Having virtually zero familiarity with diamonds - or the four C’s that go along with them - I did some preliminary research and came across IcedOrchid.com. My goal was to find a diamond to go along with the ring design I’d previously chosen. The site was extremely user friendly, easy to navigate through, and allowed me to hand select from a variety of loose diamonds in categories of: Carat Weight, Shape, Color and Clarity Grades, and Price. You simply put a checkmark next to your customized preferences, hit search, and an assortment of available diamonds – including certificate and details - immediately pops up on the screen. Further, in comparing costs, I found that their price couldn’t be matched. I’ve had nothing but phenomenal service since…speedy resizing, almost immediate appraisal, as well as constant availability to answer questions. I truly couldn’t be happier with my experience in purchasing a diamond from IcedOrchid.com.

I knew what I wanted when I started looking for engagement rings when i stumbled upon IcedOrchid.com. First I found the stone that matched my specifications on there diamond search - I then called a jewelry/diamond consultant who checked out the stone for me and it was exactly what i was looking for. From there, we worked on a custom design from a number of pictures I emailed to them. When i received the ring I was completely blown away! The ring was exactly what I wanted.
