Denise is such a joy to work with! She did an impeccable job with my bridesmaids, my mother, and my hair/makeup on my Wedding Day! She's fun and laid back, she's talented and knows how to create what you're envisioning. Ultimately she just wants you to be happy, isn't that all you could ever ask for from a vendor? Very reasonably priced for all the work she'll put in. Very prompt and very timely with her services. Love her!

Denise was an amazing vendor to work with. She was able to do 8 hair and makeup services for my wedding. She is truly an artist she was able to do wonders with our hair and makeup. My husband was was floored when he saw me for the first time and continued to tell me throughout the day how beautiful I was.

Denise was wonderful! She did my hair and make up for my Bridal Portraits, along with mine and my mom's hair and make up for the Wedding day. It was perfect! The hair stayed all day/night and the make up looked flawless. She was easy to work with and a blast to be around. I could not have asked for a better look for the wedding day! She really listens to what you want to and knows how to make the look work for you! I will recommend her to everyone!!

As the mother of the bride, my daughter was stressed about having to do her own makeup when other plans fell through. I contacted Denise within days of the wedding, and she made herself available to come to the location for a small wedding party of two (bride and maid of honor).The girls looked absolutely beautiful - and we have a wonderful photo of my daughter's elated look when she was turned to the mirror. Denise rates a 5 in all of the categories above -- I would definitely recommend her services!

I had Denise do my make up for my engagement photos, bridal portraits, wedding, and have gone back to have my make up done since my October 2010 wedding. I think Denise does amazing work and truly listens to her clients and what they want. I would recommend Denise to anyone getting married!

We had a wonderful experience with Denise. She worked magic on us and we all looked beautiful. There were 5 Bridesmaids and the Bride and the Mother of the Bride. She was very courteous and informative about everything. She was right on time and very patient with all of us. Needless to say, my daughter the bride was gorgeous. She is having Denise do her makeup for New Years Eve this year. I would definitely use her service again.

Denise made my hair and makeup look SO beautiful and that in turn made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day! And that is worth so much to a bride!! Denise is very talented at both hair and makeup and she is interested in giving you the look that you want. She's willing to make changes and work with you until you're happy. Denise also has a wonderful personality which is great when you're stressed out on your wedding day! When we were all done she even helped me get my dress and necklace on! Ladies, you will not be dissappointed! (Take it from someone who had a couple other trials with other stylists.) With so many other things to worry about on my wedding day, it was great knowing I could trust Denise. To top it all off, my hair and makeup looked just as beautiful at the end of the night...even through rain drops and dancing. :)

Denise was great!! I absolutely love what she did for me and my bridesmaids! I would definitely recommend her to any bride! She did exactly what I wanted and listened to me while making me look better than I thought I could. She arrived on time, worked with us in a packed hotel room of girls and did an amazing job. Denise did a wonderful job on my hair & makeup. She was very accommodating & flexible. Of course I was running very late the morning of & the hairstyle I had chosen was rather time consuming. Denise still managed to have me looking wonderful. She did full hair & make up on four other brides maids & my mother who requested an up do & then decided she'd rather have it down. We all looked fabulous & were ready ON TIME!

I would recommend Denise to anyone looking for hair and/or make up for a special event. Denise did the make up and hair for my mother, myself, and the majority of my bridesmaids. She also did my make up for my engagement photo session. Everyone was VERY happy with their appearance. Our hair and make up still looked perfect 12 hours later! Denise was fun to work with and very helpful in coming up with hair styles for our big day! Denise was the most reasonably priced stylist I found, AND she travelled to our home. Denise provided hair & make up services for my Mom, my bridesmaids, & me for my wedding. Denise is extremely talented! I would absolutely highly recommend her to anyone! Talk about workin' some magic!---wow, she made each of us look & feel so beautiful on my wedding day. After it was all said & done, my Mom told me, "I didn't feel nervous at all when I had to make my entrance at your wedding, I just felt...glamorous!" My husband kept telling me how beautiful I looked on our wedding day; and really, what girl doesn't want to hear that! The added bonus is that Denise is just a genuinely nice & caring person. I saw her a few times before the "big day" for the bridal preview (which I highly recommend), facials, & other services. On each visit, I would come in with some crazy stressful wedding planning story & she would always respond in such a calm manner with caring advice. Plus, she's a lot of fun. I mean, my bridesmaids & I spent the entire afternoon with her on my wedding day so it really was a bonus that she is such an easy going & fun person. Plus, it's great that she can do your hair AND make up--not just one or the other. It's nice that she can touch up either at the end of the session. She doesn't push her ideas on you either. She is very open to give you the look you want; but if requested, she will also give suggestions. She's a dream to work with! Again, I highly recommend!

Denise was wonderful. She made everyone look so beautiful. Everyone got airbrushed from my wedding and it was everyone's first time. They all loved it to say the least. It is just so lightweight, but has good coverage as well as lasting all night long. Denise also contours and shades your face slightly so that it is not flat. That was a great surprise. She is great to work with!

Denise did both hair and makeup, and made me and my bridesmaids look and feel gorgeous on my wedding day. She airbrushed everyone so our skin looked fantastic, and added false eyelashes for that extra boost in photos. She knows what she's doing. The shellac hairspray held perfectly all night. My only complaint is that my lip color faded immediately, and I had to reapply it all night long. There should be a long-lasting option. She and I both forgot to attach my veil, which I only realized at the venue.

Be prepared to spend a small fortune. Each bridesmaid requires a separate charge for hair and a separate charge for makeup comparable to a salon visit. It adds up fast. If I had it to do over again, I'd probably hire someone else to do hair (faster with two people, and it's easy to find good hair stylists), and keep Denise for makeup. She really is an artist. She was wonderful to work with. Very calm, flexible, professional, and fun to talk with. A true...

Very happy with how my makeup and hair turned out, as were my mom and the bridal party. She even found time to do hair for my brother's girlfriend who asked at the last minute.

LOVED HER! She brought an assistant to help, since there were 12 different services needed. They did an amazing job on all of our hair and makeup. I have never felt so pretty and my husband just loved how I looked.

Denise was very flexible. She came at 7:30 AM to my hotel on a Sunday to do the hair and make-up for me and my girls. It was nice to have a vendor that does both services. She did a fabulous job and I got tons of compliments on my hair and make-up. She was a little expensive but I could be happier with the results so it was worth it!

I think Denise is amazing at what she does, and I felt like the most beautiful woman in the city on my wedding day. She really takes her time to do a beautiful job and doesn't rush.

A piece of advice: Denise offers a trial run for your make up and hair for a small extra charge. Do it on your rehearsal day so you have two great days of make up and hair! Also, one of my fake eyelashes fell off (it was incredibly windy). I'd suggest buying and bringing extra glue in case. Also, Denise gives you lip color as part of your bridal package - don't forget to reapply! In some of my pictures, my lip color has come off, and the colors aren't as beautiful as when I'd remembered to wear it.

As a side note, Denise is more expensive than some of the other folks I considered, but she doesn't nickle and dime you, and I she's a true artist, not just someone who does make up. I would use her again in a minute. Denise, it was a joy working with you!

Denise work is amazing. I met Denise when I was doing a wedding in Raleigh - there she did makeup and hair for all the attendants and the bride. She was very professional, great to work and so sweet. When I meet with one of my other brides two weeks later and she was looking for someone to do hair and makeup - I immediately recommend Denise.

I recommend Denise all of the time. On your wedding day it's important to work with someone who has experience with photography, which is why I like Denise. A lot of times hair stylists specialize in cuts and color, and it's great to know someone who does. However, if they don't have a lot of experience with weddings and photography, they might not know important facts like how hair looks flatter in photos so you should have a little more volume (just one example). Denise knows her stuff!

I love doing weddings with Denise. Although she is "behind the scenes" her wonderful work is obvious in the radiant glow of the bride and bridesmaids. She is fun to be around and always keeps an upbeat energy around her as she works. I highly recommend Denise!

When Denise comes to our B&B to assist our brides on their special day the calm relaxed atmsophere she creates is incredible as she transforms and pampers our brides to enhance their natural beauty. She has always done an incredible job and is willing to travel to our facility! We reccomend her highly you won't be disappointed!
