Being an event coordinator in my previous life, I thought I could do it all. HA! I couldn’t have been more wrong. Maxine is truly a professional with extremely good taste and style. She listens and truly makes your occassion your own! She takes the time to get to know you, your mate and families and plans accordingly. We got married in 2002 and people are still talking about our wedding. It was a dream come true and wouldn't have been possible without her. I would highly recommend her!

It was like our wedding took place over the nine months of planning. Every meeting, tasting, fitting and conference call was special.

She has an amazing ability to be completely organized, structured and on scheudle, while allowing her creative abilities to bring the most amazing elements to an event.

And when it came to the wedding day itself, we had created, with Maxine's expert direction, an event that even five years later, our friends and family still speak of as the best event they have ever attended. It was uniquely ours, but without Maxine, we never would have had the once in a lifetime experience we had.

We are so happy we hired Maxine to streamline, coordinate and improve our wedding plans. Maxine thought outside the box, creating a design for our wedding full of beauty and originality, while simultaneously making sure no detail was overlooked and all the vendors played well together! Friends and family still comment that our wedding day was fabulous -- and we agree!

Although we hired Maxine only for "day of" coordination, I was able to stay calm throughout my planning process knowing Maxine would keep me on track and would be there if I missed anything. She had great vendor contacts, and was an asset when she came with us to vendor meetings--she knew all the right questions to ask. I could enjoy the entire planning process all the way to The Big Day. She was a pleasure to work with.

Maxine is a consummate professional. Even for brides who are perfectionists, Maxine's extraordinary attention to detail allows them to relax and enjoy their day. Details are taken care of that a bride might never even have noticed or asked for. Here's an example: we were doing a walk-through before a wedding. Maxine simply pointed to the bricks in the courtyard and her assistant scribbled down a note. This was their shorthand for making sure the brick courtyard was clean. Sure enough, on the morning of the wedding, there was a crew down on their hands and knees scrubbing the bricks. Every small detail adds up to a total picture. And that picture is simply beautiful. If that was a detail you would hardly notice, imagine what Maxine does with details that are critically important! Maxine is an absolute pleasure to work with.
