InPockets Bakery & Catering

InPockets made our cake for our wedding in December 2012. Our cake was perfect!! The cake was made exactly like we ordered and was beautiful! It also was delicious, the quality of the cake was top notch. Just at the tasting alone, we knew our cake was going to be moist and so yummy! We were very happy with our cake and can't wait for our anniversary cake! The poppyseed cake is so good!

We issued the ultimate challenge!! We need a wedding cake to satisfy the bride (aka chocoholic with raspberry filling), the groom who doesn't like sweets, (carrot cake with cream cheese frosting), our guests who include vegans and gluten intolerant guests.....
All layers looked like they were the same cake however EVERYONE Raved!! We had 3 layers, Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and filling as the bottom layer, Dark chocolate cake with raspberry filling for the second layer, the top layer was gluten free chocolate, and there were a half dozen vegan cupcakes as well. We had 75 guests, estimated 80 guests and paid under 500$ for everything including delivery!! LOVE them!!

Best cake we tasted!! We sampled a lot of wedding cakes and this cake was by far, the best. The cake is soft and moist. They also have a variety of fillings. We had the pink champagne cake with strawberry filling and a swirl cake with chocolate ganache filling...YUMMY! Our guests loved it and so did we. The only thing I didn't like was they're closed on Sunday. So if you have a Sunday wedding, you either need to pick it up or have it delivered on Saturday.

I loved the unique cake combinations from Inpockets Bakery! My cake was beautiful and so tasty. They were very flexible with the price and I got just what I wanted!

Cakes melt in Arizona unless you use In Pockets! We had the most delicious cake made with a whipped topping that didn't melt and looked beautiful! Cake was very moist and filling was not overpowering. Everyone went back for seconds! We will use In Pockets again!

I am sooo happy I chose InPockets Bakery for my cake. Not only was it beautiful, just what I wanted, tasted fantastic, but I had mentioned to her, almost in passing, that I had a small Eiffel Tower I thought I wanted on the cake because that's where we got engaged. The wedding day was crazy busy with family and friends and special things going here and there. But I did bring the Eiffel Tower, thinking if I get it to her fine, but if not no big deal. She made it a point to find me and it at the hotel we were at when she delivered the cake. She said, "It's part of your story, you need it!" and she was right. Thank you sooo much!

We enjoyed every bite of our wedding cake!! Definately go with pink champagne or the red velvet! They even delivered our cake and well worth it. Julie and her staff are very pleasant to work with.

We got married on Sept. 11, 2010. We requested a square tiered cake with a thick pink ribbon around the bottom of each layer and large green polka dots. The cake turned out perfect. Each layer was amazingly tasty. Even with the 100+ degree weather, the cake was wonderful. Julie was really great to work with. My husband and I stopped in one day to check the place out, ended up eating lunch there...the food was amazing too! Thanks Julie!!!!

We rented the giant cup cake stand and had a 7 inch round cake for the top made. It looked great and tasted wonderful! They added ribbon to the cup cake stand to match my wedding.

This was the best wedding cake I have ever tasted. We have received so many compliments from people on how wonderful the cake was. Julie is very personable and easy to work with. She has lots of ideas, and knows how to make your cake look perfect.

They were great. Multiple people said this was the best wedding cake they'd ever had. It was so delicious. I highly recommend their chocolate cake with chocolate ganache frosting and raspberry center. So stinkin good. Seriously! Plus, it looked really beautiful too.

They made things very simple and easy.They had many different types of cakes and fillings to choose from (all of which were good).

Very good catering service, extremely high quality.
The wedding cake was also very good.
I was just expecting in faster response time.

Julie has been in the event industry for years and when she decided to go into business for herself, I was soooo excited. Her catering expertise is astounding.
