Hugo did an absolutely awesome job for my wedding! The food was fantastic (probably better than the tasting, although it's a little hard for my brides/nerve-addled brain to tell), Hugo was incredibly flexible, and the staff was SO helpful! His staff set up the room for me and made it beautiful, and they also were incredibly attentive to the needs of my friends with dietary limitations. I was so impressed! I wish they had left the cake longer on my table, as I didn't actually get to eat any (nor did many of my friends), but otherwise, I really was just thrilled.

I wish I could rate some of these a 6! Hugo was fantastic to work with and I'd definitely use him again. Go for the Diamond package; it's a great value with excellent food.

Hugo is the total package! We were planning our New Years Eve wedding for over a year and Hugo was there every step of the way. The fact that we lived over 500 miles apart while planning made no difference at all! He is very responsive (even with the tons of e-mails I sent weekly!). He is knowledgable, professional, and attentive. His creative menu planning went above and beyond our expectations. He helped us with all of our rentals, venue setup, and much more! When our big day arrived, Hugo's staff was there to set everything up. They were prompt and professional. Our guests were blown away by the delicious menu items and the excellent service. No guest was left unattended or in need. His staff went out of their way to make sure my new husband and I were fed and had full drinks at all times. Overall, Hugo is an excellent choice! His expertise and creativeness made our wedding day truly incredible. Thank you, Hugo!

From start to finish, Hugo’s Gourmet Catering was exceptional. This was absolutely the best experience I have ever had with any vendor. The food was delicious. The set-up was beautiful. The service was stellar.

Our wedding reception was held in the backyard of our home for 50 guests. Hugo provided and set-up tent, tables, chairs, linens, bar, buffet, and everything else needed. It was all so beautiful. Better than that was the food – absolutely delicious! Hugo was very flexible with our menu and allowed us to make changes according to our tastes. Every detail was exactly as I wanted, and better than expected. Be sure to include the phyllo hummus cup appetizer and the grilled asparagus to your menu – you will not be disappointed!

I really enjoyed working with Hugo and his staff and recommend him to all brides looking for an affordable, quality caterer. From our initial tasting, when he came to our house and prepared dinner for my husband and our family, to the night of the wedding, he was professional and personable. I can't say enough great things about his service - our wedding night went very smoothly, his staff were attentive and friendly, and the food was delicious. Our guests have been raving about the food being the best they have ever had at a wedding!

I absolutely love Hugo and his team! Everything with them was perfect - from the tasting to the communication. They are so prepared and professional, it made the process so easy and enjoyable. Plus the food is amazing. It came out on time and was hot! My biggest concern was that I would get cold food, and Hugo blew that fear right out of the water. I am STILL getting compliments on how great the food was.

Hugo was an absolute pleasure to work with, and he is an AMAZING chef! All of his food was incredible and all my guests said his was the best wedding food they've had. I had the pleasure of working with Hugo's Gourmet Catering in March 2013. From the tasting to the day of it was a wonderful experience to work alongside Hugo and for my bride and groom as well. All the food was absolutely delicious! I enjoyed seeing the guests faces, especially the parents of the bride and room, taking that first bite of food. All their eyebrows would raise along with the biggest smile, and nodding of the head. That displayed a HUGE YUM : ) The servers the day of were just wonderful, polite, and hospitable. I would definitely recommend Hugo's Gourmet Catering again for any of my events : )
