Inspirador is such a beautiful place to celebrate your special day. The inspirador team went above and beyond. They answered questions and helped along the way while planning, and made sure everything ran smoothly the day of. Also, they made sure the groom and I were relaxed and well taken care of by asking us how we were doing before the ceremony started and if we needed anything like a drink or more food etc. I still am in awe of how much work they did for us. Andrea was super helpful. This was the best venue out of all ten that we looked at. We couldn't of picked a better reception hall then inspirador. We were given the best service ever. Was always there to answer my questions when I needed. What I loved the most was the day of the wedding I didn't have to do anything nor my family. We dropped off our decor the day before and they took care of it the next day for us. They made everything easy for the bride. I would recommend this venue. The price you can't beat. What we liked that no other venue had was being able to bring your own vendors. Loved loved inspirador! I can't Bragg enough about this place and Andrea and staff super super amazing. Our guest totally loved this place and to this day they still talk about it.

Our wedding at Inspirador was better than we could have ever hoped! The venue is beautiful and modern, and accommodates everything from your ceremony, to cocktail hour to reception. Andrea was our consultant and she could not have been more friendly, helpful, patient and professional...we felt we were working with a real friend. They take care of all the details for you from little to big, leaving the bridal couple as stress-free as possible the week of the wedding. Their in-house catering is fantastic...delicious food; and their recommended vendors are all top notch! We had an amazing experience and wedding thanks to Andrea and the staff at Inspirador. Every staff person the day of our wedding we encountered was beyond friendly and professional and did just a fantastic job!! We would highly recommend them to anyone wanting that same great experience on their special day!

Everything exceeded my expectations! I know being a bride can be stressful but Andrea and Katie took care of everything and really made my special day everything I had imagined! Everything about the Inspirador was fantastic! Andrea is so professional and amazing! We were really pleased with every step of our wedding planning.

They even responded to feedback about one of their vendors in a fantastic way- they were changing caterers and after giving our feedback, they made us feel like they really valued what we had to say, and immediately invited us to meet the new caterer, who was fantastic. Not everything goes according to plan, but the Inspirador Staff does an excellent job of navigating through every detail.

My husband and I just got married on February 25th, 2012, we had the ceremony in the poets lounge at Inspirador. I am happy to say that everything went better than I would have imagined. Andrea did a great job keeping us on top of everything for our ceremony. Our ceremony was beautiful, Andrea and her team kept everything under control, they kept me calm and informed of what was going on the whole time I was waiting in the Bridal suite. Everything was very organized and she made notes of all the things that we wanted for our ceremony each time we met. She was very flexible with her time and was great to work with. I am the kind of person that tries to make sure I cover all the bases and have everything planned out to a tee. I can honestly say that if I was to do it all over again knowing what I know now I can rest assured that I wouldn't have to worry about a thing because Andrea pretty much had everything covered! My husband and I had an amazing experience at Inspirador!!! The event planner team was fabulous and were in frequent contact with us. They were willing to provide information about vendors and suggestions when needed. The event planners, Cynthia and Andrea, called all of our vendors before the wedding to make sure everyone was going to be there on time. They also set up all the decorations and made sure the evening went smoothly. Our guests loved the modern look and all the beautiful details. It was a wonderful experience and a perfect wedding!!!!

Five stars just aren’t enough!!! They deserve a perfect 10! If you are tired of your typical cookie cutter weddings, look no further!!! This venue is beautiful and offers you a clean canvas in which you can create your masterpiece. I could not have asked for a better experience. Nor could I ever dream of how wonderful and perfect everything would turn out.

Everyone was more then helpful and went above and beyond to make sure you receive the wedding of your dreams. Not only do they help you achieve the perfect wedding, but they are also mindful of budget, more then willing to provide suggestions and ideas to help you along with your wedding planning, and can even recommend vendors they know from experience offer quality work without charging you an arm and a leg.

If you have the pleasure of working with Andrea, you will find your guardian angel. She instantly makes you feel like family. She is truly AMAZING! Really, no words can describe... I do not think I could have planned my wedding without her. I would have been a stressed out wreck! She knows exactly what she's doing and alleviated all worry. She took care of everything! She brought champagne to celebrate (and relax) a little before the ceremony, she brought my now husband and me a warm plate of food when ours had gone cold from dancing and talking so much, and most importantly she checked to make sure our family was okay and was more then willing to bend over backwards to get them whatever they need. She did so many little extras I could go on and on but as you can already see, I have written a small novel.

The quality of service, professionalism, value, and everything you need and want in a venue is here. My family and friends are still talking about what an incredible experience they had. If it wasn't for Andrea and the whole Inspirador crew putting it together, and tying up all the loose ends, I don't think our wedding would have been as memorable and perfect as it was. Most people don't get to enjoy their wedding because they are so busy and stressed. I had a blast! I danced! I laughed! And my cheeks hurt from smiling so much! Their job is to make your dream a reality, and they do so with flying colors.

I am so happy my husband and I chose Inspirador for our wedding venue! Besides that fact that the facility is beautiful, the staff was always wonderful and pleasant! Andrea was just amazing! She was so patient and very flexible with us. She kept me sane and organised. My guests thoroughly enjoyed their time there as well. I honestly wish I could go back and get married again and again there! Lol. But since that's not an option I will definitely be recommending Inspirador to everyone I know that will be planning a wedding or an event so that I can hopefully come back again! I had searched many venues for my Oct 23 2011 wedding before coming across the Inspirador. When I walked in I knew instantly that this would be my venue. When I went to the other "venues" they looked just like that - a basic venue. Everything looked the same - the same carpeting - the same curtains - the same decor. My fiancee and I wanted something that was romantic but still very modern and the Inspirador offered that. Andrea, our consultant was a God send - she made the process of planning very easy and kept up informed the entire time. She responded very quickly to calls or emails and the entire staff was very understanding and flexible with any problems. The day before my wedding I got extremely sick and we had to cancel our rehearsal and I wasn't even able to talk with Andrea that day or even the day of the wedding - my wedding party dropped off all of our supplies and pretty much left it in her hands - the first time I saw or spoke with Andrea again was when I walked into to venue about a half hour before my ceremony started. Andrea was nothing short of amazing - she handled everything - and with such ease and a huge smile. She took all the pressure off of me and allowed me to recover in time for my ceremony and just enjoy my day. There are not enough words to thank for this - my wedding day was one of the best of my entire life. I got so many compliments from my guests on the venue, the decore, the food, the cake. The list goes on and on. I feel so blessed that I came across the Inspirador and that we chose them for our wedding. It was truly BEAUTIFUL! Ironically, my fiancee and I went to a wedding just a few weeks after ours and let me tell you - now that I have gone thru the experience of my wedding - all weddings are not alike - some weddings are truly an event - truly standout in your memory as special - THAT is what the Inspirador gave us. My husband and I had the most AMAZING wedding ever at Inspirador! (I know I may be a bit biased, but it really was...)

This venue is the the best! My husband and I had actually already put money down on another venue for our wedding and had a really bad experience with them, we were having nightmares about how the actual wedding would go. Thank goodness Inspirador and the amazing team there came to the rescue! The team there took care of our every need even before we knew we needed it! This is the BEST venue if you want a no stress - fun filled - awe inspiring day!

We had our ceremony in the open air courtyard, and it was breathtaking. We had around 150 guests and they fit very comfortably.

We used the Tryst art gallery as our cocktail hour and LOVED it!

The reception hall for dinner and dancing was transformed into a more perfect picture than I could have even imagined. I remember walking in when we'd arrived to look around before guests got there and was left speechless - they had created exactly what I wanted, but even BETTER!

All of our guests are still talking about how amazing the wedding was and everyone LOVED our venue.

From the moment we first stepped inside the walls of Inspirador, it was impossible to find reasons NOT to have our wedding there! Every room has it's own charm, character, and personality. We had the pleasure working with both Andrea and Cynthia and they were fantastic! As any bride can attest to, communication and response is key in keeping the planning of your big day low-stress and these ladies make sure that you are a top priority and they answer any questions you have in a timely manner. They even asked us details we had never thought of, definitely helping to make our day that much more beautiful. For us, Inspirador was our all-inclusive wedding destination; ceremony (outdoor courtyard? YES please!), cocktail hour (in the beautiful Tryst Art Gallery), wedding photos in the poetry room (they lit all 100 tealight candles JUST for our photos), reception (transformed beautifully into a celebration better than we dreamed!), catering (our guests could not stop talking about how delicious the food was!), cake (it was SO gorgeous and so incredibly tasty!), DJ (Desert House Productions is thhe BEST, Drea and David are amazing!), and coordinators (Thanks Andrea and Cynthia!!!) all rolled into one place! Our friends and family all fell in love with Inspirador just as much as we did.

I was married at Inspirador in May of 2008, and it was an incredible experience. From the moment I stepped through the iron gate, I knew I had found the perfect place. This is not your typical hotel ballroom wedding venue. My guests were amazed at how romantic and unique Inspirador is. And I will always treasure the beautiful pictures we have with the iron gate, the aisle of poetry, and the water fountain in the wall
Inspirador is beautiful, but it's the staff that truly brings it alive. The owner Dilia was so warm and excited to help me plan my dream. She made the whole process seem simple and uncomplicated. The event day staff kept everything running smoothly, so all I had to do way enjoy my day. They even rummaged through my room for my flip flops when my 4" heels killed my feet!
I highly recommend Inspirador. It would be nearly impossible to find a more unique, inspiring place to hold your wedding.

Where to start?

I can't say enough wonderful things about the team at Inspirador. I just had my wedding there a few weeks ago, and I'm still trying to figure out how things went so smoothly! Andrea and Cynthia were absolutely fantastic. Everything went off without a hitch and I had the most laid-back, stress-free wedding I could imagine!

I worked mostly with Andrea throughout the planning process and she was a delight to communicate with. She is prompt, organized, professional, and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns very well. Every time I called, emailed, or stopped in (unannounced, usually!) - Andrea and Cynthia were always a delight to work with!

Throughout my entire wedding night, there was always a member of the Inspirador team readily available and happy to help if there was anything we needed. All of our guests were in from out of town - and I'm STILL receiving compliments, not only on the beautiful space, but the dynamic team as well.

They did a wonderful job (along with my great florist!) of setting up my centerpieces and putting the final touches on my favors. They left NOTHING for me to worry about!

Before the ceremony, we had a first look, and my groom was quite late which I wasn't too thrilled about at the time (bad day at the barbershop). Andrea and Cynthia did such a great job of keeping me calm and relaxed - the champagne and vodka sodas they got for me certainly helped. =)

I can't thank Inspirador enough for all the hard work they put in and the fantastic evening they gave us. It was a night that meant so much to us and our family and friends, and our experience with Inspirador made all the difference!

They are not enough superlatives available to describe how incredible our experience was at the Inspiridor. While rating them a 5, it is only because it wouldn't allow me to give them a perfect 10 on a scale of 5.

As the father of the bride, I can share that they clearly understood budget, value, and experience. Their participation in making our event "one to remember" from the very start was outstanding. They questioned, made suggestions, evaluated, provided constructive feedback and had contacts in other areas (ie: Photographer, Flowers, etc) that were pre-evaluated and of high quality and professionalism.

The day before and the day of the wedding, Andrea and her team were like magic fairies that ensured everything was to our satisfaction. And they did it so unobtrusively, that you had to look to see all the hard work they put in to deliver superior customer service. Having experienced several weddings recently, and financed and coordinated my son's recent wedding, the team at the Inspiridor are worth their weight in Gold!

We have received significant numbers of comments back from our guests on what an incredible wedding this was to attend. It was not because it was elaborate, it was not because of the spectacular food (though the food was incredible), it was not because of the surroundings (though those were great too), it was because of the the overall atmosphere, the joyousness, the ease and comfortableness of the entire event.

That is not an easy accomplishment. I credit Andrea and the team at the Inspiridor for tying all those elements together to create a special and memorable time. From the first day we met, to the time we said fare well, Every moment was made special.

They have set a very high bar for the best possible Customer Experience and I congratulate them and heartily endorse.

Andrea and the team at Inspirador are AMAZING!!! From thinking of the details I never would have to solving flower girl drama the day of the wedding they will do it all. They go above and beyond to make sure that your day will go off without a hitch. I cannot say enough good things or give them enough praise for the outstanding job they do.

Inspirador was amazing!! I totally didn't have to worry about anything! They took everything I wanted and turned it into a reality. The best moment was after the ceremony when we walked back to the bridal suite to sign the marriage license and I realized they had found it in all my mess and set it nicely on a table with two glasses of champange! They go above and beyond for everything. Andrea, Cynthia and Dan are awesome!

I absolutely loved Inspirador. I would encourage all brides looking for a beautiful and easy place to get married to book here. Cynthia was very helpful and on top of getting things done. They are creative and knew what I wanted without me having to explain. They give you a wedding planner on site the day of the wedding which was incredible. They were able to keep things on schedule and get everything done so we didn't have to worry about a thing.

Best wedding venue ever!! Not only is the place beautiful but all the employees were amazing to work with. They are so caring, nice and just all around good people!! It is really hard to find people that actually care about their jobs anymore but not here, they actually are good and enjoy their jobs! Planning my wedding reception with Andrea, really felt like I was planning a party with my best friend, because that is how easy she made it and how helpful she was to me. I simply can't say enough good things about this place or about the employees but my day was perfect and it is all due to them at the Inspirador! All you future bride and grooms out there, this is the perfect place for your wedding!!

Working with Inspirador was a breeze. Planning a wedding can be extrememly stressful, but Andrea was always quick to respond to any questions we had and had great suggestions. The venue is beautiful and we could not have asked for a better experience.

Inspirador is an absolutely gorgeous venue. It is a versatile space that be glam, urban, vintage, or anything you wish. The decor is understated and elegant, which lends itself to a variety of events and styles. We booked Inspirador a year and a half before our wedding, so we had a LOT of time to interact with the staff. Everyone who works at Inspirador is incredibly helpful and kind. We primarily worked with Andrea and she is an absolute doll. Andrea kept in constant communication with us, answered all of our questions, and made sure that our event ran smooth the day of. She really made us feel like an old friend or a member of her family. If you are looking for a venue that pays personal attention to you and your event, Inspirador is definitely the place to book.

From the first email I received from Inspirador, I knew it was where we wanted to get married. Once we saw it in person (and met the staff!), there was really no competition at that point! From day one, the staff was fabulous to work with and never made us feel like we were "bothering" them! They were always quick to respond to any questions we had and they never made us feel uncomfortable with the MANY times we came by to show everyone where we were getting married! Inspirador was the first stop on our places to check out. We decided to look no further! The style of the venue was exactly what we were looking for, modern, yet classy. All of the staff was more than welcoming. The surrouding area had everything we needed, including a beautiful hotel to stay at. We were amazed by every last detail. It was really nice to just tell the girls what we were looking for and they put it together better than we pictured it. The ceremony room was gorgeous; from the aisle of poetry to 100 candles lit on the back wall. I felt as if I stepped into a fairytale. A million Thank Yous to the girls at Inspirador!

Our entire experience with Inspirador was just amazing. The venue itself is beautiful with tons of great spots for photos. The outside vendors the Inspirador team refers are top of the line. The venue could not have been easier to work with. We were able to customize everything from our flowers to the layout of our reception. Inspirador is the best choice you could make..It is SO unique, convenient, beautiful, fun, affordable, etc. They were flexible with me in the things I wanted in my wedding and didn't want so we could come up with a individual quote. Oh, what a day! Thank you Inspirador for making it the most beautiful day of my life. The venue is amazingly designed in (what I'm going to call) a modern fusion Spanish decor, with plenty of space for wedding fun. Jeff and I couldn't of asked for a more responsive staff. Andrea attended to all the details, and handled any changes necessary to get the look, feel and flow just perfect. I had no idea planning a wedding required attention to so many little details. We feel blessed to have worked with a staff that is qualified. They assured we didn't over-looking any necessary items to make our guests feel welcome.

The venue is beautiful, the staff extremely helpful, our dinner selections and tasting were nothing less than yum, yum. Our friends and family are still talking about our "perfect day". The experience was worth every penny we spent. Boy did we kick-up our heels.

We will be using the venue this year for a few corporate functions as well as private dinner meetings. And, possibly an art open. There is so much you can do with this versatile venue and staff. I highly recommend this establishment to any bride and groom. Enjoy "your day".

This place is beautiful! They were incredibly professional and made our day such a dream! We simply can't say enough wonderful things about Inspirador. This is truly a unique experience and they are always willing to be flexible and work with us on every detail. The design of this venue was so perfect for us. We love all things that remind us of "big city life" like New York and everything about Inspirador was modern but truly elegant. From our initial contact with Inspirador and with each call and meeting we have had nothing but a wonderful experience. The staff and Amy have been so much fun to work with. They spoil us with gifts and goodies every time we visit. We stopped by during an artwalk event they host on the first Wednesday of every month and they spoiled us with a really nice complimentary wine tasting experience. I was married here at Inspirador on Monday sept5th2011. I fell in love with this venue around 10 months prior to my wedding. I would go back and visit on their weekly wednesday open houses to gain inspiration and ideas on how to decorate for my own wedding. The vendors provided with my package there were OUTSTANDING. None of my guests had ever seen a venue like this before and it was important for me to throw a one of a kind wedding as half my guests flew all the way from NY and the rest were chinese and had never experienced a western wedding before.. EVERYONE had an amazing time..Cynthia and Andrea were amazing. The day went off start to finish amazingly. I was informed the whole time what was to happen when and when things needed to be re adjusted i felt completely comfortable saying "You guys do whatever you want I trust you!" I suggest you take a visit. It was pressure free and my family and I loved this venue from the very start. I cant wait to post all my pics when I get them. There were so many different rooms to party in.. I had my ceremony in the poets lounge, the whole wall lit with tiny tea light candles. You need not spend so much on decor, the venue in its uniqueness really speaks for it self. We had our cocktail hour in the Art gallery "Tryst" and the reception in the big room. We had dessert in the indoor/outdoor courtyard in the heart of the venue. It was nice to dance by the fireplace and under strings of lights and paper lanterns. It really was everything me and my husband dreamed thanks to Inspirador and its Amazing team!

Just had my wedding here at the Inspirador and I must say it was absolutely fantastic!!! Inspirador exceeded my expectations with the quality and services they provide for weddings! The food was insanely delicious, still getting awesome feedback from our guest about the food! Everything turned out fantastic, the decor, the set up, the organization and flow of our wedding day couldn't have been better!! The pricing is average however there are extras that you may have to end up paying for such as special table clothes for the tables or add ins to the dinner menu. Also we were told that we would have champagne (for the women) and san tan growlers (for the men) provided and we did not receive this, but thank goodness the men brought in a fat tire keg, so all was well! My husband LOVED everything about our wedding day, was a bit bummed about the growlers not being provided, but nonetheless he LOVED IT!! A huge thanks to Andrea our coordinator for our wedding day, we couldn't have made this happen without you, you were organized, responded quickly to our emails, and executed everything brilliantly! THANK YOU!

Inspirador is a gorgeous location in Downtown Chandler. Beyond the actual building itself, Downtown Chandler offers an awesome place to stay and enjoy the weekend for your out of town guests. We received so many compliments on the venue and the surrounding area from our guests. Inspirador itself was one of the most unique places we found. And the staff (Andrea and Cynthia) were absolutely amazing. I went in completely stressed out about all the details coming together and they took care of everything. Not only were they calming, they came through for us on every aspect of the wedding. They took care of every detail and the whole day ran seamlessly. I would highly highly highly reccommend Inspirador to anyone looking for a fabulously unique and stress free place to get married.

Wonderful Venue. Couldn't have asked for a better wedding! The whole experience was perfect. I would highly recommend Inspirador. My wife and I love the way the pictures look there, the way the staff treated us, and the price of the venue. It is hard to beat Inspirador. They are very flexible, and made our wedding day the day of our dreams.

I was so pleased that Andrea was able to be there from start to finish!! I heard nothing but great things from my guests on how accommodating she was and how nice she truely is. I have nothing negative to say about the Inspirador and if I could do it all again I would change nothing except use their inhouse caterer instead of the one I chose on my own because the cost of the venue was a little over my budget.

I really enjoyed my experience with Inspirador. Everyone I met with was very nice and professional. The only reason I gave a slightly lower review for Quality of Service and Responsiveness is because I believe they had a staff change in the middle of my planning, which left one email unanswered and there was a slight mix-up when scheduling my wedding rehearsal. Other than those two minor details, I would highly recommend Inspirador to any bride and I believe that they've smoothed out their process.
On the day of the wedding, the staff was incredibly helpful. My ceremony was supposed to be in the courtyard but unfortunately, it rained- forcing us to move everything inside. I had an amazing wedding planner, but I know that the staff helped her move everything quickly and efficiently. They were also incredibly accommodating with my special requests. We had a children-friendly wedding and were able hook up a Wii to the flat screen in Tryst to occupy the kids- and adults, as it turned out. For the cocktail hour in Tryst, they let me hook up my iPod playlist. And finally, several decor items got left behind by accident, and they kept the pieces and called to notify us- instead of waiting for us to realize there were missing pieces or throwing them out.
The location itself is absolutely gorgeous. After going to many weddings and checking out venues all over the valley, my husband and I fell in love with Inspirador from the minute we walked in. It's a perfect balance between a modern look (my husband's taste) and a romantic look (my taste). There are great locations for pictures and with Inspirador, you can transform the space into anything you wish. It is a truly unique venue that gives you the freedom to create your vision for your wedding.

The venue was exactly what I was looking for in a reception facility. Beautifully decorated even with minimal additions to what they already had. The venue even had the exact look for the theme of our wedding.
I had a custom package which included use of the venue, security, chairs, tables, linens, day of coordinator, and catering. To me the total price was higher than I expected, but since I don't really know how much other venues would charge for all of that, I can't compare.
Everyone I worked with there was a pleasure to work with, they were very, very helpful and accommodating. Sometimes it took awhile before my question was answered. They threw in for no additional charge the hanging lights over the guest book table, so that was a nice bonus. I thought we paid for a coffee bar, but don't remember seeing it anywhere.
There was a little confusion about the beverages. I've never had to do this before, but I thought the caterer took care of the beverages, which they did for the reception but not for the cocktail hour. I thought there was just going to be a self-service type thing during the cocktail hour, but then one time I came in for a meeting and they discussed a soft bar (no alcohol), which I guess i thought was included with fee but then got a call from the billing department the day before the wedding for a near $1000 bartending service charge. We did do the soft bar, which was great, but maybe with all the wedding stuff, I guess I was just confused and didn't quite understand. It wasn't a major problem, but I guess I wish I or they were more clear with what we were getting.
Overall, I would work with them again, just would make sure to have EVERYTHING in an itemized contract so I know exactly what I am getting no questions asked. The staff was great, the place looked great, very happy with the results.

We could not have asked for a more perfect event! We planned our destination wedding long distance (we live in Delaware). The entire staff could not have been more accommodating, or professional. This crew knows their stuff! From the food, to the photographer, to the DJ, every detail was perfect. Thank you, again, Delia and gang! You created our perfect day...can't wait to visit next year on our anniversary!

I was very pleased with everything besides the communication through e-mail. It is almost impossible to do business unless you call or drive to the location. On the other hand, Andrea was super helpful with everything we needed. The day of the wedding ran so smooth ... Flawless! :)

I cannot say enough good things about the venue, and about Delia, the owner, and Andrea, our planner. There was a lot of family drama associated with my wedding; I even called Delia in tears 2 days before due to a blowup over seating (which she fixed, while calming me down).
The only downside was the girl running the accounts payable/billing area, who seems maybe a bit new to handling several clients' invoices and payments at once. I would recommend keeping record of payments made and all correspondence.
Overall I would highly recommend Inspirador. Keeping track of payments is a tiny price to pay for knowing your event will turn out great. Ask for Andrea- she's really the best there is!

Inspirador has a great team that is always available to answer questions by phone, email or in person. They always have great suggestions and were very much accomodating of our needs and working within our budget. They were very patient with us through all of our color changes and different ideas that we had when we were planning our day.

We were looking for a place that was unique in itself and not a common place where most people get married like a hotel or that castle in Chandler. Their venue is one of the most unique that I have seen in all of the potential venues that we looked at in the valley. It's also a place that many people haven't heard of or aren't familiar with which makes it even more special and our guests were so excited to see the venue on our wedding day. It is very modern and sleek and for the most part decorates itself. What helped us the most to envision our wedding was Inspirador's open houses and party open houses. The decorations, the mock set ups, the staff and the vendors helped us find ideas and piece together all of the details.

My husband and I were very much pleased with Inspirador and their team. Our wedding day ran smoothly and they took care of the decorating and set up/ tear down so that we could enjoy our day!

I have nothing but great things to say about Inspirador and the staff. My husband and I were married there in August 2009. I'm still getting compliments on how amazing the venue was; not to mention the amazing photos we have from there. Andrea was our coordinator and was so great to work with. On our wedding day, she was there for every detail. She really took care of every aspect from the start till the end, with no stone unturned. She went above and beyond what I could have imagined. I truly felt like I was being treated like a princess. ( Just like every girl should feel on their wedding day!! ). Inspirador made my "dream day" come true and I would recommend it to anyone.

We fell in love with Inspirador instantly and new it was exactly where we wanted to have our wedding. Overall having our wedding here was great but there were a few small issues that made our experience less than perfect. When we first viewed the venue on their open house we were given a detailed quote on what was included and how much we would pay. When we showed up later that weekend to sign the contact suddenly things had changed. They now said we had to pay an additional $500 kitchen usage fee (since we were not using their preferred caterer) and where only getting half the venue! This was not how it was written in our quote. After about an (emotional) 30 minute wait to contact the owner, the original quote was honored, with the exception of the kitchen usage fee we had to pay. (We decided it wasn't worth leaving our dream wedding venue over.) From there we signed the contact and things went according to plan. The Inspirador Team were very attentive and stayed in touch with me to verify planning was going well. Two weeks before, we sat with two team members and went over all the details of our wedding. This was great as it made me think of somethings I hadn't yet and also would ensure everything would go according to plan. The big day went wonderful, the team was helpful, attentive and kept the evening flowing nicely. There were just a few small things missing that we had expected including candles down the aisle and music during cocktail hour. Not big things but things we expected. Also, I had a second cake made for my vegetarian guests that I found out the next day they never got, I still don't know where that went. Also I was told I could come back later for my hanging decorations that were left, but found out later they had been thrown away. Overall, our wedding was beautiful and everything we had wanted. I would recommend Inspirador to anyone looking for an exceptional wedding venue.

Inspirador is a stunning and unique venue, everything went smoothly the day of and it was nice not having to worry about it.

I think the Inspirador team did a fantastic job on the day of my reception. Everyone was very professional, knowledgable and very helpful. Whenever we came in for appointments or spoke on the phone everyone I spoke with was very courtious and pleasant.

What I believe could be improved is the communication. I set an expectation on the type of communication I wanted before we signed the contract and was somewhat disappointed with the level of communication I ended up receiving. It sometimes took a long time (days or weeks) to get answers back, when they would tell me I'd have an answer the next day. This was the main reason we opted not to use their preferred vendor for catering.

Beautiful venue!

We were very excited to have our reception at Inspirador since it was a new fresh venue that hasn't been over done. It is so different with its spanish industrial look. A great pick for modern couples. The staff at Inspirador has been working through some kinks this past year and will hopefully get them ironed out. I was very disappointed in the level of service as well as the up holding of the contract. I would use Inspirador again, but with caution and a firm requirement for details specified in the contract.

I had my wedding at this place and don't let the decor fool you into thinking it is the perfect place to have a wediing. The place is beautiful, but the staff and the owner are what are very lacking. Dilia is the owner of this company and she lied to us from the first day all the way up to the actual wedding day. She is unprofessional. Her staff doesn't know how to communicate. They tried a "new" thing that was a "custom wedding solution" where I wouldn't have to any of the planning and all I had to do was meet with the vendors and pick out what I want. Sounds easy and wonderful from a wedding vendor, right? Wrong! It was the worst mistake I made to trust this wedding venue that they knew what they were doing. The first example, Dilia had us pick from 2 menus, Greek or Italian, and swore that she personally has eaten their food and it is fabulous. We showed up for our tasting after choosing the menu items and courses and the Chef had no clue we had a menu picked out. We were tasting food to get a "flavor" for what he could prepare. Bottom line, there was no communication. She switched her caterer on me and didn't communicate anything to either me or the catering company she was partnered with. When we explained to Andrea, our original single point of contact at Inspirador, Andrea said that a tasting is just to get a flare for what the chef can prepare. Unfortunately for you Andrea, in the wedding business when a customer picks out their menu for their guests (that was provided by your employer) then the items I should be tasting is what I'm having the night of my wedding. The point that needs to be made is that they didn't have a grasp on wedding food tasting. Who wants to eat food that they will not be eating on their wedding day. Brides, myself included, don't want to be surprised on the wedding day of how the food will taste. Things get worse. That was the beginning where we should have scrapped their custom wedding solution and continued to book our own vendors and just used the space. Inspirador was originally only a place to host an event and then you brought in your own vendors. They should stick to that. What was supposed to make my life easier by using their people ended up being horrible because it was Dilia that kept manipulating the situation. If you have seen this place it is not a plastic dinnerware kind of place. In our custom wedding solution our guests were going to be drinking out of plastic. It was by chance that we asked if the glasses would be pint sized "glassware" AND then it was sprung that our guests will have plastic. If we didn't ask our guests would have been drinking their wine, beer, martinis, cocktail, etc out of plastic "cups". During Inspirador's peak season for a Saturday night wedding they charge $8000+ to JUST RENT THE SPACE. So we added glassware for an additional fee.(it was not part of the original custom wedding "solution") More and more lack of communication occured and the more stressful my life became because now I had to use they yo-yo's as the middleman to get things done right. We were promised that our guests would not eat their cake off of plastic. What showed up that night and it was slipped in after Dilia promised us we WOULDN'T have plastic...our guests were eating their cake from plastic forks and plastic plates. This place is a joke. Take my advice and don't book here. I read the reviews from 2008 and these people must have done their own wedding planning and only used the space. I had my wedding in 2009 and Inspirador told us that their custom wedding solution was new for them. They only used to rent the space for events. When having to deal with Inspirador in a more in depth situation they are horrible, unqualified, and not recommended. Don't make the same mistake I did. It is your wedding day. Use a place that knows what they are doing!!!

I'm coming back to this review 6 months after my wedding....Why? Because I received an email from wedddingwire that Inspirador is disputing my review. Apparently they don't want people to come to this website and hear anything bad or the bold, and the unfluffed truth about their service and ability to conduct business. Weddingwire temporarily suspended my review until I could show proof I worked with Inspirador. I sent a copy of the signed contract and voila my review remains available for everyone to read. It proves what a crappy business Inspirador is and solidifies my experience with them. THEY SUCK and cannot be trusted. What do you think about a company that tries to remove the bad review from a heavily used website? Are they trustworthy is what you need to ask yourself. My experiences have proven to be NO, they are not trustworthy. PLEASE, don't fall for it. The place is beautiful, but not worth the hassle. Do you want to have a wonderful experience for your wedding day? Don't have it at Inspirador regardless of how nice the place looks. They are unprofessional and try to remove the bad feedback so they look good. What do you think they would do to you once they have your money? It's a Mickey Mouse operation. It has now refueled the fire to go to as many wedding websites as possible to tell about my experience. Inspirador, you are going to have a lot of work trying to remove all the bad feedback and truth about your company on the internet. You opened the can of worms after we've been done doing business for 6 months. YOU SUCK!

I just LOVE Inspirador and the surrounding area for taking pics. The place is beyond GORGEOUS from their beautiful ceremony room, open to the sky to the cocktail areas. So classy and just so different. You can't go wrong when you have a wedding here.....

Working with Andrea & the team at the Inspirador has been a dream come true. You have to have the right attitude in this industry to have an amazing night for each bride, who is so unique.

What I love most about the team at the Inspirador is that we all work together as one larger team to make the wedding perfect. Andrea has it down 100 percent , she knows what is going on at all times and can even anticipate when something needs to be changed or fixed before it even happens. As a vendor they always contact me before to make sure we are on the same page for the day of the event so that things run smoothly.

I have had the pleasure of DJing several weddings at Inspirador Wedding Reception Center over the past year and if you are looking for something a little different than just a big four walled room for your reception you might want to consider the Inspirador in downtown Chandler. There is a separate, tastefully decorated room for the ceremony and the reception room is plenty big with a wall of glass that opens into a beautiful courtyard. The staff is pleasant and very helpful. If you are looking for a location that is unique make sure you check out the Inspirador in Chandler.

The Inspirador is a fresh new exciting place to have a wedding reception or party. It is a unique and different place with a great staff of professionals. I would recommend calling them first when you are looking for a Venue!!
