Working with Richard for our engagement and wedding photos was one reason this bride's stress levels were kept in check. He was so easy to work with, not to mention very pleasant. In addition to his contagious enthusiasm for capturing special memories, we were impressed with his obvious dedication to his craft and business. He kept an open mind throughout the process and seamlessly incorporated our ideas with his own expertise. The pop-up photo studio that he setup and manned for us during the party hour of our reception was one of the major hits of the wedding day and are providing us with lasting (and fun-to-look-at) images to take with us into the future. You can't go wrong with Richard!

After spending countless hours looking at photographer portfolios, reading reviews and interviewing photographers, we are so grateful that Richard was the one to capture all the memorable moments of our special day. Not only did were we impressed by his great personality and his friendliness to engage everyone at the wedding, our guests noticed too.

Working with Richard from start to finish, he could tell instantly that he loves capturing special events as if telling a story through film. He has a wonderful personality and was very good about rolling with the punches when things changed at the last minute. I was particularly impressed with him speaking to the pastor before the wedding and asked if there are any special considerations when photographing the ceremony. Richard had many candid photos during the ceremony and reception that captured the feel of our wedding. We loved the candid photos he took of our niece and nephew. In addition to wedding photography, he also does Baby Sessions, which we are considering as a gift for our niece for her upcoming birthday. We would highly recommend Richard Min if you are looking for a photographer who can deliver quality, professionalism, and a love for his craft.

Richard Min is not your typical wedding photographer. He captures images artistically and is able to tell a documentary style story with his photos. He is able to capture moments that elicit emotions. He was my wedding photographer and I am so happy with his work. He worked through the POURING rain and didn't complain once. He is so passionate about his work and he is very easy to work with. His passion shows through his interactions and his work.

We received our online photos only 2 weeks after our wedding so my husband and I were able to share the photos right away with our family and friends. He also worked with our budget and was very understanding towards what we we're looking for as far as different shots and the photo package. He took photos of all the little details that we worked hard on to make our wedding unique. He got to know us as a couple and gave us exactly what we wanted and more!

Richard Min is an amazing artist. My groom and I interviewed TONS of photograhers---we were on a budget and were pretty ambivalent about a lot of the wedding details, but knew that we did not want to skimp on quality for our wedding photos! These last a lifetime! We are SO glad and were so blessed with his work. Richard is wonderful to work with---kind, patient, generous---he really made our wedding day and, the days leading up to it, a beautiful one. Richard possesses a calm and peace that every nervous couple and frazzled bride to be needs! He gave great recommendations and was always prompt, kind and cheerful. He made us feel so comfortable. Richard Min was not only our wedding photographer, he was our counselor, our confidant and just an all around good guy. You don't meet people like Richard these days - - if you have the opportunity to meet him, you'll know exactly what I'm talking about.

Selecting a wedding photographer is a big ordeal, however - when we met Richard, we knew immediately that he was "the one." His prices are reasonable, his sample work was gorgeous and not cookie cutter-ish. You find a lot of photographers in K-town have the requisite engagement photos (boy & girl wearing white shirts and blue jeans walking on the sandy beaches, boy & girl on 3rd street promenade acting like Calvin Klein Models. . . . .BORING!) Richard Min has vision and he executes it perfectly!

He makes clients feel VERY COMFORTABLE. This allowed us to be goofy and ourselves in our photos. He was able to capture us as we are and not in poses that don't represent our personalities.

His excitement and enthusiasm for us was genuine. We hope to spread the word about this wonderful photographer. If you're looking for an excellent photographer - look no more! My husband and I got married almost a year ago, however it feels like yesterday! I cannot believe it has taken me this long to write a review, but what can I say? Married life is bliss- busy, but bliss!

Richard captured so many beautiful moments on our special day. Notice how I said moments rather than pictures. His keen eye for such special moments between family, friends and especially bride and groom cannot be learned in a classroom. Rather, Richard's craft has been begotten by his love for his job and passion for his subjects. His demeanor that day was professional, reserved, and yet intimate. He was able to weave in and out of the event seamlessly and without disturbing any guests or ceremonies. Also, his journalistic approach was so amazing because we were able to see what we were unable to see the day of our wedding, through pictures. Our day was magical, but we also cherished the day we received our pictures to relive it through another lens- that of our photographer!

Now, as we all know, weddings are just as beautiful as they can be logistical nightmares. We hit a slight speed bump with one of our albums, however, Richard addressed our concerns immediately and professionally. Of course, because of his reputation and relationship with us, we did not expect anything less, however it was comforting to know that even in light of a miscommunication, he remained as gracious as ever.

In short, I must say that among the 10 vendors we used on our wedding day, Richard was at the top of our list. We cannot be more thankful to him for sharing his talent with us on such a monumental day.

Richard Min did a fantastic job at our wedding! I really enjoy to see my wedding album. Everyone that has seen our wedding album has expressed how the pictures make them feel as if they were actually there on our wedding day. He was so easy going and an absolute delight to work with.
