Increasing Shoes.Com

I was soo excited when the girls on the forum suggested I try this site. My fiance is only 1.5 inches taller than me when we are in our socks. I'm the type of girl that LOVES wearing heals, and my wedding day wasn't going to be any different. I fell in love with a pair of adorable heals, but they were 4.5 inches, and FI was not happy about that. SO, I convinced him to just try these shoes.

I ordered them on December 9th, and they arrived on the 22nd. Fi decided to keep them, they are good quiality and you cant even tell they are 3.25 inches taller!! The only problem is that they are 1/2 a size too big. So, I get online to exchange them, but they didnt include the packaging slip with the shoes (which is required to exchange or return them. So I long onto the live chat, and this is what what happened:
ME: I bought my fiance a pair of shoes that need to be exchanged for a 1/2 size smaller. The shoes came, but there was no invoice with it, and I dont know my order number
Customer Service: What you need to do is go to the Home Page and scroll down to the Return Policy at the bottom of the page. Click on it and follow the instructions for exchange. Thank You.

This was frustrating and unhelpful. They also dont have a phone number so I cant call customer service and talk to a real person, I can only call and talk to a person if I want to place an order! Very frustrating. Overall, this company is a hassle to work with, and will only continue to purchase from them now that what size Fi fits into.
