We were very selective in choosing a photography studio to hire for our big day, and we're so glad we choose Ian Londin. Ian and his wife Laura were a pleasure to work with, and they really helped make our wedding a beautiful and unforgettable day. Our engagement and wedding photos came our perfect. The images in our photo album capture all of the special moments that happened throughout the day, and no detail was missed. All of our friends and family were photographed as we requested, and the compositions and use of light are impressive in every image. Thanks guys, we're always happy to recommend you. Ian and his wife Laura are honorable and reputable business people, that show my wife and I that in the event of an error where they should bear the burden, they accepted it and pledged to make things right.
They contracted a young photographer for us to do our engagement photoshoot at Carl Shurz Park on the upper east side of New York City. She was a wonder professional to spend time with, but days later when we saw the photos we were disappointed, and the same photographer was scheduled to do our wedding. We were concerned. Abruptly, the photographer abandoned her post and contract with Ian, and left Ian and us without a photographer for our wedding.
First, Ian personally invited us for a second engagement photo shoot in Brooklyn, which turned out to deliver really beautiful photos. We were so happy when we saw them. Then he and his wife arranged for a much more professional photographer take care of our wedding. Ian himself was already committed to photographing another scheduled event. The new contract photographer came with some wonderful prestige, and her photos are amazing, and we know Ian lost all of his profits and maybe more by bringing in this professional. We have such a beautiful photo album, and I thank Ian and his team for coming through for us. Highly recommended.
