From the day I walked into the Hyatt Place Hotel in Milford until after my wedding reception, I was astonished by the staff's level of customer service provided. Denise Loeb went above and beyond to assure that the reception was a success.
The cleaning crew was very involved and courteous.

I contacted her, and not only was she amazingly helpful, she was completely calming to the bride who was in hysterics. She was so easy to get a hold of whenever I needed her. It was like working with a best friend. In fact, whenever I drive past exit 40 on 95, I think to myself, I wonder how Denise is doing.
The hotel itself was also wonderful. It was immaculately clean and was able to accommodate us with a private room for a brunch the day after our wedding. I highly recommend this hotel. It's over a year after our wedding, and I'm still getting compliments on how nice the rooms were.

The Gallery Café offers Starbuck’s beverages and tempting fresh baked items as well as a “Grab & Go” area with cold beverages, sandwiches & salads, available 24-7. A nice selection of wine & beer are available for purchase until 11:00PM. In addition, we have a fitness room with state-of-the-art equipment and an indoor heated spa with a beautiful marsh view for your guests to relax in!
Our lovely conference space will also provide an intimate setting for weddings of 40-60 guests. Brunch Buffets available to serve up to 70 guests. Catering is available and a menu may be tailored to your wishes.

A: In some cultures, it is customary to pay for the overnight accommodations for your guests. However, it is not required. A room block may be set up for your guests to call in and reserve their own rooms within a certain period of time prior to the wedding. Usually by reserving a block of rooms for your guests, you will receive a discounted rate for your guests! That will leave them with more to spend on your wedding gift!
Q: Can I leave Gift Bags at the hotel for my guests?
A: Certainly! We will personally hand your guests your gift bag upon their arrival at the hotel.
Q: What should I include in a Gift Bag for my wedding guests?
A: Hotel guests love to receive bottled water, soft drinks, snacks, breath mints or gum. Some brides have included pricier items such a splits of wine, candles, locally produced products such as jams or cookies. A few have included "after party" meds like Pepto Bismol or Tylenol packets! Something NOT to forget is a welcome letter with instructions for your wedding events - times, directions, after party plans, etc. Brochures on things to do in the area can also be found at a local Convention & Vistor Bureau and Chamber of Commerce offices.
It's never too soon to call for rooms for your wedding! Group Room rates may be available for as few as 10 rooms! Add information for overnight accommodations to your "Save the Date" information!
