Tina and David have absolutely done a flawless job on my wedding coordinate. if without them my wedding wouldn't be perfect. i just got married on Sept. 20, 2009. on the day of the wedding there was a parade going on in Korean town, so most of my guests got blocked on their way. Thank god i have Tina's help to make everything smooth and on time for the reception. Also, Tina is so detailed on everything on the ceremony, especial timeline. I will definitely recommend her to any friend that are getting marry.
“I hired Tina as my wedding planner and she ended up doing above and beyond her "planner" duties. She relates to her clients very well and works to server their vision for a unique event. She is extrememly detailed-oriented and organized. She remembers everything! Tina ended up designing my save-the-date and wedding invitation from a few descriptions that I provided. It turned out awesome! She kept track of my budget and all the desires I wanted as a bride and found a way to include everything! I am so appreciative of her and everything she has done!” (Wedding Date: Jul. 3, 2009)
“Having Tina help me with my wedding was possibly the best thing I could have ever done. Without her, I don't think my wedding could have been as fun, relaxed and successful. She was always ready with great ideas, consistently keeping my budget in mind, extremely organized and always willing to jump into action with anything and everything necessary. Not only that, even though I had one month to plan my entire wedding, Tina was on the ball and kept it rolling all the way up to the day-of and even followed up afterwards. I could feel that she geniunely cared for me and really helped to make my day as special as it could possibly be. The day before, Tina was making sure everything was going well and even stayed up late to help finish up last-minute details, such as the favor boxes and program guides. On the day of the actual wedding, Tina was up and early making sure I was on time for my hair/make-up appointments, made sure I ate (she even brought some snacks for me!) She was running around (in heels and a dress, none-the-less!) making sure everything and everyone was in position. She is a true professional with a sincere passion to help people prepare for weddings. Regardless of your budget and time constraint, Tina really can make it happen! She is definitely heaven-sent and I couldn't have asked for anyone else to help me coordinate my wedding.” (Wedding Date: Feb. 14, 2009)

Cambodian Wedding
I went to a Cambodian wedding this past weekend. The traditional ceremony lasts three days, but Sothy and Sophea condensed the ceremonies in 4 hours. It was a very colorful wedding with lots of props and delicious Cambodian cuisine. Check out some of the pictures I took:

Kings Hawaiian saved another wedding! Sophea asked me to help her find a bakery to create her wedding cake, two weeks before the wedding! Since the ceremony was held in Long Beach, I suggested Kings Hawaiian. We had a complimentary tasting in Torrance at the bakery and Sophea picked guava chiffon cake with strawberries for the top layer, and vanilla chiffon with fresh strawberries for the mid and bottom layer. I didnt get to eat the cake at the reception, but I heard everyone loved it. Here’s a picture of it before the flowers went on:

Lazy Susan Round Table Decor
For the asian brides out there looking for clever ways to decorate their round table with a lazy susan, here are some inspirations I found from asian bridal magazines. If the lazy susan at the restaurant is not appealing, you can always cover it with Sculptware Spandex Cover, (I think the HB round size would be good for lazy susan cover).

新娘物語 I Do Wedding Magazine
I bought a new Chinese wedding magazine today, called Weddings. It’s distributed in Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. I got mine from Life Plaza in Arcadia, CA. I love that it contains wedding planning advise from industry professionals, and of course, the pretty pictures of bridal gowns, accessories, jewlery, floral designs, tablescape, plus great wedding favor ideas!
I scanned a couple of cool favors to share with you.
1. mini bottled coffee beans – you can pick up pounds of your favorite coffee beans and pack them into these little corktop bottles, tie a ribbon and gift tag, and voila, unique wedding favor! For exotic coffee beans, try Funnel Mill in Santa Monica, CA. I’ve gotten mini bottles from Sav-On Crafts at affordable price.

2. mini square vase with single white rose, can also hold placecard

For a cute reception sign-in table, add a pair of figurines or statues dressed up as bride and groom.
