Inspired Effects created the ultimate video for us to remember our special day. The staff was very knowledgeable on the tools needed to make our wedding truly unforgettable. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the technicians and the creativity used to create graphics. Inspired Effects turned a very special moment in our lives into a grand event that we will treasure for a lifetime...we will definitely use this vendor again for all of our special events. Again, thanks for the memories- you truly captured it all!

Where to start. Well if you want to get hit with a awesome video, that will impress anyone, then this is your guy. If you want something that you will be proud to show your friends then this is your guy. He will capture your day but will give you a video far from the ordinary. He wants to set himself apart from the crowd. Anyone can capture your day but the way it is edited sets him apart from the crowd. From the beginning to the end he will be there. No matter what I needed he did it for me. He stays on time, within budget and very easy to work with. I can not give this guy enough credit on the job he does.

I must say that Keith with Inspired Effects was great to work with, pleasant, attentive but most importantly professional when we hired him as our Videographer for our wedding.. Although this was a vow renewal, he made us feel as if it was our very first wedding.. The Cortinas's would like to say that we are very pleased with your work, the quality of our videos and how fast we received our copy.. We are a home based business, that contains a professional editing and photo studio.

Do you offer demo DVDs for potential clients to look at?

Our examples are posted on our website. If customers want to see videos of the actual ceremony we can send them a link for viewing.

What types, such as unedited footage or special effects, of videography do you offer?

All of our finished products are edited with a unique touch of creativity. We normally do not release the unedited footage that we shoot, however the clients can purchase that from us if needed.

We offer short films, love stories, documentaries, or highlight videos of the service.

Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?

Yes, we have different lighting rigs for various environments. We try to ask as many questions about the venue as possible so that we come prepared to capture the best possible shots.

How many videographers do you work with?

2 videographers will be on hand at every wedding we shoot.

Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?

Yes, we normally have a pre-wedding meeting to make sure expectations are set forth and to answer any questions the couple may have. This is the time where the videographers can be met.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

Yes. We are owner operated.

Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

Normally we don't and have not until this point. It will be very difficult to do that and circumstances will have to be extreme fo us to do that.

Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?

Yes, we will be prepared in case of emergencies.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

We come with our HDSLR cameras, our wireless lavalier microphones and solid state zoom h4n audio recorders. Power cords, batteries, different light setups, and camera supports.

Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Yes. We shoot with more than one camera and use more than one source to capture audio.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

We are there to capture your special day, we take shooting breaks as they come available. However, capturing your day is our first priority.

Do you charge overtime?

No, our packages include the entire wedding, from beginning to end. Unless there are special circumstances or if it is a destination wedding. In those cases, the charge will be reflected in the adjusted package price.

Do you give access to your raw footage?

Normally we do not. However, if requested we can provide that at an additional charge.

Do you reserve the right to use the video in the future for deals, contents, etc.?

Yes, we use all of our videos for our promotional purposes such as our website, wedding expos, or on our blog to display our portfolio. If this is a problem, please let us know.

Is the client involved in the editing process? If so, how much input does the client have in editing?

We do ask for music choices, and we try our best to get a feel for the couple. However, when it comes to the creative input, we ask that the client trust us to comprise a video that reflects them and us in a great way.

How long does it take for the client to get the final video?

We will have the final edited dvd to the clients within 6 weeks.

Do you require a minimum number of hours to book?
