Isabella Oliver is known for beautiful maternity wear and even maternity bridal wear. I was six-and-a-half month pregnant when I got married so I selected a maternity wedding dress that had a simple "Greek Goddess" draped effect with a stunning twist neckline. When the dress came, it was very heavy and the fabric wrinkled easily. The dress was like a gunnysack and there's no way I could have filled it out even nine months pregnant! But a size down wouldn't have worked either. Plus, it was cut so that the slit in front gaped.
I understand that different bodies need different shapes and designs, so this could have just been the wrong style for me. But the FABRIC was off-putting and I'm so glad I didn't have to wear it on my wedding day. It would have showed every lump and bump and felt heavy and droopy as well.
The one star is for the dress. Other categories get higher ratings since they were prompt and professional with their service and flexible with their return policy, and the dress was under $200.
