HS Lordships

I have always wanted this venue. Cassandra was amazing to work with and everything flowed perfectly. The only problem was that they did not help us clean up the table linenes afterward and made us do it ourselves. Other than that, the food was great, the cake was great and the room is beautiful!!

My hubby and I were planning on having a small wedding (about 100 guests). We were on a tight budget so we wanted to find a venue where we could hold both the ceremony and reception. We chose Hs Lordships because the food was good but the view was absolutely beautiful! The restaurant is on the Berkeley Marina right on the water. From the restaurant, you can see the San Francisco skyline and given the food was good, scenery was beautiful and the price was very reasonable we put a deposit down. The ceremony and reception were held in the same room which was so convenient! The price per person included fees for a 3 course sit-down meal including appetizers, champagne, water and coffee. The room location was already part of the price!!! The room we were in was called Windsor Court and it was overlooking the garden in the front of the restaurant. We had the room for a 5 hour block. The space was great for the amount of people we had, however, the paint and the draperies are pretty dated. Nonetheless, we made the place look gorgeous with lots of flowers and linens. The rep we dealt with (Cassandra) was so easy to work with and they were so accommodating and worked with our budget. The food was decent - the salmon was really yummy and so were the appetizers and salad, however the prime rib was so-so. I would recommend this place for the beautiful views and for those who have a small budget.
