Holiday Inn Willowbrook/Hinsdale

I was shocked and appauled at the service I received from this major hotel chain. I reserved a block of rooms here for my out of town reception guests and sent out the info in the invites (map, directions, etc.). Several weeks later I began receiving calls from my guests saying that they were trying to reserve under my block but were unable to. After much research I discovered that the Sales Manager had quit and never entered my block of rooms. Every member of the staff I worked with on this was rude, non-apologetic, and clearly did not give a crap. I made such a fuss that they finally comped my room for the night but I wish I could have cancelled the block altogether and went somewhere else. Ladies - stay away!

Great to work with. We had mixed reviews on the food. Some people loved it. Some people thought it was cold. I thought it was delicious.

We reserved our hotel block at the Holiday Inn in Willowbrook. We found it easy to arrange and the hotel provided maps and information cards to insert into our invitations. Following the reception, we had an after-party at the hotel bar. The guest rooms were recently updated. They also have an on-site restaurant where we ate breakfast the next day. Overall, we were happy with our choice!
