We looked at a number of wedding photographers before choosing Ilona to photograph our wedding. We wanted to capture all of the traditional formal shots, but also chronicle the wedding and celebration in candids that captured the event in a more intimate, personal way. Ilona went above and beyond the call of duty, from helping us organize our ideas before the wedding, to coming up with great ideas for us to consider and incorporate. She got a backdrop for a "photo booth" for our guests to post in front of during the party (with props and all), among other things. The images are vibrant and beautiful, and really capture the fun and feeling of the day. She provided us with a disk full of thousands of gorgeous, edited images to do whatever we want with. She worked incredibly hard, staying later than she meant too, I'm sure, but in the interest of really giving us the best result. Your choice of photographer is one of the most important decisions in planning your wedding-- the photos from your wedding are what you will keep forever. Ilona is professional, warm, and talented. Choose her, and you will get the images you imagined and want to display on your walls. (All of your guests will thank you, too, as they will love the pictures she takes of them).
Steve and I have been absolutely mesmerized by the photographs you took at Taylor and Aaron's wedding. Not only is the quality superb, but you just captured the beauty of the day, the joy in everyone's faces, and best of all, the constant glow and radiance in Taylor and Aaron's faces. I was in such a daze for much of the evening, but the photographs have given me a way to relive the wedding. At times, they are like a video, because I can just feel the continuous motion as a particular event was happening, such as the tea ceremony or tossing the bouquet. You also caught great group shots, both formal and informal. I couldn't be happier!
Despite my initial dubiousness, the photo booth was a howling success, and the photos further prove it.

Ilona just took pictures of me and my very pregnant belly, my husband and my two little boys. I happen to model for a living and I wish all photographers could be as easy-going and nice as Ilona! She made it a really relaxed and fun experience. She adapts to every situation that arises and just turns it into another photo op. Like a baby that falls asleep while he's supposed to have his picture taken. My older son does not enjoy having his picture taken, but she actually got some great shots out of him! I got a ton of excellent shots in just a short period of time on a regular day on a very windy beach... Ilona captured beautiful, unexpected moments of me and my family. I'm definitely going to recommend her to anybody that asks me if i know of a great photographer!
