was not something they normally do. Excellent customer service & great selection.

I bought my flowers for my brides maids bouquets and the boutineers there and they had such a selection of flowers. Not to mention the huge wedding section there. I bought alot of things to decorate and didnt spend an arm and a leg to do it!

I found the flowers for my and the Matron of Honor's boquet, and the ribbon and the sticky tape that held the flowers together.

I LOVE Hobby Lobby! I planned a wedding on a very tight budget and did so many projects on my own. All of my flowers and a lot of the decorations came from them. One thing I liked was that thigns were always affordable and the store always had sales. I also ordered twice online after getting home because I found out I needed more flowers. The flowers shipping from Oklahoma City and were at my door step in 3 or 4 days. I lvoed knowing that someone hand picked my order for shipping to make sure I got what I ordered. I am very very impressed and find what i'm looking for every time :)

I made my own save-the-date cards. I bought all my supplies from Hobby Lobby for $20 for enough materials for around 100 cards. I bought two colors of paper (pink & black) and cut the black paper into fourths. I used my home printer to write what I wanted and sectioned it to print four of the greetings on each pink paper. Then, I cut the pink paper smaller than the black so it looked like the black framed it. I used a hole puncher to punch two holes at the top (about an inch or inch and a half apart) and tied a sheer pink bow with ribbon. Get ribbon that has wire in the edges because it will hold it's shape better. Remember Hobby Lobby has 40% coupon every other week.. so if one item you want isn't on sale wait one week and get it on sale!

We made are center pieces for under $200! we used glass bowls floating flowers and glass beads, with some accent petals spread on the table. We got so many compliments!

Hobby Lobby has great DIY for any bride! We were on a very low cost wedding and it was perfect!

This is the best store toget everything that you need for a Wedding. Especailly when you are doing all of it by hand. The selection is nice and their sales are even better

Hobby Lobby is a great place for all of your wedding needs...
I design cake toppers and Hobby Lobby is the only place I shop
in my area for my supplies.

We used colored fancy paper for our wedding invitations. Hobby Lobby has a great selection of paper and homemade invitations. We used scrapbooking material to make our invitations. It was very time consuming but they turned out great. Great way to save money if you have the time. Shop around for invitations and be creative. Find ways to make them your own!! :)

Great for DYI stuff- I had 200 ppl at my wedding/reception, and so we needed a cheap favor. We found these beautiful glass jars- great quality- at Hobby Lobby. We filled them with M&Ms (our names both start with M), tied a ribbon on top, and it looked beautiful!

Great place to find wonderful do it yourself things. They have great vases for tables and thank you cards to make.

we got all flowers at hobby lobby and they we all perfect and we got them at a good price plus all my flowers we originals!

I found miniature picture frames at Hobby Lobby for 10 cents a piece. They were on clearance but they sure didn't look like they were worth ten cents. We used the frames as table assignment cards and as favors.

Hobby Lobby is great! Such a great selection of anything you may need for your wedding! I purchased silk flowers and vases there, and they looked way better than I imagined. Great place for do-it-yourselfers!

Hobby Lobby has so many great party necessities that you can create on your own with a little time. I did all of my flowers for the wedding. It is important to remember that this is your day and no one can tell you how you like it!

We scored a deal on invitations when they were half off. They were beatiful and easy to print on our own. Everyone thought they were professionally printed, so we think we got a good value for the money.

They had a great selection of favors, flowers, cake toppers, and it was all reaonably priced. We got some waist high champaign glasses there that everyone loved!

We bought boxed invites at 50% off at a weekly sale. We bought 100-150 invitations. Comes with invite, envelope, rsvp card and envelope.

Hobby Lobby was the perfect place to buy all of the party favors because around summer wedding time the have many 50% off bridal isle items. I was able to get 100 tiny drawstring bags for 10 dollars, place cards for 1 dollar, a wedding candle for 3 dollars and tule for pew bows for 2.50 a roll. Ribbon for rimming the candles for 50 cents a spool that mach our wedding colors. There is too much to mention but they have everything that you could ever need and more to help you in the decoration department.

Our wedding coordinator was able to buy all the decorations she needed at Hobby Lobby. We figured it saved us about $200 between the marked down flowers and decor. It helps us keep a well budgeted wedding.

I have no idea how much I spent at hobby lobby since I was there three times a week buying more stuff. I made almost anything I could on my own. Invitations. Save the Dates. Etc. I even made my own thank you cards. Some of the flowers we used were from here also. I used fake in all of the center pieces but used real for mine and my bridesmaids bouquets.

We used alot of candels in our decorations and I found that hobby lobby was the best place to find the unique candels i was looking for at a resonable price!

Here we found flowers and the other things we used to make table toppers, and the materials we needed for the bouquie. They have a varity of colors and styles

Using Hobby Lobby's great crafting materials for decorating was a wonderful and inexpensive idea. We had pretty crystal bowls (filled with water) and floating silver rose candles, along with pretty opal rocks! We didnt go overboard with the decorations (money is tight these days) but it was a beautiful and memorable day! The lighting was perfect from these small candles and they had a pretty scent as well, not to overbearing. I use Hobby Lobby for all my crafting needs, they are the least expensive in town and they have alot to offer. The sell everything from furniture, to crafts, to feaux flowers and special occasion decor.

I found everything to put together my favors.

Hobby Lobby has EVERYTHING you need for a wedding and is usually offering it at 50% OFF! They had the cake topper, my veil, guest book, unity candle, etc. for half off and they were GORGEOUS!! Any craft store will have these things at an affordable price!

We rented the stands for the candles. Picked them up the day before & since they are closed on Sunday, dropped them off on Monday. Barb is wonderful. A great help. A excellent florist!I also got the wedding invitations from here. I printed one at home & then took to the local office supply store (Office Max - I think - whatever is in Columbia) & had them print them. This was a lot cheaper than having them printed with the printer.

I got a lot of the stuff that I used for the flowers and decorations here... Great stuff at great prices!

Hobby Lobby had a large inventory of flowers to choose from, but the employees were not that helpful in helping to match the colors or helping you to choose the flowers that you enjoyed. The employees were not in their departments.

I bought my own favors from Hobby Lobby and put them together myself- they had everything I needed for the entire project. I also bought my own do-it-yourself invitation kit and they turned out great!

Found everything we needed for favors and decorations.

Everything we needed, at the best price and selection imaginable!

I am a bargin hunter even when it came to my own wedding! I found some awesome deals at Hobby Lobby on silk flowers and garlands and tool for decorating and such. Highly recommend Hobby Lobby for decoration deals!
GUEST

We used Hobby Lobby's fake flowers to create our bouquets. The flowers are realistic enough that no one outside the wedding party knew the difference, and now I have my beautiful bouquet forever!
