I guess I was luckier than the other brides on here. I only bought my dress here, and I bought a sample off the rack. I had family alter it, and my girls got their dresses from target.com (highly recomend them too) My dress was great, it was on sale, and the girls in the store were very helpful with trying it on and all the other dresses i made them show me.

worst. place. ever. ladies who work there are SO RUDE!!!!!!! Please don't waste your time. I wouldn't even give one star!!!

Plain and simple.......DO NOT USE THIS DRESS SHOP. One week before my wedding, 1 out of 4 of my bridesmaids had a dress that could be worn. They don't know how to use a measuring device as they ordered a size 18 for a girl that takes a size 14. The other two dresses were ordered with no problems, but then ruined by the alterations made by I do, I do. The shop hooks you by offering the lowest prices in town but then ended up costing you more with the $60 alteration charges and then all three girls had to get a second round of alterations done to fix what I do, I do messed up!!! Google this shop.....you will see that this was/is a common complaint.

I Do I Do was the WORST part of my wedding. They caused me so much undue stress in the weeks leading up to my wedding. They lure you in by being charming and the second they have your deposits they disappear and become very rude. My dresses came in very late and I had to deal with the issues other brides on here had to deal with where they would say it must be coming in Monday's shipment or they haven't unpacked the box yet, etc. When they came in about 7 weeks before the wedding one of my bridesmaids paid so they could ship it to her. She waited a week and when she called to get a tracking number they said that they had forgotten to mail it out. Then my mother went to pick up the dress and another to ship them out herself. When she went into the shop she also asked about my sister's jacket that was still on order. The manager did not know my mother was in the store and when the girl at the counter went over to inquire about the jacket I guess the manager thought my mother was on the phone because they called her THAT WOMAN. She said, "I told THAT woman that it was on order and would be here soon. Needless to say, we never got the jacket and I was on hold for over 20 minutes one day while they supposedly checked on it. They never called back, have charged my sister for the jacket, and have not refunded the money yet. Also, while my mom was waiting a bride had driven in all the way from Columbia for her dress and they said it wasn't there. She told them that she had gotten a call earlier that week to come in on saturday because the dress would be in. The girl at the ocunter said, well it didn't come in and we did not have time to make calls to let her know it wasn't there. The bride was crying in the parking lot because of the wasted trip and stress. I would never wish the I Do I Do staff on anyone else and even though the dresses were everything I dreamed of for my wedding, the service was a nightmare.

I would never recommend I Do I Do to anyone (check out the state's Better Business Bureau to confirm my issues). Not one thing went right with my experience. They lost my shoe order and had to re-order the shoes. They came in the afternoon before my wedding when they were ordered (and in stock) 8 months in advance. The veil was lost in the office somewhere so I was given 2 wrong veils. The dress, oh the dress... I ordered the dress; they told me it would be in 30 days before my wedding and gave me a firm date. They missed this deadline and got my dress in 9 days before my wedding. I was never treated with respect or professionalism during the entire ordeal as I tried to maintain my calm. The store is run by high school kids with their babies running around the shop (not judging, just commenting). I would not recommend I Do I Do to anyone! Sorry. I hope my negative experience doesn't happen to anyone else!

First, let me start by saying that I LOVED my dress - once I finally got it. It was PERFECT - and this store is one of only 2 in the metro area that carries the designer I chose (according to the store manager). Second - let me say that the service I received from this store was atrocious - and I would NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE SHOP THERE. Here is a rundown of what I endured dealing with I Do I Do Bridal:
*Placed order for dress July 2007. The store was having a sale, but the owner, Charlene, said that she couldn't discount my dress any, but would include a veil at no cost.
*I dont know when the dress was 50% paid but they should have officially ordered it when it was - probably around Christmas, 2007
*last week of March 2008 I started calling about dress I was wondering why hadnt it arrived yet? I called numerous times, and they could never give me any info.
*July 3, 2008 dress finally here my parents brought it to me in Columbia MO- the owner said they would order the veil and that it should be in in two weeks
*July 17, 2008 I called (spoke to owner's son) - they hadnt ordered the veil yet, and claimed that they didnt know what veil I wanted. They asked if I wanted gold edging I said that I didnt remember, since it was LAST July that I was in their store said sure. He said itd be in a week
*went to store on August 5 the veil that they had for me WAS NOT CORRECT, and it looked awful next to my dress. I told the store owner, that this was not anywhere near the correct veil, and they said theyd re-order the correct one. CHARLENE said YES - it should be in by the next weekend
*I called the store on Aug 14 Allison (a worker at the store) said shed call me back. Three hours later no call back, so I called and Charlene answered said Oh of course itll be here this weekend on the 16th. Allison finally called back at 5:30 pm and said shed spoken with the company and it WOULDNT be in.
*Friday August 15 I called and it wasnt in they let me borrow another veil so that I could take it to my hairdresser for my hair trial. They said that my veil would be in the following Wednesday (Aug 20).
*Called on the 20th it wasnt in. It also wasn't in when my parents came into town on the 23rd They said itd be in the next Wednesday
*called on Aug 28 still not there it might be in the box that they havent unpacked yet...
*Called on Aug 29 said shed call back didnt but she still couldnt find it...
*Called Aug 30 I asked where my veil was she said that they didnt get shipments on Saturdays, and since it wasnt there yesterday, it still wasnt there this day. I told them that I was mad...she tried to tell me that I ordered the ugly veil etc etc....I told her there was NO way I ordered that veil it was so awful, I nearly left the store crying because I thought that I would be stuck with an awful veil. Also she got defensive and t-ed off and said I will have your correct veil here on Wednesday Once again another lie with the intent to placate me.
*Sept 3 my Mom called they wanted to call her back, but she said she preferred to wait on hold. She spoke to Charlene who said she'd have the viel there this afternoon. Ivory, 30 inch, one layer, pencil edge. And finally it truly was there - merely 10 days before my wedding!
That makes it 9 weeks since they originally (once the dress was in) said theyd order me a veil.....AND... 4 weeks since they were supposed to re-order the veil. What the heck?!
I cannot count the number of times that I have been put on hold for more than 5 minutes (while they supposedly pulled my file) and then came back on the phone and asked if they could call me back. I would estimated that 85% of the time they do not call back and in fact they have only ever called me back when I tell them that they HAVE to PROMISE to call me back....There are NUMEROUS calls in the meantime that are not even documented here these are just dates that I am certain of.
It is my opinion that I Do I Do does not care about the customer. The girls who work at the shop have been trained to tell customers on the phone that they will call them back although they certainly do not intend to. I have been told that they have to call me back because the store just got really busy. Well, in fact, I too am a paying customer and after having spent $1000 there, I believe that I deserve to be treated with respect. It is not a good business practice to lie to customers just to get them off of the phone. I believe that the source of these lies begins with the owner, Charlene Cagle and her daughter, since they have been the biggest perpetrators of the placating lies.
IF YOU CAN AVOID IT AT ALL - DO NOT GO TO I DO I DO BRIDAL!

I had all kinds of problems with this vendor both with my dress and the bridemaids dresses. They were hard to get in touch with and unhelpful once I finally got through to them. Don't even attempt to work with them in prom season, and do not assume that your dress will be there on time.

We went shopping for bridesmaid dresses and we found I Do I Do Bridal. We found a dress we liked but the place was understaffed and the aisles were kind of sloppy and the place was really unorganized. Other than having really good bridesmaid dresses I probably would of not even stayed a minute in the store. They did have really good dresses which I could not find anywhere else. So my experience with them was not the greatest but not the worst.

My dress was beautiful! I loved it, and more importantly, my husband LOVED it! The girls at the shop were very helpful in finding the right dress for me and making sure I was happy with it before we purchased it. My only complaints would come in that the size dress they ordered was WAY too big, so alterations were expensive. I would recommend making sure the size they order is most accurate before you pay anything. The lady who does the alterations did a great job, however, and was well worth what we paid her. I also got my tiara there, and it was beautiful! ;)

My experience with I Do I Do was great! I loved my dress and they were very friendly and patient with me as I selected by dress!!!

The girls in the shop were the ones who grabbed the dress - I gave them a quick explanation of what I wanted and they went and got three or four that fit my description.
Once I got "The Dress" on, the woman helping me dimmed the lights (we had an afternoon/evening wedding) and that was the moment I knew it was the one.
Thank you to all the ladies there!!

I had picked out my dress at another location and they closed shortly after that. I had gotten a reference from a friend to go to I do I do. After going, I was measured and never heard from them again. My dress was the wrong color, a month late and ultimately about 4 sizes too small. I refused to have any additional sevices there and I took my dress elsewhere. No one was responsive, not helpful at all.

When I went into their shop the first time, it was extremely busy (prom season) and I didn't have an appointment. Under those circumstances I didn't expect much assistance, however they were amazing! Unfortunately as time went on the service also went down. Upon paying for everything and receiving all of my orders (1 Bridal gown, 6 bridesmaids gowns, 1 flower girl dress, 1 ring bearer tuxedo, 10 tuxedos, and my tiara) they basically forgot my name and didn't respond to questions or concerns. Not only were all of the bridesmaids dresses up to 5 sizes too big, but none of the tuxedo's fit (which they didn't order until 2 days prior to my wedding). They were unbelievable, to say the least, when all of the sizes were wrong. To say they didn't care is an understatement. They left my bridesmaids and I scrambling to find tailors 3 days prior to my wedding. Outside of my tiara, I would say I got a fair price on my purchases, unfortunately the service was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a retail business.

Wonderful environment to pick out your dream dress :) Able to find the dress of my dreams and they did not care how many time I wanted to come in a retry it on! :) Also had contacts for wonderful alterations people. Really took care with one on one time with me. I love the family that runs the store, they really made my experience a good one.
