I booked Graham & Gillian for my wedding day, they came to the house I rented and did a fabulous job on my hair and make-up. We were nervous about my mother-in-law but Gillian did her thing and made her look beautiful! Graham did magic on my hair, I got so many compliments. Gillian's make up application was spot on, could not have been better. They made my sister, my mother. my best friend, and my mother-in-law look amazing! My wedding day couldn't have been smoother.

I booked Gillian to do my hair and make up, I was more than pleased. She came to my hotel room had an airbrush machine and everything. Made me look flawless, all of my bridesmaids were more than impressed. Including the former beauty pageant, which is saying a lot. Go with Charleston I Do for your wedding hair and make up!

I booked I DO for my wedding, Gillian came to my hotel and did both hair and make-up. I was entirely impressed, I could have not gone with a better choice. Loved her! Would recommend to anyone!

I read great reviews about Gillian Wade through Wedding Wire so I figured it being a destination wedding I would have a great experience. Gillian was very nice and on time. She brought another woman with her named Karen who unfortunately ruined the experience for me. She came in covered in stains all over her dress. She was doing my sisters make-up. Unfortunately, between the two of them they seemed unorganized. They used the same wand for lipstick on both my sister and I and who knows who else. They had just come from another wedding party so they may have used the same tools on all of us. Karen seemed to forget that we were clients and not her friends and had a few comments that were inappropriate. At the end, I had a balance due to Gillian and she forgot the contract. I know I had paid more than the required deposit, but she was sure I hadn't. I had her call the salon and I was correct. That should have been done in the first place instead of assuming I had only paid the required deposit. Their services were my only disappointment during my wedding.

I am sorry that this client seemed dissastisfied with her services. She never let us know on the day of that she was not happy. Yes, we had another wedding in the morning but of course that is how we do our business and were in no way late. I did have to call my salon to check on her balance and it was no problem whatsoever. It is so hard to go back and make anything right with people after the fact. They seem very pleased with their services and looked beautiful.
