They took great care of us! The Cake from Bethel Bakery was phenominal! The food was amazing! We had a bridal suite included in our package, and they upgraded our parents to a suite for the length of their stays. You can get to the hotel via people-movers without ever leaving the airport. This was perfect for our many, many out of town guests. The lighting was dark, and I wish we hadn't used their sound system. But everything else was amazing.
The food was fantastic and the service was great from the very first phone call all the way to our check out. We had quite a few guests in from out of town and they all had good experiences at the hotel. I was also glad that I didn't have any surprises on the bill as we got closer to the wedding. Everything was straight forward and exactly what was promised.

Overall very satisfied with them as my reception site. Make sure you go over your checklist and timeline very carefully with the coordinator. There was a little bit of confusion with what was taking place when. Food was exceptional. We got so many compliments on how beautiful and elegant our reception was.
