Buying my engagement ring was a fantastic experience for my fiancee. The ring was absolutely stunning and he felt he got a great deal on it and was very pleased with the experience overall. We also purchased his wedding band from them without too much trouble; it was simple and affordable and the sales people were helpful along the way. However, in ordering my wedding band, things are yet to be corrected. I wanted to order it back in November (my wedding was March 17, 2013), and they advised waiting a month or so to place the order from their international vendor. Well, December rolled around and they said that the French ring manufacturer was closed for a month for Christmas and the Chinese New Year or some other holidays. The ring was finally ordered and arrived less than 2 weeks before the big day. I go to pick it up the week of my wedding...AND IT'S NOT THE RIGHT BAND! It was very similar, but was not the band that compliments and matches my engagement ring. So I had to get married with the "loaner" ring that is not the right one and continue to wear that one. It is now 3 weeks post wedding and am still waiting to receive the right band. All of the pictures of the rings the day of the wedding are wrong and that will forever be a sore spot for me. So, up until that, I would have absolutely recommended IDC, as I liked the sales people and my engagement ring really is the most gorgeous ring I've ever seen (and I'd looked a lot before choosing that one), but now, I am really sad that I don't have the right band and am not quite sure when I will get it. I would say to just be diligent with them and just learn from this experience, as I still recommend them, but it was not ideal for me.

We visited a couple jewelers before going with Internation Diamond Center. They are AMAZING! We worked with Danielle (who just got married herself) and she is the sweetest person, she made us feel so special, always remembering our names and welcoming us as we walked through the door. Our rings are exactly what we wanted and absolutely perfect! And even my ring insurer couldnt believe the low price we purchased our rings for! They are a MUST!!

He has been working with my family for years so he was definitely the one to talk to when it came to wedding rings. He worked with us to find the perfect rings that are amazing! IDC Jewelers have been wonderful with my husband and me from searching for my engagement ring to purchasing our wedding rings. They don't try to up sell you on something you can't afford and work hard to give you exactly what works for you, aesthetically and financially. The staff is friendly and professional and didn't treat us differently on a day when we came in "dressed down" to look for my wedding ring. We will definitely be going back to IDC for future purchases.

Everything was great about IDC. My rings turned out great and they were very helpful and courteous in customer service.

This was one of the only places around that sold Tacori, and we were fortunate that they were so wonderful. Prices are fair. The salespeople aren't pushy and don't seem to be trying to run up your price on everything.

We have been customers at International Diamond Center for years, and wouldn't have dreamed of shopping anywhere else for our engagement and wedding jewelry. The staff there is so friendly and the selection and quality of products are incomparable. I even rushed in on the morning of the wedding to have all my jewels steam cleaned so they looked their best. We would highly recommend International Diamond Center!

Especially the extra time spent with me to be sure the ring was comfortable, and the look I had in my head. I went to them to get my husband's band. He chose a beautiful white gold band with 5 channel set diamonds in the center. The price was better than all of the plain gold bands! I purchased it through lay-away, which is a nice thing to have since many purchases for a wedding come at once and you need to be able to spread out payments without going into debt with interest in the meantime! Gary helped us pick out the ring and is even going to help us do some custom work to it to make it a sentimental piece. Very knowledgeable and very professional. Would recommend them anyday!

Their selection is amazing. Their store name brand settings are just as beautiful as Tacori and other brands (as a matter of fact, I often get asked if my ring is Tacori and it is not!). My husband's band is amazing - a designer called Bez Ambar that no other jewelers in the area carry. That being said, I have asked for my engagement ring to be sized several times and they keep "forgetting" when they have it there for other work (it's lost a few minor stones several times) and they sized my husband's finger incorrectly so the Bez Ambar ring that CAN'T BE SIZED had to be returned with only 6 weeks to go til the wedding! We got the new ring with only 2 days to spare (the day before we left town) so it was pretty nervewracking, but it all worked out in the end and the jewelry is beautiful.

Cindy the manager went over and above to help us find the absolutely perfect set of Ritani rings for my wedding set after the original Tacori set we bought had a manufacture defect. Tacori the company was horrible and very unaccommodating and Cindy and IDC stepped in and made everything MORE than right. I am so happy that Tacori made an inferior product because now I have the most fabulous rings ever!
IDC has an amazing selection for every budget and their staff....specifically Cindy and Kelly the sales manager are terrific to deal with! Highly recommend IDC!
