In Style Down the Aisle

I recently got married on October 27, 2012 and used In Style Down the Aisle for my hair and makeup. Dana and Kate are beyond amazing! They are both so sweet and accommodating (Dana put up with my craziness for 6 months before my wedding and Kate helped me relax on my wedding day). I felt so beautiful that day and everyone kept complimenting me on how great my hair and makeup looked. Most importantly, my hair stayed in place all night and my makeup did not smear, smudge, or wear off even though I danced up a storm and people were hugging me all night. One of the best parts of hiring them was also the fact that they came to my hotel. I didn't have to worry about running around to salon appointments and was able to relax in my hotel room. Dana and Kate are both super professional, arrived early on my wedding day, and were always available to answer any questions I had almost immediately. I cannot say enough how wonderful they are and I highly recommend them to any bride looking to have THE best hair and makeup and a stress free experience on her wedding day!

Dana was fantastic!!! She is friendly & professional and my whole family enjoyed her being a part of the process! She did 6 women and from the first girl in her chair to the last they were beyond thrilled and looked gorgeous. She pleased two fifteen year old girls (who can be fickle) up to my mom who is 67 and everyone was just ecstatic. Now onto my hair... I loved it!! It was gorgeous at the trial but the day of was even more amazing!! And let me share that I have hair past my natural waist and its super curly... it didn't even phase her and it turned out amazing (and let me say I went on a couple of hair trials because people said they could work on my hair and to put it nicely that was not the case). So if you have curly hair Dana is the stylist for you!!! I cannot thank Dana enough it stayed perfect through the last dance. :)

I am so grateful to Dana and Kate for making me and my girls look absolutely fantastic on the big day! It was super hot and humid on my wedding day and our makeup didn't fade and our hair did not wilt or frizz! Dana and Kate were amazing throughout the entire process giving me two trials each to make sure I was completely happy with what I chose to go with. Amazing is the best word to use for both Dana and Kate. They were truly professional and both were very prompt which was great. It was a really HOT day and I was worried about my hair, but it stayed all day and night! When I was getting my makeup done, Kate was so patient and really made sure I was happy before she left. She even touched up my mom before she headed home!

I got so many compliments on both my hair and makeup and my bridesmaids and mom loved everything too. We all looked so lovely and I would certainly recommend these two great ladies to anyone interested in looking and feeling great on their wedding...

Dana & Kate are magicians...LOL. I do not wear much make-up and hardly ever do anything special with my hair. On the day of my wedding they transformed me in to this amazing person whose hair and make up still looked incredible at midnight. (they finished everything that morning around 11am). I got all kinds of compliments not only about me, but my mom and all my bridesmaids as well. They could not believe that all the hair and make-up could look so fantastic after hours of eating, dancing, rain, etc.

Dana and Kate were awesome! They both were professional and highly experienced. My hair and makeup looked amazing. I showed Dana a picture of a hair style that I wanted and she accomplished that and even better. As for the makeup. I was looking for a natural look and Kate did such a wonderful job. I received so many compliments that day. They also made my mom look so beautiful. She loved it and felt like a star that day. I was dancing the entire night and my hair stayed perfect and my makeup looked flawless the entire evening. Thank you so much for making me look so beautiful on my special day.

I just got married on June 30, 2012. I was so nervous about my hair and makeup because I didn't really know how I wanted it. When I got to my trial I quickly realized I had NOTHING to worry about. Dana and Kate are a Dream Team! I even changed the way I wanted my hair three days before the wedding. Dana was great and assured me it would be exactly how I envisioned it. Oh how right she was! I loved the way I looked and my bridal party looked perfect! They are professional and punctual. The way I looked I at 11am was the way I looked at 11:30pm. Thank you Ladies! Your the best!!!

Dana was great she did my hair, my mothers and my maid of honor's. Everything came out beautifully and my hair held for most of the night with all my dancing. Because I had clip in extensions Dana was able to take them a few weeks prior to the wedding so she could curl and set them, it was definitely one less thing for me to worry about. And Dana had to hear my worry about it raining on my wedding day (which didn't happen, thank god) But the whole time she was doing my hair she was calming me down about that. She was a little pricey but you get what you pay for and I loved working with Dana and would recommend her to anyone!!

Dana and Katie from In Style Down the Isle are amazing! Everything from the trail to the day of the event went perfectly smoothly. I couldn't have asked for a a better experience. They did such an excellent job on my hair and make-up that 24 hrs later it still looked flawless!!

Kate and Dana were absolutely amazing! Having our hair and makeup done at my house the morning of the wedding was one of our best wedding day decisions... stress free, relaxing, and a lot of fun! I received so many complements on my hair and makeup and my bridesmaids looked so stunning! They were very flexible with our circumstances and really went out of their way to make my morning special and run smoothly. You ladies were fabulous!!! We don't have our official wedding photos yet but my hair looked amazing as did all of my wedding party! My mom looked like a dream and she was just glowing-- she is not the type to allow anyone to fuss over her but she allowed it on the day of the wedding.... Seeing her beaming like that, all of the women felt and looked so beautiful, it added so much to the joy of the day. Dana & Kate are amazing! From the trial through my wedding day, working with them was a pleasure! I brought Kate a picture from a magazine of how I wanted my makeup for my wedding and she recreated it flawlessly. My look was more glamorous with faux lashes, but did not look over done, it was exactly what I wanted. Dana styled my hair to perfection, it looked beautiful and worked perfectly with my headpiece and cathedral veil. They also did the hair and makeup for my five bridesmaids and the mother of the groom, everyone loved their hair and makeup as much as I did and looked fantastic all night! I would recommend In Style Down the Aisle for any wedding or special event and I cannot wait to use them again!

Dana did a wonderful job with my trial and was able to complete 6 bridemaids and myself in 4 hours. The girls looked beautiful. Dana is very professional and gets the job done.

In Style Down the Aisle were so great to work with on my wedding day! I worked with Dana to have my hair done along with 7 bridesmaids, my mother, and 2 flower girls. Everyone looked absolutely GORGEOUS! Dana did a wonderful job and it was fun to have her there while getting your hair done and chatting with her. I had set up a trial and met Dana at her house to have it done. She was very pleasant to work with and gave me tips on how to make the hairstyle I wanted to really hold up through out the day. She also recommended which products to use to prep my hair. My hair looked absolutely gorgeous on my wedding day - I LOVED it. The other girls loved the way their hair came out also. Dana was very professional and helped achieve the finished look they wanted. I also was having trouble finding a make up artist who was avaialble for my wedding date as In Style Down the Aisle wasn't. Dana was kind enough to reccomend someone to me and it ending up being the person I used for the big day! It was helpful and kind of her to go out of her way to reccommend someone and provide me with their contact information. I would reccommend Dana and the rest of the team and In Style Down the Aisle to anyone for any occasion as I had a very pleasent experience with them

Dana is the super professional! She comes ready to do business! She was great and finished 5 girls super early! Plus she's super responsive so that's great for a person who worries a lot! Very reliable!! Would use her again!

I want to start by saying Dana and her assistant were FABULOUS! Everyone looked gorgeous and loved their hair style. They were so professional and finished early! Dana was so accommodating throughout the entire process. I actually went for three hair trials because after the first trial I bought a headpiece and wanted to make sure that I had a trial with the headpiece. I actually loved the second look but my FI did not so there I was going for a third trial. I am so happy I did! My third look was PERFECT. All and all Dana made me look and feel fabulous and beautiful....Loved it and would use her services again in an instant!

Dana and her team at In Style Down The Aisle are just amazing!! She was affordable and extremely professional. I was have a mini-meltdown in the hair chair on the morning of my wedding and Dana calmed me down and made me look incredible. One of my bridesmaids even said that Dana made her feel like an old friend. I can't say enough good things. Dana and her assistant did 8 people's hair and they ran EARLY. How amazing is that? Dana did my daughters hair for her wedding and it was perfection. I could have not found a better more professional person. If you are looking for an expert in her field Dana is the one to choose. You WILL NOT BE SORRY if you choose her company.

All of my bridesmaids hair turned out great and they loved it! As the bride, I was happy with mine, but not blown away. The 'bump' on top of my head was a little uneven. The ladies were nice to work with, but seemed a bit demanding - I was more concerned with making them happy with the room set up and what not. It did not seem they were concerned with keeping us happy as their client. If you want to be pampered and catered to on your wedding day, this vendor is not for you.

I loved Dana and her team at In Style Down the Aisle. She was so responsive and helpful in assisting me find the best hairstyle for my big day. Everyone was so nice and we ran perfectly on time! All my girls loved their hair and it all stayed put until the end of the night! I'm so happy i wasn't spending the whole evening worrying about whether or not my curls had fallen. They were great!

In Style Down the Aisle is amazing. They are extremely professional and care so much about their work and their clients. They have great dedication to their craft and the result- flawless beauty! My wedding started at 3:00 so all 9 of us had to be done with hair and make-up by 12 for the photographer. We got done earlier! They come early and set up, do their job, clean up and leave. They are very organized and have requirements that make things run so smooth for them and for the bride. They treated all of us like queens and made sure everything was perfect and we were all happy. I was worried that as the day/night went on, our hair and make-up would go down hill haha... But, it didn't!!!!! Even with everything going on and all the dancing and running around- we still looked great and felt great! I have NOTHING bad to say at all and am recommending them to everyone I know!

Dana and Sonia did an AMAZING job with my hair and makeup on my wedding day! After my initial hair trial I wasn't 100% sold on how the hair that I wanted turned out-Dana told me that it was because the picture that I showed her that I wanted was with a bride who had long bangs and I had very long hair, all one length. When I went back for my re-trial I decided to have her give me a new hair style, with the long bangs, before she did my trial. WOW! Not only did my new hair style come out amazing, but it enabled me to have the wedding hairstyle of my dreams! The wedding day was perfect which started that way because of my fabulous wedding day look thanks to Dana and Sonia! I received nothing but RAVE reviews for both the entire day and even after the wedding day! I kept adding how many bridesmaids were going to get their hair and make up done but everything was accommodated! I highly recommend in Style Down the Aisle!

Overall, I was very happy with Dana and Kate. They did a beautiful job the day of the wedding with both hair and makeup, and everyone was pleased with their work. They were very responsive to emails and easy to get in touch with. I came across their group through this site, going through reviews of hair and makeup teams.

They are routed in Northern NJ and do not travel to you for trials, and only do trials on weekdays. Being from Central NJ and working a 9-5 job, it was a bit inconvenient.

The trial went well, though they scheduled another bride for the same time and I felt a bit rushed. For my hair trial, I showed Dana photos of what I wanted, and she got it on the first try. When she was done though, it was on to the next, and I had no time to play around with it and try something else. With Kate, it was difficult for her to understand what I was asking, and we did my makeup over 3 times. She was very reassuring and patient, though, so I trusted I could continue to talk to her about it before the wedding and she would accommodate me. The trial was pricy - almost as much as the day of would cost.

Kate was a sweetheart - I went for a few MAC counter makeup applications after her trial and sent her some pictures. She was more than happy to talk to me for an hour over the phone, swapping pictures and getting down to what it was I was looking for. On the day of, not only did I LOVE what she did, but she did a fantastic job with everyone else! And her time management was wonderful. She waited until everyone was dressed, and did a double check to make sure everyone was looking their best. I would definitely recommend her for your wedding.

Dana had a bit of a harder edge with my family and bridal party, though she was very receptive to what they were requesting her to do. She is unquestionably talents. However, she brought an assistant, who mostly sat in the corner the whole time. She only worked to prep 1 or 2 people to curl their hair. I would have preferred she bring a second stylist. Dana finished everyone with time to spare, but did not wait around. After the last bobby pin was secure, she packed up and left. I wish she hadn't - as the bride my hair started falling out 5 MINUTES after the dress was on. I had my sister and my mom frantically shoving bobby pins into my up-do to get me down the aisle. This is why I rated a 3/5 for value - I think Dana's less than desirable quality of service on the day outweighed her talent, and did not match the large amount of money I spent to use her.

Also bare in mind they both charge for travel and an early morning fee...so if you're getting married in the morning or afternoon and they have to get there at 6 or 7, it will cost you more.

Like I said, everyone looked gorgeous the day of and overall I was happy...but I wanted to be very honest with this review to help you out.

They made my family and bridesmaids GORGEOUS!!!!!! Everyone was happy with their hair and make-up. Even my mom who is the most picky. They are a very popular company and for wedding season they get booked up to 2 weddings a day. If you are their first appoinment and if you looking for any touch-ups or help with the veil at the end of getting ready, make sure you leave enough time so nobody feels rushed. Otherwise they are fabulous!!!! They listen to every detail you want and execute it! :)

My bridal party and I worked with Dana (for hair) and Kate (for make-up) on my wedding day. Dana also had an assistant, who helped with the curling of hair before Dana styled. Overall, In Style Down the Aisle did a great job, and we were all happy with the finished product.
I think Dana did nice work with everyone's hair. My only complaint would be that her personal style is somewhat stringent and was a little off-putting to some of my bridemaids (hence the low flexibility rating). The make-up job by Kate was fantastic, and she was very friendly. The one downside would be that her services cost a lot more than other comparable vendors (hence the lower value for cost rating).

Hair style and makeup was PERFECT and FLAWLESS throughout the entire night. Highly recommended

Dana and Kate are amazing. I can’t believe how hassle free they made everything. We had 9 people getting hair and makeup done. 4 bridesmaids, 1 JR bridesmaid, my mom, mother in law, grandmother and me. Every ones hair and makeup turned out better than I could even imagine. My guests could not stop commenting how good everyone looked. Another plus is that we were done under the time originally estimated. That is always a plus when the day is already crazy. I would recommend them to every one!!!! My sister is actually using them this weekend for her wedding. I know she will look absolutely beautiful.

Got both hair and makeup done for my wedding as well as a few of my bridesmaids. Everyone was very satisfied with the service they received. They were extremely punctual, they said they'd be here at 4:45 am and my doorbell rang at exactly 4:45 am. Very organized as well as talented. Emails exchanged would be within same day if not within the same hour sometimes.
I would without a doubt recommend Dana & Sonia to any bride looking for beauty solutions the day of their wedding. Cost was a bit over my price range i was expecting, but the peace of mind that came with having all the services done at home instead of driving around all day is priceless for sure. Now that I look back I really don't know how I would have done it without being exhausted by the time I was done. They are excellent at what they do & take pride in their work. You will not be disappointed!

I LOVED working with Dana and In Style Down the Aisle. I used her for hair for me, 7 of my bridesmaids and 2 moms. I couldn't believe how quickly she and her assistant turned everyone around! She was very professional and was able to adjust to my changing count (sorry, Dana!) without missing a beat. I have to admit, I think we were a tough (unorganized) group to work with. Everyone was late getting to my house and I was a little stressed out about that, but she kept me calm and was able to adjust so we weren't sitting around wasting time. She's definitely a no-nonsense kinda girl, which is what you need to get 11 girls ready and out the door. I appreciated that about her, because then I didn't have to be the one telling everyone we had to keep things moving! I couldn't believe that we were all ready EARLY for the church! My hair looked amazing and I got so many compliments throughout the night- and even after the wedding! I was so afraid that I would end up with something prom-ish or tight and curly, but what she did was perfectly loose and just the right amount of curly. It was elegant and modern at the same time. I LOVED it! Best of all, her prices were reasonable (as opposed to most other on-site wedding hairstylists!) and she was great to work with. She even gave me little gift certificates for my girls so I could help cover some of the cost for them. Thank you, Dana! LOVED working with you!

Kate and Dana were the best....I had 10 people getting services on the day of my wedding and I can honestly say that everyone still looked amazing by the end of the night. I was obsessed with my hair and it got sooo many compliments and I had one friend who specifically said that when I walked down the aisle she just thought the makeup was amazing and "on point"...In addition to doing great work, I think it's really important to have good people around you on your wedding day to keep you calm and just to have fun and relax, Dana and Kate definitely fit this description..I highly recommend them!

Dana & Kate were so awesome to work with. We were a large booking, so I wasn't sure if they could handle the headcount...Let me tell you that they BOTH exceeded my expectations tremendiously!!!They were both at my parent's house bright & early and ready start on me, my mom, & SEVEN bridesmaids. Everybody's hair & makeup came out customized and amazing. The makeup remained flawless and matched each individual personality-Also for a bunch of girls from thick curly hair to straight limp, everybody's hair was styled beautifully and stayed in place throughout the night. I would definately recommend this duo. Their personalities also helped brighten up the morning. Also, Dana met me at the reception hall & we did a hair change after the ceremony, definately was a nice touch and worth the extra money! I felt totally glamourous on my wedding day and would highly recommend the In Style Down The Aisle team again and again! I can not thank you girls enough!!!!

She is a pleasure to work with and I loved my hair as well as what she did for my MOH, bridesmaid and flower girl! Everyone was thrilled with their hair and enjoyed working with her....I was very glad I had made the decision to treat all of them, including me, to Dana's services that day! We recently received our photos, and all of us were very pleased with how our hair looked in the photos, and when I posted some of the photos on Facebook I received even more compliments on my hair....yes, it looked THAT good!

With flooding occuring days before and the day of our wedding in the Wayne, NJ area, limiting or knocking out access to Rt. 23, some of our vendors and guests had to plan an alternate route to get to Morristown. Dana was at least 20, maybe even 30 minutes early, which put us all at ease. We truly lucked out with so many of our vendors that day.....Dana was awesome!

It turned out my friend was one hundred percent right! I’ve been in several weddings in the past and, to be frank, my hair never looked as thick and gorgeous as it did on my wedding day. They are refreshingly caring as well. When we first met, I immediately felt at ease. During my hair trial & make-up trial, they listened intently to my vision, while offering invaluable advice and suggestions. So when my big day arrived, I was thrilled to see them at my house! They arrived promptly and immediately began working on my first of six bridesmaids. Dana & Kate were completely professional, performed like clockwork, and I never worried while in their hands- AND my bridesmaids were not an easy bunch! Each one requested a unique and challenging hairstyle, and different make-up applications from dramatic to natural-however, with each look, they both exceeded expectations. Personally, I felt like a movie star! But the best part was that, despite changing my dress and performing an intense swing dance, my hair stayed perfect and my make-up remained photo fresh for the entire day.

There are a lot of make-up and hair artisits out there for bridal services so when I was researching them for my 11/12/10 wedding, I felt so overwhelmed. There were two things that made In Style Down the Aisle stand out from the rest for me. First, was their portfolo. They have the most pictures on their web-site with a lot of different and unique hairstyles. There not all of your standard bridal updo's that I kept coming across on other web-sites. Second, was that they offer hair AND make-up. I love that Dana and Kate are a team. It made me feel more confident that things would be so smooth the day of. The last thing that you want on your wedding day is for things to be chaotic.
When I went for my hair and make-up trial, Dana and Kate were great! Of course I was nervous about the trials leading up to it, but the girls were so nice and extremely talented... they reassured my decision!
Things went so smooth the morning of my wedding...I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Dana and Kate arrived on time and went right to work! They are so friendly too! I felt like I've known them for years! They had such a calming effect for me and I felt so relaxed!
I can't say enough about the finished product. Both my sister and I looked great! We recieved so may compliments on our hair and make-up! And our hair and make-up still looked great at 2 am! Kate from In Style Down the Aisle did my make-up for my wedding. Let me just tell you that she was great from the start. I didn't know exactly what I wanted at the trial, but Kate made some suggestions and came up with a great look for me that went well with the style of my dress and hair. On the day of, she showed up early and was able to accommodate me and my 6 bridesmaids in a timely manner. I got airbrush make-up and my make-up stayed on and looked great all night, even after dancing like crazy. I would definitely recommend Kate to any bride!

Dana was all business. she knows what she can accomplish, in how much time and what she needs to bring to make it happen. After 5 hair trials she was the only one to complete the look! I LOVED my hair!

Dana and Kate were great! They are very professional, punctual, super sweet, and did an absolutely wonderful job on everyone's hair and make-up, especially mine! I (the bride) had to change my hair last minute due to the weather (unfortunately it poured), but Dana did a great job, and neither the rain nor the humidity could prevent me from feeling absolutely beautiful on my special day! Throughout the whole 12 hour day our hair stayed perfect and our makeup fresh. I can't tell you how many compliments we all recieved on our natural,fresh and fun wedding looks! Thank you Dana and Kate for making this one of the best decisions of my entire wedding planning year!

I used Dana for my wedding day hair and she did such an amazing job! Dana was professional, on time and had no issue with changing my hairstyle last minute. She made me look like a beautiful princess and made my mother like she was very hip with her hairstyle...Dana really knows what looks good, what works and what doesn't. I will definitely use her again in the future!! Thank you for everything!!

Dana and Kate were nothing short of perfect. From their responsiveness to all of my questions, to the trial, and my wedding day, I couldn't have asked for more. They are both perfectionists who made me look and feel stunning on my special day. They were both on time, worked efficiently, and I did stay beautiful beyond the last dance! I can't thank them both enough!!!

For my June wedding, I had Dana for my hair and Kate for makeup. They arrived on time and worked very professionally. They listened to what I wanted and made informative suggestions. They also worked on my mother and three bridesmaids. My bridesmaid all of which are very picky about how they look, were pleased with how their hair and makeup came out. Dana even helped out when my bouquet arrived and wasn't correct. I told her what it should have looked like, she took one look at the flowers and told the delivery guy to take them back and fix it. Which they did! Had I left them that way it would have ruined all my pictures and the rest of the day. I have since recommended them to friends and I would recommend them to any bride in need of beautiful hair and makeup.

Kate and Dana were amazing. I had a large bridal party and ended up throwing in an extra family member in at the last minute... which made the total 9 people! Everything ran incredibly smooth, noone felt rushed. It was such a great alternative to the stress of having to get everyone to and from a salon. My makeup was flawless and my hair looked incredible. Right at the end I started to get nervous and like a pro, Dana kept me calm and focused. I would recommend. I cannot imagine not having used them, and they will be the only company I refer if asked.

The hair and makeup were flawless. I recommend the airbrush for the brides. It was 90 degrees at an outdoor ceremony and my makeup did not run or rub off and my hair did not friz. They were on time, professional and reliable. Worth the price!

Dana did my hair for my wedding and it was amazing!!! She had done exactly what I asked- was flexible with time and made sure she allowed herself enough time between doing my hair and getting to her next appt! Kind, fun, and very enjoyable company as well!

I LOVE Dana! In Style Down The Aisle is the BEST! I HIGHLY recommend checking her out!! She is very reasonably priced and could not be any nicer. She definitely knows what she is doing...super talented and listens to you and gives you exactly what you ask for : ) I could not have been more happy with the way my hair turned out for the big day. She also did my bridesmaids hair, along with one of our moms. They loved their hair and there wasn't one complaint in the house. Their hair stayed in place all night. Dana showed up to our hotel room on time (even a bit early, which was great), kept the hair designing process on point, and when she was all finished and cleaned up she snuck out like she was never there. Quite the professional! I'll go back to her anytime!

Unfortunately Dana made my wedding prep extremely awkward and uncomfortable because she was nasty to all of us. We were getting ready in my house and since my bathrooms are too small, we thought we could use our sun room as a hair and makeup space. I didn't like Dana's makeup artist (she made me look like a clown), so I had booked someone else who proved to be amazing. Dana refused to share the space with her, even though there was more than enough room. She also got angry upon arrival because we didn't have a table set up for her immediately. We only have snack tables that can be easily moved around, so it took all of 1 minute to bring two of them in. It was really upsetting to have to deal with all of this first thing in the morning of my wedding day.

Dana had also scheduled another event after mine and therefore, made a few references to being in a rush to leave. When someone wasn't ready at the very second she was, she gave an extreme attitude. That included my mother-in-law and all of my bridesmaids. Very unprofessional.

Dana also brought an assistant with her to help curl everyone's hair before she would pin it up for them. The assistant did a terrible job- anyone whose hair she curled looked like Curly Sue. Dana did do a fanstastic job styling everyone, but she could have used significantly more hair spray on me. My hair lasted about 2 hours before the wind (we took pictures outdoors) really flattened it. By the time of our ceremony, my bridesmaids had to use their curling iron to re-curl some of the strands in the front. It cost me almost double what it cost my bridesmaids just because I was the bride, yet Dana didn't spend any additional time or effort on my hair versus theirs. Again, I loved the final product (while it lasted), but felt like I was really ripped off.

Dana and Kate are truly the dream team. They are both so good at what they do. They made me look and feel beautiful on my wedding day and I cannot be more happy with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

From the time that I contacted them until the day of the wedding, Dana and Kate were very prompt, professional, and really listened to what I wanted. On top of that, they are very friendly and down to earth...made me feel very comfortable. My hair and make-up both came out fantastic. I got and am still getting so many compliments of how I looked on the day of my wedding. I would definitely recommend having the two of them come to your house on the day of your wedding instead of going to a salon...so worth it!

Dana and Kate are AWESOME!! They did everything to assure that my wedding day was a stress free day, including coming to me to do hair and makeup. I didn't have to worry about traveling to a salon. I would recommend In Style Down the Aisle to EVERY bride to be! Dana and Kate magnificent and easily accommodated my bridal party (which was 10 girls, 2 moms, a flower girl and myself). This was one of the best decisions I made regarding my wedding. Being able to get ready in the comfort of my own home was great. Dana listened so carefully to what I wanted and I was so happy with the result. All of our hairstyles came out the exact way we wanted, and stayed perfectly until well into the night (early morning)!

I used In Style Down the Aisle as the hairstylist for myself and my bridesmaids/ mother and I was very happy with my choice. Dana was very professional, prompt, and friendly. I LOVED how my hair turned out and I had her do something completely different on the actual day than we had done at my hair trial. I did think the prices were a bit high but overall I was completely happy with the service and it was worth it. She also came to my hotel which was a HUGE plus!

Dana and Kate were great and were everything I could have asked for. I was very indecisive about what i wanted and they were very patient. I had two trials with Dana an up-do, and down and they were both beautiful. Having them come to my house on my wedding day was a huge stress relief. Both of them were on time and ready to go doing hair and makeup for me, my mom and 7 bridesmaids. I would highly recommend using both of these wonderful ladies!

AMAZING!!! Dana and Kate were unbelievable on the morning of my wedding. They were on time and professional. They are both extremely talented. Kate was able to bring out my best natural features and make them shine. Dana's fresh ideas and creativity made my hair very unique and beautiful. My hair style stayed the entire day and probably would have stayed a couple of days. I definitely did not have to worry for a second about my hair or makeup. I am so happy I chose them for my special day. Three of my bridesmaids were engaged when I got married and all three of them booked their weddings with Dana and Kate. The quality was impeccable. The look on my husband's face when he first saw me walk down the aisle was PRICELESS!! They are able to work their magic effortlessly. Dana and Katie were AMAZING! They came to my house, where my bridesmaids and myself were getting ready! It was very such a stress-free day knowing we did not have to travel to salon to salon to get our hair and make-up done! Dana and Katie were both very professional, yet personable. I was so pleased with the services they provided for me on my special day. The girls and I received compliments after compliments...The prices were very resonable (especially since they traveled to my house). Kate and Dana did an amazing job on my make-up and hair for my wedding! I was so glad to have found their ad on The Knot. Prior to my trial with them, I had a trial with another hair and make-up artist and was horrified - I actually left my trial in tears. I was totally shell-shocked by the time I had met with Kate and Dana (because of my prior experience), but upon meeting them, my apprehension melted away. They were so friendly and actually listened to my input. Together, they helped me to create a beautiful look for my wedding day.

I had 8 girls getting both make-up and hair the day of my wedding. Kate and Dana showed up on time and had us all ready before the photographer came. The day went so smoothly, I couldn't have asked for more.

I just got my wedding proofs back and the make-up and hair look just as beautiful in the pictures as it did in person! I would definitely recommend Kate and Dana to any bride to be!
