Invitations by Tess

I saw an ad for Tess's services on facebook, while I was engaged, and decided to check out her site. I was pleased with the site, she had so many cute ideas for invitations so I emailed her about what I was looking for, for my own wedding. Tess replied right away and asked me to fill out the stationery form from her site, she explained that this was standard and that it would enable her to get an exact idea of what I wanted...so I did.

I submitted all of the information she asked for, which was very time consuming, seeing as how Tess was asking for very detailed information. 2 weeks went by and I still had not heard anything, I emailed Tess and she apologized for not getting back to me and told me that she would be responding once she reviewed my form that I submitted. 2 weeks later I still hadn't heard anything from her...I emailed her once again and never heard back from Tess again.

I don't know how someone like that runs a business......Tess is beyond unprofessional that's all I can say!!!!! I highly reccomend looking elsewhere for your invitations, programs and place cards!!!!!!!!

Tess is simply the BEST person to work with, very professional, pleasant to deal with and full of ideas. She is all about service and so eager to making her clients happy - she was attentive, patient, accomodated us to the times we were available and was so so so helpful throughout our wedding planning. Our invitations were beautiful and we had so many compliments on how they turned out. I went to other invitation people and by far her service, personality and product quality was superior to what I saw in other places. She is fabulous!!!
