I Do

After being in 12 wonderful weddings, I can honestly say that Alexandra and her team coordinated the most careful, lovely, and fun wedding I have ever been a part of (except maybe my own). I am an organized perfectionist, but there was never a thing to worry about. From a quick rehearsal, to rain plans, to sweet times waiting and relaxing in the bridal sweet, we were all able to enjoy our day as they took care of the details. Alli did a wonderful job taking care of all the details for my big day. As soon as potential problems arose, she took care of things right away and I never had to deal with the issue again. Allie helped all events to flow smoothly the entire wedding day.

Alexandra was a pleasure to work with. She was so personable with the entire wedding party and I was impressed that she learned everyone's names during the rehearsal, having just met them all. The wedding and reception went smooth and I didn't have to worry about the details because I knew we were in good hands. My daughter's wedding day was everything we dreamed it would be.

Alexandra did a fantastic job! I hired her to help the day of the ceremony. We met just the week before and she was able to get everything organized and in order. She contacted all of my vendors and went over the timeline with them. She made sure everything went smoothly that day and was soooo helpful. Love her!

I really don't know what I would have done without Alexandra. She took care of EVERYTHING so that my husband and I could relax and enjoy our wedding day. She was also incredibly fun and pleasant to work with--everyone in our wedding party thought so, too. I would recommend her to anyone with any budget.

We were very pleased with Allie and I DO services. We started to work with her several months before the wedding and she was always very organized and helpful. Allie also helped with designing wedding packets, which we were very impressed with, what a talent! Day of the wedding she was a life savor, from keeping everyone organized to keeping in contact with all the vendors. She stayed on top of things from day one! We couldn't have done it with out her!

We hired Allie for day-of wedding coordination and I don't know what we would have done without her. Because of her, everyone in the wedding party was able to relax and the whole event ran smoothly. Allie is an organizational wizard - I'm still not sure how she managed to be in 3 places at once! She blends perfectly into the party and even danced out onto the dance floor when she needed to get a hold of someone. At one point at the end of the evening, she asked if I needed anything and I mentioned an envelope that a guest had given me that I kept losing track of as I greeted others. I was afraid it would get lost. "You mean, this one?" she asked, as she flashed the envelope.
If you are on the fence as to whether or not you want a day-of coordinator, let me help you: Yes! It's a great way to ensure that you get to enjoy the day you've put so much work into. Upstate I Do is well-priced and worth every penny.

Alexandra is the best gift that the Mother of the Bride can give herself! Our wedding and reception venues were at different locations and I could not have done it without her! I was able to relax and enjoy the day with her in charge.

Alexandra Barham coordinated an amazing wedding I had the privilege of being a part of in the fall of 2011. As the videographer, I received a detailed schedule two weeks before the wedding and then received updates and changes in the details when they became known to her. As a result of using the services of "I Do", I feel certain that this particular Greenville bride was spared the typical back-and-forths with wedding vendors. In addition, on the day of the wedding Alexandra was a calming and comforting presence to the bride. Not only was her attention to detail pre-wedding impeccable, but the big day itself went off without a hitch. She was integral in corralling family members for photos at the church after the ceremony and helped make sure the wedding party stuck to their schedule. She was respectful of the guests and family and kept a close watch on time to make sure events occurred like clockwork and on time. I hope to work with Alexandra in the future because she lets vendors know exactly what to expect well in advance.
