Holiday Inn North Hills

We hosted our wedding reception and guests at the Holiday Inn. While our reception was beautiful and virtually flawless, we had some major issues leading up to the event. The biggest issue was with the block of rooms that we were guaranteed. Many of our guests had to stay elsewhere because the Holiday Inn was overbooked for the night of our reception. We found out later that another wedding was granted a block of rooms, but was having their reception at another location. The Holiday Inn attempted to fix the problem by offering us first choice on any cancellations, but could not help many of our guests and was unwilling to provide shuttle transportation for our guests that had to stay elsewhere. However, the staff was very pleasant during our event, the food was fantastic, and the night was wonderful.Our advice would be to constantly check in with the management once the hotel block is reserved to avoid having the same issue as we did.

Wehad our reception here. The food was good. We thought the bartenders were awesome. They made us a signature drink with our help. It was very convenient for our guests to stay in the same place the reception was at.

This is a great hotel! The front desk staff made a fuss over us from the moment we check in until we left their beautiful property. I had gift bags for each of the guests when they arrived and the front desk did an excellent job of making sure everyone got exactly the right items.

For our wedding reception we had a wonderful experience. The food was really good and the drinks were perfectly made - not too strong, but definitely not weak! A really nice touch that we were able to enjoy was the "refresher" suite, which allows the bridal party a place to take a few moments to relax before heading over to the reception. This little break made such a big difference for us.
