Dan and his partner did a wonderful job providing videography services for our wedding. We needed someone last minute as there was a grandma who couldn't make it and offered to pay for video so she could be part of it. The value is absolutely unmatched for I Do services versus all other competitors. We had these two through all of my "getting ready", ceremony, cocktails, and reception for less than $2000.

I also LOVE that I told them I'd be in cowboy boots and they wore theirs too. My guests loved these guys and I was very at ease having them around. Not obtrusive at all. I recommend them to ANYONE. Super friendly and professional in all emails and meetings!

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes

Are you a commercial studio or a home-based business?

We are a hybrid of a home-based studio.

Do you offer demo DVDs for potential clients to look at?

Yes, and some clips are available on Youtube.

What types, such as unedited footage or special effects, of videography do you offer?

We offer a variety of "styles" to fit each couple, from traditional to documentary style to cinematic videos that have the look of a movie.

Describe any special editing services you offer:

In addition to the film of the wedding, we provide a "highlight reel" that is 10-15 minutes and is the "best of the best" of the wedding. Additionally, we offer professional color correction and titles for all films.

Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?

Our cameras are designed to capture scenes in low-light conditions.

How many videographers do you work with?

We bring 2 professional videographers to every event.

Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?

If they so wish.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

Yes, aside from acts of God.

Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

No.

Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?

We are in the process of negotiating this.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

Two video cameras and a back-up DSLR video camera. We provide wireless microphones and means to plug into the soundboard of churches and DJ's. We also have professional stabilizing equipment and dollies.

Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Yes, we bring an additional camera as a back-up.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

We take as few breaks as possible. We ask that a meal be provided so we can stay right on site and eat quickly and then get back to filming without missing any of the action.

Do you charge overtime?

No.

Do you give access to your raw footage?

If that is negotiated up front.

Do you reserve the right to use the video in the future for deals, contents, etc.?

Yes.

Is the client involved in the editing process? If so, how much input does the client have in editing?

Clients can review their final video and ask for some custom edits. We aim to meet all requests.

How long does it take for the client to get the final video?

As soon as possible. During wedding season, typically 4-8 weeks.

Do you require a minimum number of hours to book?

No minimum number of hours.
