We got our cake from Dianne at Holy Cannoli and could not have been more pleased. From the get-go Dianne was helpful and easy to work with. She provided us with freshly baked samples (which can't be said of all the vendors we tasted with), and she helped us decide on a style and design that would fit our budget.

Dianne's cake tasted fantastic. We went with Almond with Raspberry filling on two of our layers and chocolate on chocolate for the third. The cake was devoured. One of our guests who went to culinary school and is quite the accomplished baker herself said it was the best wedding cake she'd ever tasted, and my husband and I would wholeheartedly agree. And the cookies! We couldn't get enough of them. To top it all off, as an added bonus, Dianne bakes you a small, free anniversary cake one year after the wedding so you don't have to eat an old frozen piece.

Do yourself a favor and have Dianne bake your cake.

Dianne was really great to work with. She had some of the most comparable prices I've found in Rochester. She knew exactly what we wanted and she mastered it. The cake was aboslutely amazing! She also bakes a fresh top tier for you and your husband on your one year anniversary so your cake is nice and fresh! She works out of her home and is very professional, great to work with!

We were at a bridal show when my husband to be snagged a sample piece of cake as we passed a table. Well, I heard about that cake for the Entire time we were there and finally had to stop just to see what in the world was so good about this Sweet Shoppe. Oh. My. Goodness. I\'ve never had better cake--ever. We were sold right there. A few weeks later we met with Dianne to choose what we wanted. She was so flexible and full of suggestions...really helpful! In the end we choose a cupcake tree with a top layer of cake for the cutting, and a wide assortment of sweets and cookies. The wedding was beautiful, and to this day we still get rave reviews about her work!

The best wedding cake we have ever had! Our guests were beside themselves with her delicious creation! Diane is one of the best bakers we have ever come across. My husband is a big sweet nut but very critical and he LOVED every bite. Our cake was three tiers top was choc/with european raspberry filling, 2nd tier was choc/with choc ganache and third was almond/with european raspberry. And to finish the beauty she at our request used fondant and a buttercream under it. OUTSTANDING!!!!
