The food at the cocktail hour and reception was excellent! My guests are still talking about how good everything was. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. The outdoor piazza is beautiful, however the venue could use a few upgrades, though it is very well kept.

Il Tulipano provided the most incredible wedding experience ever. Everything was absolutely perfect and the way we wanted it to be. They went above and beyond all our expectations and made our day feel like a true fairy tale!

Il Tulipano made my wedding perfect. When initially looking for a venue, we knew Il Tulipano had a great reputation, but we saw it we knew we wanted to have our wedding there. Our ceremony was going to be held there and their outside grounds are breathe taking. From the very beginning they made have my wedding there so easy. They were accommodating with every request we had. Everybody on their staff is incredible and I can't say enough about them. We initially dealt with Donald who was great and in the last two weeks before the wedding I spoke with Vincent and Gregori who were both awesome. They knew everything about my wedding even though I had been dealing with Donald. I was so impressed. The couple of days before the big day, they calmed my nerves and assured me everything would be perfect and it was!!!!! The food, the service, the bridal attendants were all great. My guests are just raving and raving about my wedding. I told Gregori before leaving that night that when I have my first child the Christening will be there! I want to have another party there; that is how much i loved them! Anyone who has their wedding there or any other event will not be disappointed. I promise.

I cannot begin to say enough about how fantastic the entire staff at Il Tulipano was. The array of food, the quality of the food, the atmosphere, everything about our venue was perfect. I could not have imagined anything better other than to have the reception last all night because it went so fast! From planning to execution, Il Tulipano was exceptional and far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone wishing to have an extrodinary wedding receiption.

I was the bridesmaid in my cousins wedding this month. I had just got engaged for Valentine's Day so I was so happy to see the event first hand. I was prepared with all my notes since I had the last two months to visit about 6 other catering locations near my house. In addition to the fact that one of my friends and my fiancés best friend just got married at two different places.
I have booked my wedding for next year at il Tulipano. My cousin had her cocktail hour outside on the piazza. It felt like we were far, far away. It was so beautiful.
They were the only wedding there.

The food was excellent. The service is topnotch, the guest did not want for anything. Things that stood out to me that I did not see done as nice as other wedding we attended this year were the amount and selection of fish on the seafood display. Also the passed hors d'oeuves were not the usual, they had a cheese tart, baby lamb chops and seared tuna.

The cake was incredible to look at and tasted delicious too.

The wedding was just beautiful. I am so excited and can't wait to start all my planning.

All of our guests are still raving about our wedding. Food and service were marvelous. It was so great to have people call us after the wedding to tell us how great their waiters were.

Best features are the outdoor space, only one wedding at a time, their own pastry chef (I received unbelievable compliments on the cake!).

My husband and I were looking for a place to have a traditional Italian wedding without a gaudy Italian look and il Tulipano hit every note perfectly.

We can wait to have another event there!

We were married here on July 25, 2008, and everyone still raves about the wedding. PERFECTION - from a-z!! The food, and the cocktail hour were phenomenal. From the martini bar, to the montage of our pictures on the screen in the lobby, to the serving stations...everything was executed efficiently. All of the staff was professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the evening. It was certainly white-glove service...extremely elegant. The venue is gorgeous - the outside patio is breath-taking (weather permitting), the facility is clean, modern, and updated. Gregory (owner) was fantastic about making sure everything was exactly how we wanted it from the arrangement of the favors, to the napkins at the bar, to the style of the cake...The dessert room was filled with pastries and cakes, and a zeppoli station, and an international coffee bar. It was awesome! Would recommend this facility to anyone. Other friends of ours were married here - the food and the service are always consistent.

Best kept secret of NJ! They have the best food and service. All of my quest are still raving how great the place was. I was working with Greg (the owner) for two years, during my engagment and loved all of their work. When it came down the finalize the details, they are on top of things! You will not be disappointed with this great place!

Il Tulipano is the best Reception Venue. There attention to detail and excellent service will make your wedding magical!
