I used ING Limo for my wedding transportation in DC on March 31st. I used 2 56-passenger shuttle buses, a limo, and 1 24-passenger bus. The drivers were professional, on time (even early!), responsive, and friendly. I changed the itinerary a number of times in the weeks before the wedding, and each time the company was understanding and accomodating. Everything went seamlessly. The buses and limo were clean, and we were very happy with their services in all areas. I would HIGHLY recommend using ING Limo to anyone getting married in the DC/MD/VA area.

We rented a town car with ING and could not be happier with the experience. Our plans changed twice before the wedding (once the week before) and the customer service department were polite and helpful. The driver (David) was professional, kind and respectful. He stepped out of the car to allow my father and I to have a "moment" together before we entered the church. Also, he was responsive to last minute stops during pictures after the ceremony.

My whole experience with ING Limo was the best. Booking the limo for the wedding was quite easy and I was able to get the type of limo that I wanted. We had the two best drivers, Bob and John. They were both very professional and courteous. They came fully prepared. You could tell that they have been doing this job for a while and that they truly care about you as the bride and groom. They arrived on time, actually the limo arrived at my house quite a bit earlier without an extra charge. We were even upgraded to a larger limo that day without an extra cost. We booked with ING for our wedding July 17, 2010. Our wedding was on Chevy Chase Circle on the DC/Maryland line. We got the new 2010, 20 passenger Cadillac Escalade, and the limo picked up the bride, bride's parents, and bridesmaids from the bride's house in Rockville, MD (even showed up 10 minutes early which was PERFECT!) (total of 9 people). He dropped them off at the church, then drove over to the Bethesda Hyatt to pick up me, my parents, and the groomsmen (again 9 people) and dropped us off at the church. Then, he went back to the Hyatt to pick up all the grandparents and the readers (10 people I believe) and dropped them off at the church. After the reception, he took the entire bridal party and parents (total of 16 people) to the reception which was just up the road in Chevy Chase, MD at Woodend Sanctuary. Now, although this is a 20 passenger limo, 16 people, plus a cooler filled with ice cold champagne was definitely a little tight. Then he went back to the church to pick up the grandparents and readers and their families and brought them to Woodend. Everything was done timely, efficiently, and we stayed right on schedule.
In addition to the limo service, we also reserved one of their 56 passenger Mercedes Motor Coach buses. We had about an hour between when the ceremony ended and the reception started, so we encouraged people to go back to the Bethesda Hyatt where we had the bus make 2 runs from the Hyatt to Woodend to make sure everyone was able to arrive. We had them start loading the bus at 4:30, leaving at 4:40, and the first bus arrived at 4:50, the second bus arrived at about 5:15, which worked out well to space some people out from the bar lines. We then had the bus shuttle people back to the Hyatt as needed at 8:45 after the cake cutting (for any older folks), 9:15, 10:00 (when our reception ended), and 10:45 (to make sure we got everyone out by 11 which was our cut off time).
At first we had considered doing 2 smaller 24 or 36 passenger buses, but for 130 people, and making sure we can get everyone there in a timely manner, the 56 passenger bus was awesome. Plus, more friends and family got to ride together which it sounds like made all the bus trips (only about a 10-15 min drive tops), even more fun!
Definitely recommend, the 10 minutes early arrival was the PERFECT way to start off our experience with ING, and everything else the rest of the day went perfectly smoothly.

ING Limo was great to work with and has a wide selection of cars. We used their 2010 Cadillac DTS Limousine and it was awesome. Very comfortable for 6 people. it was new and very clean inside and out! They provided us with an exceptional limo drive, Chuck! He was professional and extrememly helpful! The price was perfect and in budget. Carl was awesome! He called our wedding planner to work out the timeline; then called myself the night before the wedding to introduce himself to me. He was very professional. The day of, Carl was on time for the men & for myself and my bridal party. He helped with my train & my veil. He even had an emergency kit in the trunk since one of my bridesmaids needed a safety pin! David & I were extremely impressed with the professionalism, courteous and friendly service. Loved my limo driver!! He came 15 minutes early, was always there to help with getting in and out of car. Brought bottles of water right before and after the ceremony to the brides room at the church. Even got stains out of my dress that no one else was able to get out! The bridal party kept commenting on how awesome he was...definitely would recommend!!

I was able to request a quote online, confirm my reservation over the phone, and got a confirmation to my email. I always received a prompt response to any phone call or email, and they gave me exactly what I was looking for, without trying to "upsell" me. When the limo I had booked turned out to not be available on the day of my wedding, I was notified promptly, and was upgraded to another limo at no cost. We had a very good experience with ING Transportation. They ran a 32 person shuttle for us between our wedding hotel and wedding location the day of the wedding, which was in downtown DC. The prices were the best we found and included tip, which was nice. The shuttle ran smoothly even after the wedding party had been dropped off and ING handled the transportation without someone directing them during the duration of the day.

ING Limousine is a wonderful family-owned company. They welcomed my father and I to their place so we could see the limos in person before we booked them. They are one of the few in the area that has a 14-passenger stretch limo. We didn't like the SUV limos so we were looking for a regular stretch limo to accomodate 10 people (and you can't actually fit 10 adults all dressed up into the "10 passenger" stretch limos). So we were delighted that ING Limousine had just what we needed. The service was prompt, professional, and exceptional. I highly recommend them. Also their prices are comparable to others in the Washington DC area.

We used ING for transportation for the wedding party and guests during our wedding. After getting quotes from several transportation vendors I decided to go with ING because their prices seemed most reasonable. We used a 24-passenger mini bus to take the wedding party from the hotel to the wedding venue and then had the bus run on a continuous loop between the hotel and the wedding venue to transport the guests back and forth. Our driver was Peter and he was great! Towards the end of the evening we decided to extend the reception an extra hour and Peter was very flexible and willing to stay on for the extra time. We didn't want to have to worry about our guests drinking and driving so it was nice to know they were all in good hands with Peter and ING.

ING Limousine was recommended to me by a coworker. I called and spoke to Brian, he was very helpful in setting up an appointment for me to meet and discuss my wedding. He was great and accommodating since I was renting the limousines at the last minute. I rented the Lincoln, Hummer and two Shuttle Buses. I was surprised as to how clean and well kept the limos are. I saw other limos and they don't compare. The limos have hardwood floors and they are beautiful. I know my guests will be impressed. They were very attentive and helpful to everyone. We used ING for a limo and a guest shuttle bus, and both drivers were on time and very professional. They were also very understanding, as we ran late at the beginning and at the end. We had a great expierence with our limo company and driver. Our driver was very professional and helpful...especially with my big dress! We hired them for 2 four hour shifts instead of like 10 hours straight and had the same driver. When we were leaving the reception the driver said we only had him for one hour instead of four but we told him he was for four hours and he called his boss and confirmed it right away with no problems.

ING was the best deal in town. We were wanting to get a party bus as well, but it would have caused us to exceed our budget by even more than we already had and we decided against it. However, when we stressed this concern to ING they said that they would be happy to offer the limo as a shuttle for guests from the reception back to the hotel (and they did just that) and did not charge extra. The limo was beautiful. We rented the H3 and it was clean, the driver was friendly and early to the hotel for pick up to the ceremony.

I booked ING on a whim - there aren't a lot of reviews about them but the reviews I found were good and their prices were the best I had found. We booked two tour buses to shuttle our guests along with the bridal party limo. I was so happy with this vendor and this is the one that could have been messed up the most. You always hear nightmares about the transportation. They were early to arrive at the pick-up location and each driver was so nice and pointed out landmarks to the guests as they drove around. The men that work to book your transportation could not be nicer. They are so pleasant and even when I had a minor nervous moment, they were very re-assuring about the service. Highly recommended.

I LOVE ING! We contracted with them back in April for an October 29th wedding. We contracted 2 14-Passenger limos, 2 56-passenger Coach buses, and a town car for a Tyson's pick up to DC and return to Tyson's. It was wonderful to work with Brian and Mike. They talked me through lots of possiblities and back-up routes, etc. Brian also reminded me when the final payement was due and as a bride with some many things on your mind it's easy to forget.
I will admit I had the most anxiety around transportation especially when 112 wedding guests and 30 wedding party/family could possibly be late. DC traffic is something you can't control but ING did the best in anticipating the surpirse October snow and street closures. The drivers were wonderful, friendly, early for pick up and actually took the buses for more of a scenic route for the out of town guests in the snow after the ceremony. Having the buses was a real benefit given the weather.

I had to rent two limos for the wedding. Once I got quotes from Mike I felt that the prices were reasonable. He was even nice enough to show us the limos that we were going to have that day! That was nice b/c I had even heard of stories where the company offers you a certain limo but they had to change it last minute. I wanted to make sure that I have 2 white stretch limo the day of the wedding. The limo arrived on time to my house and waited outside while I got ready. The limo that went to my husbands house was 15 mins late but because there was an accident on 66 but they called and let us know that they were on the way. Both drivers very professional and the limos were stocked with water and soda. No complaints just positive experience with this company. ING Limousine provided an excellent service! The limo arrived on time. Although, I wasn't exactly sure if it had arrived yet or not because we didn't get a call or anything that the driver was there. Maybe they don't do this as to avoid "bothering" the bride. But at the same time, I was running around the house, getting dressed and was wondering about the limo but didn't have time to look outside (road not easily seen from window) to check if the limo had arrived.
But anyway, we went outside and a long white limo awaits! I had booked a black 6 passenger limo but what arrived was much nicer and bigger! It was drizzling and the driver (sorry can't remember his name) had an umbrella for us.
The limo was gorgeous inside and out! He went to the locations as stated in the contract and all was well! They provided me with the cheapest quote for a 4 hour rental on a Saturday afternoon (11 - 3 PM). Would definitely inquire with them again if I ever need another limo service.

We booked just one towncar to take us home from our wedding reception. ING was so quick to respond, though the wedding was only a few weeks away. The driver was right on time, and even let me sister decorate the car, though he (and I) had no idea she was planning to do so.
It was only a 30 minute drive, so there's not much to review. But they were friendly, inexpensive, and very professional. The driver even helped us carry our balloons to the front door. :)

This was a total "shot in the dark" using the Internet to locate a local Arlington, VA transportation vendor. Every aspect of this arrangement with ING was great. Brian on the reservation desk was friendly, courteous and not hurried as he worked with me over the phone and with e-mail follow-ups and confirmations. I did not book a Limo from ING Limousine, we booked a shuttle bus to transport the guests from the hotel to the venue and then back to the venue after the reception. And since you have to book the shuttle van for the whole event we also use the shuttle bus to take the bridal party around the golf course for pictures. I outline a detail description of when the shuttle was to leave the hotel and venue and etc. And I will say they follow it to the T so much so that the shuttle bus actually was late with the second group to the ceremony because I wrote in the description that he wait 15 minutes before leaving to make sure no one got left. But it wasn't a big issue, just know that they will follow your directions to a T. But all and all I am glad we booked them and happy with our service.

I would recommend ING Limo. We rented a Mercedes S Class for our wedding for 3 hours and were pleased with the service. The driver was one time, polite, knew the routes around town, responsible to our needs. The car was very nice quality and was very clean. The manager of the company was good as well, as he accomodated our short notice booking and was very polite to us. The only thing was that the Mercedes was slightly more expensive than some other companies around, but we were willing to pay a little more to go with a company that had so many good reviews. I would second all the positive feedback and recommend the company for transport needs. We were very satisfied!

We used ING for both limo and shuttle services for our wedding. The limo was perfect and the driver was very professional! He showed up early and was very helpful packing up our things. We booked 2 - 31 passenger shuttles to make 2 trips each to and from the reception. However, ING ended up sending 2 - 52 passenger buses. In theory it sounds like an even swap but we had distributed shuttle times to our guests so it was difficult to get each bus filled and to the ceremony on time. In the end things ended up working out and everyone was happy! Besides the mix up, the service was great!

We used ING for two separate trips- limo service from my house to the wedding/reception and towncar service the next morning to the airport. The towncar service was great- our driver showed up early and was very patient when we weren't quite ready.
The limo service was average. The driver showed up on time and was very courteous, but the interior of the limo wasn't great. Some of the glasses were sticky and there were no beverages provided. The AC didn't seem to work well and at some points we were very hot and uncomfortable in our dresses and tuxes.

ING limo showed up on time, driver was dressed for ocassion, it was one of the lowest prices were were able to find in area, and overall they were great!
Only one issue, I got married in July and the AC was not working that great and it didn't seem the driver was able to do much about it. Needless to say, we were all burning up in the limo...but they did have water!
Also, they have a restriction in only making 1 or 2 stops after pick up, that kinda restricted us for our pictures...

After reading tons of bad reviews about various limo companies we gave ING a chance and hoped for the best. Our wedding was on a tight schedule and getting people to the venue on time was key. I’m happy to say the 33 person mini bus was ready to take the wedding party (less my parents and I) and close family from the hotel to the venue right on time. Once the bus was on its way my parents and I went downstairs to catch the towncar we’d ordered to take us. The car was there on time, but it wasn’t the cleanest (not filthy but did have a smell to it), and the driver was not the most social but he did open the door for me.
My parents and I were a little shocked that we beat the bus to the venue (only 15 minutes away), so we ended up camping out in the towncar for longer than intended but it was fine. At the end of the reception we only had the mini bus to make one trip from the venue back to the hotel and our driver was so sweet. He noticed unfamiliar faces that he hadn’t driven to the venue getting on the bus and rushed in to let us know. We informed him that there would be a few changes in riders, for example I’d be on the bus going back, and he was very flexible and allowed us to squeeze in some extras. I also realized on the way back why my towncar had beaten the bus – the bus driver took the long way which hits tons of lights. He took the same route back and it was too late for me to say anything, no biggie though.
Overall, I thought our experience went well – we’d built in some extra time so the delayed bus still had enough time before the ceremony. My father did contact ING to notify them that he wasn’t really impressed with our towncar (and the smell of it or the driver, not sure what the cause was), and ING didn’t really do anything. They apologized but no other gesture to make up for it but again, it wasn’t the end of the world.

We used ING to run a shuttle bus from the hotel to and from our wedding venue. For the most part, the service was good. My only very slight issue with them is that they were not as flexible as I would have liked. To be fair, though, none of the transportation services I had contacted were as flexible as I would have liked, so in that respect they were on par.

The limo itself was very nice and well-stocked with water and sodas for us. The day started off poorly, though, with the driver rushing us out of the house early because he didn't like where he was parked. The ride to the church was full of sudden stops and starts. The flower girl flew off the seat at one point. The driver seemed to struggle to make turns without blocking traffic, and complained about where we asked him to drive for pictures. I was feeling sympathetic towards him until my brother, who has his CDL and drives a bus, insisted that these were turns that should have been doable. He may have simply been a new driver, but it was still frustrating, although drinking the champagne we brought helped us all to stop caring too much!
The limo also did not seem to be equipped with GPS as the driver had to go back to the church after we took pictures in order to find his way to the reception.

This is a difficult review. On the one hand, the company was very helpful, very courteous with setting up all the logistics. They were on time to everything. We used them for 2 days for shuttle and limo service. They got everyone where they needed to be on time and safely.
The limo was new but it was extremely hot, like a sauna. It was hotter in the vehicle than outside. Oddly we went with this company because we understood they had new vehicles. We asked the limo driver to adjust the AC but he just did not respond to us one way or another which seemed odd to us.
There was another glitch. The limo driver drove off with all the wedding bouquets and there were no bouquets for the wedding (over $1,000 value).
The limo driver had picked up 10, including the bride (she was fully dressed in her gown) and all her bridesmaids. The driver saw all the bouquets were in one big long box that would be very hard to fit into the car. He kindly suggested they go into his trunk. He popped the hood and into the trunk they went.
The driver dropped all off at the ceremony. He knew he was at the ceremony as he was not due back till 10 PM after the wedding. When we arrived, everyone piled out, many bags, much excitement and confusion. There were several trips back and forth. The father of the bride went back to the limo just to confirm everything was out of the car. The driver assured him everything was out. He drove off with all the flowers in the trunk.
A few days after the wedding we told the company of the problem and asked for nothing but did expect a sincere apology. We were told 1. The driver did not put the flowers in the trunk 2. No one told the driver the wedding flowers were needed for the wedding. 3. The company lost $500 in business because "as a courtesy" the driver brought the flowers back to us after the wedding.
Live and learn. We spent over $2,000 on transportation with this company.

When we left the church to go to the reception venue, the driver took a rather baffling route that ended up getting us caught in horrible traffic. When we first inquired about taking an alternate route, the driver completely ignored us. One of the Groomsman ended up having to pretty much order him to go a different way, but the damage had already been done. We ended up getting to the reception with barely anytime to spare before the reception started and did not get to take any of the formal pictures at the reception site that we had intended to. The limo itself was pretty and clean, but the experience overall was negative.

DO NOT USE! We had no AC in July 2010! NO AC! The manager said that the AC worked---it was just hot outside. I'm sorry but---if they were to sit in the back--they would sweat just as bad as the poor guys in the tuxedos. I was in a sleeveless chiffon dress and dying. They could've switched it out in the two hours between ceremony and pics at the church. Nope--said it's just hot outside. If your car was that hot--you wouldn't take people in it--you'd take the car to the shop! Hot air was blowing. All the beverages (water/sodas)--super hot ! I don't know why they have such high ratings on here. Never book them. We only had to go 20 minutes---and it was ROUGH!

My bad review is based on the fact that we were 1 hour late to the wedding because the limo drivers didn't know how to get from the hotel to the ceremony. He was using a GPS system that we sending him the "long" way instead of the fastest way. When he was 45 minutes late to pick me up at the hotel I asked if he was going to go the fast way and he said yes. We proceeded to go way out of our way. It should take 15-20 minutes from the hotel to the ceremony, it took us 50 minutes. The limo was nice and clean, no perks but I would have paid any price to be on time to my wedding. We had a limo and bus to transport the bridal party and guests, both ended up transporting people late to the wedding.

I am really sorry to all of those brides out there looking at ING as a possibility to provide their transportation services for their wedding on taking so long to provide my review. I had been trying to work something out with ING to address the issues with their service on my wedding day. Unfortunately, I have never received a response from ING after several tempts on my part to just talk about what had happened. Here is the email that I sent to ING once I returned from my honeymoon about the issues encountered on my wedding day (at the request of Brian Kojic - he requested I put the issued I encountered in an email to forward on to his "manager"; however, I do not think there is any manager, I think he is the manager and did not want to acknowledge what had happened). I am also including the email I received from my day-of coordinator, noting that she agreed with the email I sent. This was one of two regrets I had on vendor selections. I wish I had gone with Abe Transportation, but I allowed my desire to have the DTS 6-passenger limo get in the way of the better choice, especially considering the rave review they received for providing the exact service I was needing. Hello. I spoke with Brian Kojic this afternoon to discuss the issues encountered with your transportation services I contracted for my wedding. He requested that I detail the issues I encountered in an email and that we would go from there.
I contracted a motor coach bus for 9/9/11 for the rehearsal (trip confirmation #******). The bus driver showed up on time and got us to and from the rehearsal (Hilton Arlington to St. Peter’s Catholic Church) on time and without any issues. Also, the air conditioning was working perfectly.
I also contracted 2 motor coach buses for 9/10/11 to transport my guests to and from the wedding (Hilton Arlington to St. Peter’s Catholic Church and back) (trip confirmation #**** & #******). It is my understanding that the buses did show up on time. However, this is where the positive ends for at least one of the buses. For one of the buses, the bus driver, a woman, forgot to turn on the air conditioning until she arrived at the church. It is my understanding that the bus driver claimed that the air conditioning was broken. However, my husband’s uncle witnessed the bus driver flipping a switch after arriving at the church and felt cool air coming from the vents. It was a rather warm day, and my guests were sweating by the time they arrived at the church. Either way, I find it completely unacceptable that my guests had to suffer and be uncomfortable. If the air conditioning on the bus was not working, I am not sure I understand why the driver did not address the issue prior to arriving at the hotel. It is my understanding that the buses are located in Rockville or Bethesda, MD. As such, it should have been clear to the bus driver prior to arriving at the hotel that there was a significant issue with the air conditioning (i.e., she forgot to turn it on). To make matters worse, the bus driver had no clue how to get to the church and got lost. It is my understanding that this bus driver was attempting to get directions from the dispatcher without success. Luckily, a few of my guests pitched in and figured out the directions to the church using their phones. I also find this unacceptable. It is unclear to me why the drivers were not prepared like the driver I had for the rehearsal. To top it all off, it was my understanding from Brian and Mike that the buses would have cold water for my guests. Neither bus had any water.
Unfortunately, this is not where the issues ended. I also contracted for two minibuses and the 2010 DTS limo. One of the minibuses was transportation for my husband and his family to and from the church. The driver of this minibus (confirmation #*****) did a decent job. He did have a cooler ready with cold water bottles. He also knew the area, including the driving restrictions in DC. So, there were no issues with getting my husband and our guests to the places they needed to be. Like the rehearsal bus driver, he seemed to be a professional.
However, I was not as fortunate with the drivers of the 2010 DTS limo (confirmation #*****) and the minibus for my family (confirmation #*****). I made it perfectly clear that the limo and minibus were together and were to go to the same locations when I spoke with Brian and Mike about my transportation needs. However, the drivers of these 2 vehicles did not even know each other’s names. When we first left the hotel to go to the location on the Capitol for pictures, the limo driver pulled out first and clearly was not conscious of the fact that there was a minibus behind him that needed to go to the same location. He did not slow down and wait for the minibus until I said something. After dropping myself and my family off for pictures prior to heading to the church just down the street, the limo driver and minibus driver encountered issues with Capitol Hill police officers. I understand that they may have been required to circle the area. However, the minibus driver was unreachable for at least 20 minutes. This caused a significant delay in getting us to the church and caused us to be behind schedule with the church. Also, my family was left stranded in the hot sun wondering if the driver would ever return. I also found this to be unacceptable. The limo driver seemed to be dumbfounded as to where the minibus driver was. On top of it, neither the minibus or the limo had any cold water bottles, as promised by Brian and Mike. I will say that we later found some old, very warm water bottles in the limo. However, that is not what was expected when I had spoke with Brian and Mike about your services.
To make matters worse, the DTS limo was filthy. When I first got out of the limo to take pictures at the Capitol, my mother nearly had a heart attack…the back of my gown was soiled. My mother spent a considerable amount of time making my dream wedding gown by hand to have it filthy before I was able to walk down the aisle. When we left the limo to take pictures, we notified the driver of the dirty seats and requested that he make 100% sure the seats were clean before we got back in. Needless to say, this did not occur. I was furious to find the seat remained dirty with the driver’s response being to have either my mother, stepmother or father sit in the dirty seat. I demanded something to clean the seat with and had to clean it myself. I then returned the napkin that he provided me to show him all of the dirt that he had left behind with no response. This is beyond acceptable.
I could not have been more disappointed in the overall service that myself, my husband, my family and other guests received on 9/10/11. My wedding coordinator, Kelley Cannon, stated that she has worked with ING for a large number of her other clients and never encountered such difficulties. I believe that Kelley notified members of ING about all of the significant issues we encountered on Saturday, 9/10/11. As such, I suspect that my account is not news to you. As I left on 9/11/11 for my honeymoon and did not return until 9/30/11 and my husband had brain surgery on 10/4/11 to remove a tumor, I have been unable to contact you until now. We do apologize for everything not being exactly the way you planned it. We did put a lot of work and effort into your wedding but some things are out of our control. We did have your request that limo and bus should follow each other, however doing that on Saturday afternoon in Dc it's really hard. So they lost each other on those 30 traffic lights between I-66 bridge and church on Capitol Hill. A lot of people do not know but no vehicle is allowed to idle in DC and drivers do know that. They are the one that would be responsible for ticket not you. So on 100 degrees sometimes it's really hard to cool off the Motor coach within few minutes. Also, non of our buses come with any water or cold water, you probable got that mixed up with stretch Limousine, where we provide sodas and water as well. If we promised you that please forward that email and I will be more than happy to adjust the bill for you. 6 pass DTS that you had was only 2 months old vehicle when you rented, and all vehicles go through car wash before each rental. I spoke with driver about that soil, and he told me the same thing that car was clean as always when he picked up and stated that soil was coming off the bouquets of flower that you had inside the limo.
Also, please keep in mind that we haven't heard from anyone about a wedding for about 4 months and than you contacted us. In your contract it is clearly stated that any issued during the rental must be reported immediately so we can fix it right away and not deal with it later, so everything can be smooth.

I want to start off by saying that I do not like to complain about anything...coffee, meals, whatever! I consider myself pretty flexible and while not everything was perfect on our wedding day, the transportation provided by ING was the only thing that really threatened to ruin the experience. I am writing this because I feel it is important that other potential users of the service know what our experience was like. It may not be indicative of the service ING typically provides, but it was our experience and it was terrible.
Some background...we reserved two 33 passenger shuttles to drive our guests to and from their hotels to our Alexandria wedding. The wedding and reception were at the same venue, and it was about 6 miles from the hotels on King Street. It was a pretty straight-forward schedule for the day.
1. I was supposed to be given the contact info for the drivers Thursday night. I had to call Friday and on the morning of our wedding (Saturday) and still they only had 2 of the 3 drivers sorted out.
2. The shuttle that was supposed to pick up our guests at Hotel Monaco at 2:45 did not get people onto the bus until after 3:15. Once the guests finally got on board, the driver did not know where to go. (the venue was essentially a straight shot off of King Street!) Guests had to direct her using their iphones, GPS systems, etc. They did not arrive at the venue until 3:45 for a 4:00 wedding...and they were the FIRST batch of guests that were supposed to be picked up! 1/2 of our guests ended up being late and we had to push the ceremony back to accommodate the driver's mistakes.
3. At the end of the evening, the shuttles were a disaster. One of the drivers claimed she was off duty starting at 8:00, even though we had paid to have drivers until 10:45! Members of our wedding party had to negotiate and get in touch with the manager for her to "check if she was allowed" to stay...what?! It was a production organizing the buses; even though we had double-checked that both buses would be dropping guests off at both hotels, the drivers refused to do this (despite being literally a mile apart on King Street!) My husband and I were picked up by a limo at the end of the night. I will admit that we were supposed to be picked up at 9:30 and got in at 9:45, but we didn't think that was so egregious on our wedding night! We had been charged for what had been described to us as an hour transfer in the limo, so we asked the driver to take use over the bride to DC for a drive by the monuments. He happily agreed and off we went. We had no idea of the drama that was unfolding with the shuttles until well after the fact when our best man and maid of honor filled us in.
Things weren't perfect, but they worked out OK...or so we thought. We decided the unprofessional behavior (not knowing where the wedding was...being rude to guests!) warranted a phone call to ING to let them know. It took a while to get in touch with the "manager" and truly, I wish I never had. He was incredibly disrespectful to my father, who tried to explain what had happened. I called to speak with the manager (since I had been in touch with ING during the planning process) and here are the highlights.
1. He claimed the first shuttle had been waiting for guests since 2:30. He didn't know why they didn't get on the bus, but he was SURE it was there. Them not getting on wasn't HIS problem. As for his driver not knowing where she was going? Well...GPS is affected by clouds, there is traffic, who is to say what the real story is...blah blah blah. Excuse after excuse with still no apology. He also said that they hire outside companies, so he can't be responsible for the behavior of the drivers.
2. Not only were we not given any credits for our trouble, we were actually charged MORE for the services at the end of the night. He said we were late leaving the venue...this is true. We sat in the limo because we were blocked in by the bus...that HIS company was theoretically in charge of. We were also charged for the long trip we took into DC; even though it was within the hour, he claimed we were only to be taken back to our hotel...no stops!! The driver didn't mention this, it didn't state it on our contract...we were simply charged.
All money issues aside, this man was the rudest, most disrepectful man I have come across in the service industry. It was a disgrace the way he went on and on about how nothing was his company's fault...then had the audacity to say we should have been charged even more because we made them lose a pick-up client later on in the evening. I was chastised for not calling the drivers to see where they were, and also for being unavailable at 4:00PM...when I was literally supposed to be walking down the aisle!
I would never claim that we did everything perfectly, but even if he had been the least bit polite I would have felt better. In the end, the extra charges were dropped but we had to pay almost $2000 for what amounted to a really negative experience where many guests were late and several didn't even make it to the ceremony.
I put a lot of faith into what other brides had to say on Wedding Wire and The Knot as I was looking for vendors; take this for what it's worth, but I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. You'd be better off paying a bit more and getting someone reliable. I gave them one star for Andrew, who was the other driver who seemed a bit more together, and one star for value because if they had actually done what they had been contracted to do, the price would have been fine! I hope you found this helpful or at least entertaining...good luck! :)

ING messed up completely on our wedding. They did not listen to our directions on where to go, and neglected to return to the hotel to pick up the groomsmen, the groom, and his family to bring them to the church. They were rather unresponsive when we told them again that they needed to return to the hotel, and never did go get them. The groom and his side of the bridal party all ended up having to take cabs to get to the wedding, and were barely on time. We had several towncars reserved for our older guests, but those didn't arrive when they were supposed to either. We had to call ING after the ceremony when the cars weren't there, and they did send them then but they were late and at that point we had entirely lost confidence in their service. They caused the biggest stress on our wedding day and choosing them as our limo company is our biggest regret. I do, however, give them credit for not charging us for the two town cars we ended up not using.

Contracted w/ ING limo for a 14 pas limo as trans for our wedding on May 14, 2011. The limo was to pick up the women of the bridal party at the Hotel, in Arlington, VA, & transport them to the Church in Alexandria, VA; leave the church & go to our residence, in Arlington, VA, to pick up the men of the bridal party & transport them to the church; waiting at the church during the ceremony & after taking the bridal party back to the Hotel. Day of, the limo arrived to the hotel & the women were not ready so we asked the driver to switch the pick up order; pick up the men 1st, drop them at church & come back to the hotel to pick up women. The entire trip, hotel-residence, residence-church, & church-hotel is 12.17 miles & should take (according to mapquest) 28 mins. Over an hour goes by & the limo is not back at the hotel. I call the driver & he tells me he's stuck & that he hasn't even picked up the men yet. I hang up with him & call the limo co & get put on hold for over 20 mins while they try to determine the problem. It is almost time to be at the church for our wedding ceremony. I call the groom & tell him to make other travel arrangements & he calls a friend who comes to pick up the men. The men see the limo broken down on the next street over & take pictures of it. The women take a shuttle bus to the church. While on the bus, I call the limo co back & demand to speak with manager, but am not even given a manager's name. When we get out of our ceremony, the same exact same limo that was broken down is sitting in the church parking lot. I want nothing to do with the limo & we do not take it back to the hotel. The day next day we again attempt to call the limo co, but are still not put in touch with a manager. After our honeymoon we called again & were finally able to speak with a manager who told us we are not going to be getting a refund because the limo was only broken down for 10 minutes, a complete lie! Terrible customer service, offered no resolution to our problem and we may have to sue to get a refund....
