My wife and I are VERY happy with our purchase from I.D. Jewelry LLC. I actually did most of my research on-line, went to a few retailers but found better quality, bigger diamonds at the same or better prices than competitors. I was originally skeptical about going into the diamond district but came out with a pleasant experience. Yekutiel and his wife are great to deal with over the phone and in person, very flexible on how you purchase as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

On Friday, July 17, 2009 I visited several stores in the Diamond District on 47th St. to purchase some Diamond Earings for my wife. Of all the stores that we visited, I.D. Jewelry were the BEST. Everyone from the owner, his son, daughter-in-law and others sales people were very congenial, patience and helpful in making our selection. Along with the service, the PRICE was the very best of all the stores we visited. I bought my wedding band from here and also had them add some existing diamonds that I had in the family to my current engagement ring. Everyone was so helpful and I truly think that of all the diamond districts stores this one is the best. Honest salespeople who are friendly, knowledeable and easy to work with. I've been looking for an engagement diamond for approximately a month reading and searching for that perfect stone to match my perfect lady. Looked through the entire catalog of the upper Midwest and through some stores on the west coast / Orange County area.

It only happened by chance that I located I.D. Jewelry. I believe that I called around 7:00pm CST time or so, and Yekutiel picked up the phone. I asked about a specific stone I saw on their online inventory, to see if they had it in or not. He told me some additional information from the GIA Cert that wasn't on the website (New diamond to the database, certificate had to be uploaded).

So originally I was looking for a GIA Certed 1.71 carat G Color, EX/EX/EX VVS1 Stone. The crown angle on this one was a little bit lower which was greet for brilliance but not as great for the fire and sparkle side of the equation.

Yekutiel, did some more searching and found a 1.55 carat F, IF, EX, EX,EX. We did some comparisons with some other diamonds available probably for the next couple of days. Yekutiel was extremely helpful in the entire process. Taking images of diamonds next to each other, idealscope images, ASET images, H&A Images. Whatever I needed he was able to supply to me within hours. Communications via phone or email was extremely quick.

When I decided to purchase, everything was in perfect order. Shipment was exactly as we had specified, and the stone was fantastically wonderful!

lucky me! I'm the one wearing the ring :) The experience with I.D. Jewelry is just so smooth and good. We actually just walked by and went into the store. The people in the store were very friendly and not pushy at all. We were suggested to check out their website and there are many many good information there and a good display of their stones as well. We went back to the store and asked to see a few stones. The price is very reasonable comparing to other stores we checked before that. The ring came just beautiful.. what else can I say? I feel very lucky to go with I.D. I'm not sure that I can accurately describe how happy I am with my recent interaction with Luann, and the rest of the I.D. Jewelry team. My situation was unique, in that I was living in Australia temporarily, and was planning on proposing to my girlfriend (now fiancée) upon my return to the US. Luann was as big a part as anyone in making my proposal the most memorable experience of my life so far. I initially mentioned that I found something close to what I wanted, and described this to her. After a few email exchanges a couple of overseas phone calls, she found a ring that was even better than expected. I'm not kidding, it's gorgeous.

For anyone looking for an engagement ring, Yekutiel at ID Jewelry is THE person to go to. (Before I go on, I am a real customer. I live in Manhattan-no relation to the business- and I have never felt the need to write a review in 29 years...I always wondered if these reviews were real). This time I volunteered that I would write a review. My expereience was THAT good. I am the ultimate skeptic. My boyfriend and I shopped for a ring for a month. We made the rounds through all the typical high end name brand stores on 5th Ave for engagement rings, and the entire block of 47th Street. We also made it our night jobs to research everything Google had to offer. An engagement ring is FOREVER, it had to be perfect. Most of the places on 47th street were really intimidating and down right scary. NO REFUND signs posted EVERYWHERE...comforting right? NOT at ID Jewelry, they will put what ever will make you comfortable IN WRITING on your receipt (this is what every website says SHOULD be the case for a reputable company)

Yekutiel took the time to work around our schedule. He took us aside and really asked what we had in mind for our PERFECT ring. He showed us a hand full of rings that frankly surprised me (Remember we did the consultation at the store where rings start at $15,000 and up) and these loose diamonds were just as beautiful if not more. He educated us on what to look for-and all the while NO pressure. We finally felt comfortable. We found a ring (finally after a month of research) that was "the one". We came back the next day to make the final arrangments and for the first time it was nice to have to wait in a LONG line. Their diamonds and service is top notch evidenced by all the people buying from him that day.

Wow, where do I start. I went in to see Yekutiel on Monday 8/31 needing an engagement ring by Friday 9/4. As soon as I met him, I knew he was a genuine guy. He took the time to show me why a lot of diamonds look great on paper but in reality are UGLY as hell. Initially I was leaning towards a larger size diamond but he found me a perfect Hearts and Arrow GIA 1.02 G SI1 Stone that was absolutely brilliant, I could not resist. The "FIRE" and performance of the stone was breathtaking. Even so he took the time to show me where the inclusions were, which were very very minor. I described the setting I wanted to him and he was able to custom build the setting from scratch. I was worried I might not have enough time but on Tuesday night, Yekutiel had left me a message that the ring was ready! I picked the ring up on Thursday 9/3 and I was stunned! Absolutely beautiful! The whole process was nothing short of AMAZING. As I walked out, I shaked his hand and told him he's got me for life!

I proposed on Friday night 9/4 and she said YES! She could not stop crying. SHE ABSOLUTELY LOVES THE RING! I'm not kidding, every second she's looking at it and commenting how beautiful and perfect the ring is and how did I pick out such a "perfect" ring?
We went to a party on Saturday 9/5 and the RING was the topic of the party. People could not stop commenting on how beautiful and SPARKLY it is.

I don´t even know where to begin...I have been searching for an engagement ring for my future wife for months..well first it began with the diamond...I have heard alot about scammers and jewelers that just want to take your money...well i came across alot..almost all...I have met jewelers that didn´t even want to deal with me at all... i knew they knew that to spend time with me meant honesty and integrity....and they didn´t have that....all they cared about was the sale..I am no jeweler but the people i have met in the jeweler business are all full of bologna..they just take your money and run..then one day i was running out of hope....oh by the way i am an excellent judge of character..i came across i.d. jewelery web site...i was inspired by the competetive prices listed for loose diamonds...and i mean competetive!!...I could not believe the prices...and i am not just saying that...i was most startled because when i started to read about diamonds i had purchased a book online supposedly to help consumers like me and it had a help line to call...now i can´t say the name of the book but when i had called he gave me a price of a diamond..I thought i could trust him..after all its in a book right to help people like me..then i saw the same diamond listed on I.D. jewlery site for around $9,000..can´t exactly remember...but the other .?!"*$%&!! wanted $15,000...so I knew then i came across someone different..i sent I.D. jewelery an email and within 1 hour i recieved a phone call from Yekutiel. we spoke for actually a while and he took the time to answer all my questions...I purchased a different diamond by the way...He was most concerned with providing me with what i wanted exactly...I couldn´t believe it!..Someone who actually cared....I even told him what diamonds I was looking for..cut..color...size..price...so he picked the best ones he thought i would like...exaclty in the ball park of what i was looking for..i can´t even believe the time he spent with me....All he cared was making sure i was happy with what i needed....Then the prices...I could´nt believe it!!...I TOLD HIM ONLY AFTER I BOUGHT THE DIAMOND BY THE WAY....It´s either they have good connections or they have a diamond cutter in their house... the latter just kidding...but seriously...incredible prices..unbelievable..I ended up taking the diamond he chose for me from the beginning!...I´´ve been to many jewelers and none of them can´t beat prices from I.D. jewelery...and I mean that!...all stones any certification and excellent ....then when i wanted the ring made i gave hime a picture and he made it from scratch..better than the photo with the slight changes i needed....I am in Peru now..I had just proposed to my fiancee...she cried when she saw the ring...then i cried too with her ...half a tear for my love for her ..the other half because i saved money with I.D. jewelery...I am writing this review because it is the least i can do..and I am writing this review in peru by the way because i am so happy with their service.. i need wedding bands where do you think i am going..I.D. Jewelery!...Whenever I need jewelery i know i can trust Yekutiel and his father Israel...never i trust anybody but whenever I need something I know I can trust I.D.
