This DJ was extremely fantasitc! He helps you throughout the entire process of music for the wedding reception and always listens to any concerns or requests you might have. He was a really big part in making the reception unforgettable!

Les was awesome! He gave us ideas at times where he thought it would make the evening more fun! He was extremely organized and was calm under pressure. Les would call you back promptly if you needed anything. The music was clear and he had a great music selection with either of his systems! Les made sure everyone had an enjoyable evening!

My husband and I believe the music at a wedding is one of the most important parts. Les H. from Holliday Productions definitely made our wedding a night to remember.

First, his organization is fantastic. During the planning process, he will meet with the couple to talk about how the reception will proceed and give his ideas and suggestions for how he does things. He is very detailed and keeps notes that he will use the day of the event. All of our information was on a website that we were able to access to add songs to a do not play list and a must play list. He has a vast selection of music and will go to great lengths to get ANY song you want. He is very flexible to the couple’s requests.

Mr. Holliday not only plays music but also really works the crowd. For the toasts, the cake cutting, garter toss, parent dances, etc. he adds his own remarks and really gets the wedding guests laughing. His witty sense of humor is not a disturbance, but rather fills in the down time between these moments in the reception.

Overall, we were extremely happy. The equipment/sound system projected the sound throughout the entire reception area without leaving any of our guests with ringing ears at the end of the night. He also took many pictures from the reception, which he recently shared with us. I would highly recommend Holliday Productions for your event.

We were glad we went with Holliday Productions. All of the songs we wanted were played and the night had a great flow to it. Les had the dance floor full the entire night and a lot of guests commented on how much fun they had.

We are so glad that we could have Les for our wedding DJ. He was very professional. He did a fabulous job as an announcer of the reception and made sure everything was on time and flowing flawlessly. We requested a bunch of songs and he mixed them with some recent popular songs, which made everybody happy.

Les was absolutely wonderful! Andy and I are still getting rave reviews and even our photographers commented on his professionalism. He made sure everything ran smoothly and constantly kept us informed. Not only was he fun to work with, but he also kept our guests included. He had some great ideas at the reception, but you will have to book Les to find out what they were! He was above and beyond our expectations and we would book again in a heartbeat!

Les took the time to find music that was special to us and frankly hard to find, but he did it and with joy.

Les was great! Our first meeting was very involved and he made sure he understood what type of time we wanted for the wedding reception. His website was great too. We could pick songs we wanted and requests that we got from guest in our response cards. Everyone had a wonderful time!

Les was everything we could have asked for in a DJ. He's tremendously willing to work with the bride & groom's schedule and special requests to make sure everything runs smoothly. He had almost every song we asked for, and the one obscure song he didn't have he was willing to get for us :) His equipment is top of the line, his prices are very reasonable, and overall he'll make sure that all of the details you might not think of are perfectly taken care of.

Les' services were fabulous. By far the best investment in my wedding. He made a nontraditional wedding set to have little dancing into a party that no one wanted to leave. He is professional, extremely accomodating, and I have not one complaint. I would highly recommend him to any bride. You can rely on his skills with complete confidence.

Les was fantastic. He played what we wanted, always sought us out if he had received a questionable request, and emceed the reception very well without adding any cheesiness like DJs sometimes do. Volume was very consistent - not too loud up close and not too quiet farther from the speakers. He was also very flexible, accommodating all of our last minute requests and changes. Very professional, very nice, a pleasure to work with, and very affordable as well. Highly recommended.

Les Holliday made our 50th wedding anniversary a celebration that everyone enjoyed. His presence and music made the difference. Young and old alike danced late into the evening. His knowledge of music for every decade and every taste is unsurpassed. And this is coupled with a professionlism and willingness to please that can't be matched.

Holliday Productions was amazing. Les did such a great job. He played all the right music at exactly the right time. We loved the music that he played during our "special moments" like bouquet/garter throwing, bridal party entrance, etc. He especially took the time to help us come up with our entrance music because he had to mix different songs to get it just right for us to walk in on. I don't know what we would have done without him. Our reception flowed so nicely because of how he coordinated the timing of everything. I've been at Weddings before where no one knew what was going on because there was so much wait time between all of the different events that go on during a Wedding reception. Les managed the time well. We got so many compliments about him from our guests. The music he played during the dinner was beautiful and added to the ambience of our evening winter/Christmas wedding. He really took his time to make sure everything was right and that we would be happy before hand. He was really easy to work with and gave great suggestions. He's been doing this for so long that he has an answer to everything and he takes the time to customize your Wedding so it fits you and your spouse. He is a wonderful asset at any Wedding. Les was very good at helping us know how to make the reception run as smoothly as possible. He listened to and used our ideas when we had them, and then helped us with things we hadn't even thought of. He has a vast amount of experience and, as a result, seems to know how to deal with any forseable and unforseable issues. We were very thankful to have him! I recommend him highly.

Les Holliday created the party! Leading up to the wedding, he was fantastic w/communication so I felt very confident that he would be delivering exactly what we wanted. From the time dinner started, the tone was set by Les. He asked us if we preferred continuing to kiss when glasses were tapped or if we would like for him to make an announcement that the only way to get us to kiss is if an entire table would stand and sing a song with the word kiss in it. I wasn't so sure about this because I didn't know if people would participate, but then the fun began! Table after table stood up and had a blast singing their heats out, which also forced people to interact with others thay may not have known. Then the dance floor opened up and was packed the entire night - everyone had so much fun and the music was great!!!

Our only VERY MINOR complaint is that Les expressed his irritation to us of the photographers when they took us away for a few pictures when he wanted us to do the first dance. We understood his concerns but didn't feel it was necessary to have been expressed to us.

In the end, he really made the event enjoyable for everyone the entire evening - from the music variety to his awesome announcing voice to the crowd interaction - which was our main priority! Les really knows how to keep the fun alive and we are still getting compliments about him 3 months later and requests to pass along his contact information! In addition, he took pictures throughout the reception and sent us a photobook. Unfortunately, it's such a good photobook that my parents have yet to hand it over to us:) I would HIGHLY recommend Holliday Productions if you're looking for great communication, a cheese-free dj, and a fun reception!!!

Les did a fantastic job at our delayed wedding reception. I was particularly impressed with his attentiveness throughout the night, checking in with us frequently to be sure that all of the music and ceremonies were to our liking. He was an above average master of ceremonies and a pleasure to work with throughout the reception-planning process. Highly recommended.

Les Holliday did an absolutely fantastic job for our wedding. We threw our wedding together in three months, signed Les a month beforehand, and we received a ton of compliments on our wedding and reception. He proved to be extremely flexible for our requests -- we did some line dancing, and had a guest be the caller -- and he was gracious enough to buy the song and let us use his equipment. His speakers are incredible -- their balance and volume were perfect. He perfectly managed the reception and kept us on task without being pushy. We had met a few weeks beforehand to discuss the reception, and he was able to be in contact up until the reception for any changes. He was very proactive about getting things done right.

Everything was terrific. There was once of twice in the evening that he would not let my mom request a song such as happy birthday and I really did not want to be bothered with that. My mom paid the bill she can request a song. But that is being picky it was a geat time and he kept the party moving all night long! I would defnitily recommend him to other people.

Les was very quick in getting back to us with anything we needed. He is very thorough and during the wedding he made sure things ran smoothly and we didn't have any problems. He communicated well with our photographer and the reception location. Everyone enjoyed the music that he played and the sound system sounds very good.

Overall, I was very happy with the services provided by Les Holliday. Les is quite competent in both amplification and DJ services (Les provided both the amplification services for our outside ceremony and DJ services for our reception). Les was professional and timely with all correspondence prior to the wedding and took the time to fully understand our needs and wishes for our special day. On the day of the wedding, Les was dressed professionally. All announcements were made as requested (and no extra fanfare was added). We provided Les with a play/no play list of songs for the reception and he followed the list well. During the wedding, Les was willing to play songs requested by the bride in a very timely fashion. Les was also kind enough to take and send pictures of the wedding day. I would recommend Les to other couples.

This is a truly PROFESSIONAL DJ. I have performed in a couple of events where he was the DJ, and it was a pleasure. Although I am a pianist, there is no conflict having a live musician during the first section of a party, and a DJ to make people dancing later! He has the best equipment, a great voice for the announcements and a huge variety of music and sound effects. He deserves the best rating in his field!
