My daughter's wedding cake was fabulous. We got so many compliments on how fresh and tasty it was. I highly reccommend the strawberry cake.

Can't stress enough how happy we were with our cake. Not only was it beautiful but it was the best tasting cake i have had in a long time. We had only buttercream with hand piping and she did an incredible job. We had 3 different flavors: lemon, strawberry, and a chocolate and red velvet mix. All of our guests were commenting on how good it was. Service was top notch as well. She did a great job dealing with my sometimes difficult bride, sorry honey. Best Ever!!

I just wanted to thank you for the fabulous looking AND fabulous tasting cake that you made for our 20th anniversary party. We had guests debating which flavor was their favorite (strawberry or white chocolate raspberry truffle cheesecake). Not sure which one was the winner; it was a hottly debated topic! One guest even took the time out to tell me that he's not a cake person but that he couldn't get enough of the strawberry cake. Thank you, thank you, thank you. You have a customer for life now.

Debra created a fantastic cake for our wedding with three different flavors (including one layer of cheesecake). During our tasting it was hard to narrow it down to just three flavors because they were all fantastic. We decided to go with the fudge swirl cheesecake, butter sponge with lemon ganache, and butter sponge with fresh berries with buttercream frosting. All of our guests commented on how moist and delicious the cake was - we were very happy with our cake and highly recommend them as your cake baker.

We purchased our wedding cake through Incredible Edibles and were so happy! The tasting was great and my now-husband asked for some unusual combinations of flavors, which they were happy to accommodate. He ended up selecting one of those combos and it was delicious! They were also great and flexible with the design. When we got to our wedding reception the cake looked EXACTLY how we wanted it and tasted so much better than we could have hoped! I cannot recommend Incredible Edibles highly enough!

We used Incredible Edibles for our cake and North End Catering for our food and let me tell you, everything was excellent! Debra worked with us every step of the way. The food was all fresh and was gorgeously presented. It tasted delicious. The cake not only look great but it tasted even better. So moist and delicious!! Counting down the days to my anniversary so that I can order another one!

Phenomenal service. The cake was looked elegant and tasted great. We also had them make mini-boxed cheesecakes as party favors and I had several guests comment on how they were the "best" cheesecake they ever had. Highly recommend them-they are the best in VA Beach.

Have you ever gone to a wedding and thought that the cake was absolutely beautiful but had no taste? You will not have that problem if you choose Incredible Edibles Bakery. Our wedding cake was a piece of art....and yet it was absolutely delicious. The cake was moist and everyone was raving over it. We had four layers with three different cake types. The strawberry was the all time favorite by everyone. Debra does a fantastic job and her butter cream icing is so smooth it looks like fondant. The cake was so good that now that there are no left overs, I am not sure that the top layer will make it until our one year anniversary!

Incredible Edibles was extremely professional and was easy to work with during the planning portion. The cake was gorgeous, clean and all their tiers were different flavors! We didnt want fondant and she was able to give us a beautiful cake without it and IT TASTED FRESH AND DELICIOUS!!!!!! We would definitely recommend her to others and use her again!!

Elegant and beautiful! My daughter Lauren got married on August 26, 2011 at the Chrysler Museum of Art. When I met with Debra I told her that I wanted my daughter's wedding cake to be elegant and beautiful and that is exactly what she created. It was a four tiered cake that had handmade flowers with pearl details. Each tier was a different favor and I had guests asking me that night who made the cake! Awesome Groom's cake and Wedding Cake. We wanted black icing and she warned us it would stain everyone's teeth black. We thought it was the greatest thing at the rehearsal dinner. Everyone enjoyed a good laugh and so did we.

We had a butter sponge cake with nice smooth icing that complimented the whole cake. It couldn't get any better than that, We had cake left over becuase we had more than enough. The next day everyone came to our house and wanted more of the cake that was served at our wedding. Nevertheless, we were astonished that so many of our friends and family wanted another piece of cake after the wedding. They even asked who made the cake and wanted the same bakery for their wedding. Incredible Edibles was a pleasure to work with during the planning of our wedding. I came in with a cake design of my own and together we made it work! I would definitely reccommend to anyone in the area looking for a bakery for wedding cakes. Also did an outstanding job on the groom's cake.

This was the first bakery we tried, and we ended up coming back. Debra's cakes are AWESOME...so many other places in town make beautiful cakes that don't taste that great, but hers are both tasty and beautiful. We chose butter pound cake with buttercream icing and apricot filling and got lots of compliments. I will definitely go back to her for future special events!

Our wedding cake was amazing. Not only did it look fantastic with the sugar flowers (we had an asian themed wedding) but it tasted great. So many of our guests just stood around the table looking at the piece of art that Incredible Edibles provided for us. We weren't able to save the top tier of the cake but we plan on ordering the exact cake (much smaller of course) for our 1 year anniversary.

We had multiple appointments for tastings but after meeting with Debra we canceled all the rest!! We had cheesecake and white sponge cake with fresh strawberries in the middle and everything was AMAZING!! I had a very specific look I wanted for my wedding cake and it was no problem at all! She gave us exactly the look, the taste and the price was awesome. I would highly recommend Incredible Edibles for any bride. From the moment we met with Debra, we knew that she was the right one to pick for our event. She was energetic and engaging, and we knew that her confection would be filled with love (we already knew from the tasting that the cake would be delicious, and it was!). She crafted a beautiful cake, completely satisfying both the bride and groom. It was a great representation of a beach wedding. Debra also provided the groom's cake, a decadent chocolate cake patterned after the groom's golfing interest. Both cakes arrived on time and in perfect condition, were set up beautifully, and were thoroughly enjoyed by all attendees. Incredible Edibles is highly recommended!!!

Our wedding was PERFECT thanks in big part to Debra and Incredible Edibles as well as North End Catering!!

Debra worked with us, providing several small cakes the months prior to our wedding, to help us narrow down exactly the flavors we wanted. We took some of our wedding cake to my husband's office the day after our wedding since we needed to leave for our honeymoon. A recently-wed employee said it was the best wedding cake she had ever eaten....including her own!

Debra's cakes and service are so good that we used her for another cake for our first anniversary. We plan to order cakes yearly, and I am adding another one for my husband's birthday this coming year.

Debra at Incredible Edibles is amazing! My aunt often does business with them, so I had tasted the cakes before and knew they were extremely delicious. I had no idea how gorgeous they were as well. I met with Debra with a very distinct picture of what I wanted our wedding cake to look like and she flawlessly executed my vision. I wanted it to be simpler than most, just minimal decorations and clean lines. I asked if we could do four square layers positioned to look like stairs to accentuate our topper, which was not an issue. Since it was a beach wedding, I asked if we could do seashells and make it look as if the cake were sitting on sand. The seashells, made of white chocolate, were so real looking that I caught several guests at the wedding tapping on them trying to determine if they were edible. They used crushed graham crackers to look like sand and even added some additional decorations, like netting, to really give it that beachy feel. Finally, I wanted to have our wedding colors, deep purple and orange, in the cake but didn't necessarily want the icing to be those colors. Debra suggested using deep purple ribbon and she also included those colors in the white chocolate seashells that decorated the cake. It came together beautifully and was truly the wedding cake of my dreams.

Of course, wedding cakes often look much better than they taste. With Incredible Edibles, you definitely won't have that problem. Like many brides, I wanted that smooth, clean look achieved with fondant icing but didn't want to sacrifice taste (their buttercream icing is so good you'll be tempted to eat a bowl of just that). As Debra will tell you, a skilled decorator can make buttercream look as smooth as fondant and they are truly skilled at Incredible Edibles. The icing looked amazing and more importantly, tasted amazing! We chose three different flavors of cake - almond butter, red velvet, and devil's food cake (chocolate). We did one tier with the almond butter (each tier has two layers so the cake doesn't dry out) and also had a sheet cake of that flavor in the back. The other three tiers we chose to have a layer of red velvet and a layer of the dark chocolate - I really wanted the juxtaposition of the red against the black for a more dramatic effect when we cut into it. All the flavors were delicious - I'm a chocolate girl, so liked the red velvet and chocolate layers the best, but still couldn't stop eating the almond butter. Guests from the wedding are still debating which flavor is the tastiest.

Finally, the quality of their cakes is superb. We did save part of our topper for our first anniversary, which we recently celebrated. I was worried the cake wouldn't taste very good after having been frozen for a year, so I called Debra a few days before our anniversary and asked if we could have a miniature replica of our cake made, which was no problem at all. They had it ready on our anniversary and so I had that as a backup. However, after unthawing the cake, we couldn't tell the difference between the year old cake and the new one. It honestly tasted as good as it did on the day of our wedding. We were stunned! The packaging for freezing is important (we wrapped it several times in saran wrap, aluminum foil, and then in a tupperware container), but if it's wrapped well, it will keep it's freshness and flavor.

With Debra and Incredible Edibles, you don't have to sacrifice taste for beauty or creativity. I truly believe they can do anything! We are so thankful that we had the honor of having them create our wedding cake!

They prepared the most beautiful wedding cake that I have ever seen, for my wedding. Not only was my wedding cake beautiful, but it was moist and delicious. We were married Labor Day weekend. We met with Debra, telling her we knew we wanted carrot cake. She enticed us to try some other flavors. We ended up going with four different flavors, none of which were carrot cake! Her cakes taste AMAZING. All of our guests raved. We had one small show cake and two sheet cakes. It was perfect, because all of our guests could try the flavor they preferred most. A bunch tried multiple flavors, too! The show cake was beautiful. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. We'll probably tap them for our anniversary cake if we're still in the area!
