We chose to stay here on our wedding night because our apartment is so small, and there wouldn’t have been enough room to host all our guests that were coming from out of town! The hotel is great because it has a pool, and we were able to sit by the pool or in the lounge area. Also, they gave us a great deal because we had reserved a block of rooms. We had a great 15% discount, and on our wedding night our room was free. This Holiday Inn is clean and very nice, and also the managers and staff were great. Even though we live in Dayton, they had lots of great suggestions of where we could go with our friends to eat or hang out, and even nice areas for pictures.
We didn’t block that many rooms at the hotel, but in the end even the people who live in town stayed here because it was just so convenient. We got our room for free on our wedding night. Overall the hotel was great. The front desk was good about answering all our questions, making sure we knew when the limousines were here, and even finding thread when a flower girl tore the zipper on her dress. I didn’t go to school for business, but this was definietly great customer service. Whatever their manager is telling their staff, it’s the right thing.
