Terrible. Prices were great and everything seemed great until 3 days before my wedding. He actually yelled at me and said things like "This is not my problem you screwed up, poor little me..blah blah blah". I was really disappointed since up until that point, I had really liked how things were going. I missed the confirmation for the amount of seat ties by 3 hours, and I didn't realize it had to be exactly 2 weeks prior to the time they put on their invoice. He didn't say anything about the e-mails I had sent to confirm the number. Like I said, 3 days before I finally got a hold of him on the phone (after trying for days to call and e-mails and leaving messages) and he blew up at me. We worked out a deal, where we agreed to still pay for the ties but he had to bring them so I could decorate our hall with them. Well they didn't show up, and we still had to pay. When we tried to ask him about it he got upset again and said that they'd been left and to talk to the head of the hotel staff (who I'd been working with). Well....I talked to her and she said she was there the whole day, watched the ties being put on and nothing was ever said to her. Sooo. Maybe there was a misunderstanding on that last part but on the whole, I'd go with someone who actually treats their business like a business, where the customer's happiness is your biggest concern.

Sheldon was great to work with. he was able to meet with me and show me the linens that I needed to rent. His prices were very reasonable and the quality of the linenes was great! Everyone loved the chocolate brown linens m especially me!! it really made the decor! Sheldon even let me pick up my order a day early! When I picked up the linens, some of them were unavailable because they had not been returned yet and he promised they would be delivered that night to our reception location. Well he held true to his word! Our recpeption location is at least an hour drive from his warehouse! That was hugely appreciated! The only thing is he can be hard to get a hold of, but, if you leave a message he normally calls you back the next day!
