Unbelievable!!! Aaron is the nicest guy, super flexible, family friendly and excellent DJ!! You have to use him for your next event, he was above and beyond what I had anticipated :)

I had been looking for a DJ to play my reception. It was one of the final things I did as I had almost completely forgotten about it. I found a lot of DJ's were posting lower prices, but had a lot of mixed reviews. I found Aaron Lane and checked him out of review sites. It was practically unanimous that everyone was crazy about this DJ. I booked him for my date and he kept in touch with me frequently. He tolerated my lateness with the initial payment and my fiance and my laundry list of what not to play at the reception.
The night of the reception was magic. The DJ, got out and danced with us, the kit they travel with is small and compact but had excellent sound quality and coverage for Keith's ballroom. Everyone was very impressed by the perfect playlist. Had a great night that was accented perfectly by this DJ. If you need a party DJ'd and you need it done right, professionally, and drama-free call Aaron Lane.

Where do I begin??? Dave with Aaron Lane Entertainment was our DJ for our special day and it definately was a memorable one. He kept the crowd on the dance floor all night long. He was fantastic. Everyone I spoke to after our wedding had only good things to say about the reception. I would definately recommend Dave as a DJ.

Aaron Lane Entertainment is the best! Aaron is so very helpful and a pleasure to do business with. Dave was the Dj for my daughter's wedding and he was simply awesome! He made it so much fun for everyone and is such a friendly guy. We have given lots of parties in the past and hired lots of dj's. These guys are by far, the best! Will definitely be using them again!

Aaron was highly recommended by many family members and friends. I knew after meeting with him I had no doubt he wouldn't preform up to my standards, but he exceeded them. I must say Buck & Angie's wedding and reception was a true success and beautiful among all things. The entertainment provided by Aaron Lane as the DJ was EXCEPTIONAL. I have never attended such an event in which the DJ kept so many people on the dance floor dancing & entertained as Aaron did. With attendees in the range of 7 - 85 years old, Aaron chose the most appropriate music for every age to dance the night away....and that is just what these guests did. Most would have stayed much longer to celebrate Buck & Angie's special day. Great Job Aaron!!!!

Aaron Lane is an absolute dream. We had limited time to work with him, and he did above and beyond everything we dreamed. He's exceptionally professional, but relaxed and easy to work with. If you need someone who just handles things and knows their stuff-he's your man. I would use him for any event I ever have again, and recommend him to everyone I know.

I was referred to Aaron by my photographer. Aaron provided our ceremony and reception music. What I liked about Aaron was his knowledge and his suggestions for our wedding music. We had a list, and he played all the songs we requested. He was very thorough, and helped us to make decisions on which dances we wanted and what we wanted to cut. I would definitely recommend him to anyone for your wedding and/or wedding ceremony.

Overall good service and music. There was just a few moments I had wanted a little different but everything happened so quickly. That day goes by so quickly, I had some songs in mind I had wanted to hear but we ran out of time. They did a great job of getting the crowd pumped up and dancing

Everyone I asked told me Aaron was the best and they were right!! He was really great and knew how to get the party going without being that "cheesy dj" everyone fears :) He was very professional and super helpful before the wedding when we needed to choose songs for the reception; he provided great suggestions that we used and I got tons of compliments from everyone. We saw Aaron at a wedding in February and had a blast. We knew that we had to have him DJ our wedding. You may pay a bit of a premium for his services, but it's more than worth it when you realize the professionalism Aaron works with. We were worried and nervous about everything coming together but we were never worried about the DJ. If youre planning a wedding, you understand the importance of having one less worry. Aaron provided us that. He is also incredibly friendly, we consider Aaron a friend after working with him.

Aaron my man, you were awesome! You gave my husband and I the best time at our wedding and created the theme that we wanted. The music was always on point and I loved how you kept everyone in formed about what was going on next. You made our wedding unique too, with doing special dedication songs for my grandparents and for him and his guys to remember those yesteryear's. The DJ was able to play music to accomodate the wide age range present at the event. We did not expect as much dancing as there was that night. We all had a great time!

When my fiance and I first met with Aaron, I was so unprepared! I hadn't thought ahead to any of the songs we would use except the first dance song. Aaron had it all under control though - he had many suggestions. It was easy to tell Aaron was experienced, organized, and professional. He made sure to get to know my fiance and I, and made sure the genre/types of songs would be appropriate. He thought of things I hadn't - timing of dances, garter tosses, etc. and even made suggestions about what he found worked best. His services leading up to the wedding were nothing compared to our experience with him at the reception! Aaron did a great job feeling out the crowd and kept the party going all night. My husband and I had an amazing time, and so did our family and friends. The dance floor was packed the whole night. Aaron was easy to work with and affordable.

Aaron was a joy to work with. He played specific music we requested and added other music that completely matched (and helped set) the tone of the evening.

Aaron was throughout the entire process the perfect DJ for our wedding. He met with us a month before the wedding and discussed with us at lenght everything about how we wanted the evening to progress. He then proceeded to make the night completely magical - and get everyone from small cousins to disco-ing uncles on the dancefloor the entire night. I had sent him a CD with a few songs I wanted played, but I hadn't included on it a particular song I had mentioned at the meeting. Not only had Aaron noticed the song wasn't there - he had figured out a way to get it to play at the wedding!!! And did I mention the song was in Danish?! How he did that, I'll never know, but I do know that Aaron goes above and beyond in his work, and we're eternally grateful that he was with us on our special day.

We had Aaron DJ/emcee our wedding last weekend. Aaron came highly recommended, and luckily he was everything we hoped for and expected. I can't recommend Aaron Lane Entertainment highly enough. Aaron and his team were absolutely phenomenal! Music was one of the most important considerations for our reception, and as such, my search for the perfect DJ began immediately after booking our reception venue.

In my original inquiry to Aaron, I stated that "the event is classy, sophisticated, and formal, but having attended college in New Orleans, a great selection of dirty south rap is a must for the reception!" His prompt response: "Congrats on your engagement! I like the description for your reception ... the dirty south rap has gained quite a following with my couples lately! I do have the date available, and I'd be honored to work with you for the reception. About how many people do you expect to attend?"

In summary ... perfect! He immediately demonstrated that he understood my vision, while maintaining complete professionalism. This is a business and he handles it as such, while conveying immense enthusiasm for the services he provides. From the beginning I felt confident that Aaron listened, understood, and possessed the organizational skills to execute the event exactly as I envisioned, while infusing his dynamic personality to make it memorable and above all, the best party I'd ever attended.

I was not disappointed. My guests LOVED the music as did I, and we received so many great comments and still do, months later. Dancing to my favorite rap in the middle of a beautiful, historic venue was so New Orleans- exactly what I wanted for our wedding. For those who favor other genres, have no fear- Aaron has that covered as well. Guests arrived to jazz playing for the first part of the reception, and it set the tone for a classy, fun New Orleans evening. Throughout the entire event, Aaron also expertly emceed during the dances, speeches, etc., ensuring that everything flowed smoothly.

Many out-of-town guests attended our reception, and it was extremely important to me to show them why New Orleans is such a special place, unparalleled in terms of having fun and enjoying life. Aaron Lane Entertainment absolutely delivered and gets my highest recommendation!

He was great. I gave him 4 songs that he had to play and about 70 songs for him to get a feel for the type and range of music that I was looking for.

He took it from there and was great. My sister in law told me at the wedding just how impressed she was with the DJ. She just got engaged and has asked for his contact info and said she wants him to play exactly what he played for mine.

Aaron was fantastic! We had a very unique venue location at the Audubon Zoo Swamp exhibit. We asked Aaron to include many different types of music- cajun, honky tonk, motown, and dance- and he pieced everything together seamlessly. There was nothing but rave reviews from our guests on the music. People you would never expect were up and dancing. I was very impressed with Aaron's willingness to incorporate our ideas, but also to offer his own great recommendations.

Aaron was such a big help! He was not able to DJ my wedding reception himself, but arranged for another DJ that he works with, Brad, (whom he knew and recommend) to come.
