THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE PLACE I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH. They charged me THREE times for one dress accidentally and told me they would not refund my money for 30 DAYS! When I responded that is unacceptable the owner of the store proceeded to curse me out and hang up on me. I paid $70 for a RUSH delivery and was PROMISED the woman would do the alterations the day I picked it up. The dress came in and the owner told me THE WOMAN IS NOT AVAILABLE TO DO ALTERATIONS when the wedding is in FIVE DAYS. I explained AGAIN that is UNPROFESSIONAL and I paid for it already and the owner told me not to SHOW MY FACE IN THE STORE and told me to GO F**K MYSELF. UNBELIEVABLE!! NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I DEALT WITH SUCH RUDE, ARROGANT, POMPOUS PEOPLE IN MY LIFE. Absolutely disgusted. AND they NEVER REFUNDED ANY OF MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!

Fabulous and Easy! I had an amazing experience at Isabella’s Wedding Center.!!!! They had a great selection of dresses to choose from and their prices were great - much better than other salons that I'd been looking at and their customer service was wonderful!I highly recommend to any bride looking for a good quality dress at an affordable price visits this great store.

Great place to get dress of your dream!!!!This amazing cute boutique has a GREAT PRICES and very good selection of wedding dresses, tuxedos, mother of the bride/groom,flower girl and bridesmaids dresses.Isabella and girls who work there are very helpful and they listen to everything you say about what you looking for in a dress and help you to choose a gorgeous and right one!!!!The owners are very nice and make you to feel part of the family.Highly recommend to come here!!!!!

When i first walked into The Isabella's Wedding Center ,Isabella was extremely nice and got me trying on dresses right away. She listened to everything i had to say about what i was looking for in a dress and picked out gorgeous dresses for me.All the gowns she picked out for me were flattering to my figure and had everything i was looking for in a dress. She also let me pick out my own gowns to try on as well. She was very helpful with my groom for tuxedo and groomsmen was not pushy on a sale or rude. This was a great first experience for me and any bride looking for a gown should definitely check this place out.

Where do I begin... I was forced to deal with this place when my friend was getting married and asked me to be one of the groom’s men. After my measurements were taken, I come back to pick up this rental and come to find out that the pants are 4x my size (parachute pants). The waistline is adjustable to fit anyone and everyone but the width (bagginess) of the pants was ridiculously big for anyone. They pretty much have a one size fits all for everyone, that way, everyone fits. The shirt I was given was not any better; it consisted of sleeves that could without a doubt hold 3-4 of my arms (and I am not a small guy). The shirt came down very low, any lower and it would touch my knees. The vest was also too big and I can honestly say that the only thing that fit me was the jacket (which looked to be 10 years of age at least) and the tie. I know what you are thinking, if my measurements were taken, why didn’t anything fit? I was thinking the exact same thing. When I said this is not my size, they responded by saying this is the style, and in specific, the style that the groom (my friend) choose. I showed the groom, and he informed me it was not his intention to make me look like a 7-year-old boy in a man’s suit and that I looked ridiculous. I attempted numerous times to express my dissatisfaction with this suit but was fed lies in order for me to walk out that door and pay that $130 plus the $100 security deposit. This is where the story gets funny; after posting my original negative review on Yelp and 5 other sites which contain many other negative reviews (yelp has 6 in total – all negative), I get a call from this man-child owner of this business. This guy threatens to charge me extra for every single day I have possession of his clown suit. On top of that, he threatens not to provide any more rentals for the bridal party because of this negative review. I order not to ruin my friend’s wedding, I took it down. Upon return of the suit, he adds more childish rhetoric to the slew of threats he has already bestowed. He says that only girls write reviews on the internet, he blames the suit error on my physical appearance, and threatens to tell his son-in-law, who is a cop, to watch me and write me traffic citations. To make a long story short, and believe me this story could go on forever, this childish business owner has no idea how to run a business. All he had to do is apologize and give me a suit that fits, which is not hard considering they took my measurements. Instead, he gave me nothing but childish threats (I am gonna do this, I am gonna do that, etc.) and did absolutely nothing to rectify his wrongdoings (which he didn’t even admit). I have the last visit recorded in my voice notes, along with any phone calls to come from this walking man-child. Any further attempt to threaten me will result in legal action.

Isabella's is the only dress shop you need to know about for wedding dresses and formal events.
They have an amazing selection of gowns and a staff that is supportive and attentive to your every need.
They definitely take the hassles and headaches out of dress shopping and will make sure to help you find
THE dress you've been looking for and that looks great on you.
They have not only helped me out with my wedding gown and bridesmaid dresses but also with great designer

Like Service and Really Happy Great suit, remarkable attention to detail. From holdings inside pockets fitting a blackberry to the perfect front jacket shape and fit. My favorite suit in my closet! Really happy my friends found this place.

I had a great experience at Isabella's . The consultant was so wonderful, very attentive and made great suggestions. After I tried on several dresses, she found exectly what I was looking for and it turned out to be my favorite. It was gorgeous! If you have a slightly higher budget for wedding dresses.. I highly recommend Isabella's in Brooklyn.

I have purchased a bridesmaids dress from Isabella's last year and just this past week i went to look for a wedding dress at the same store. We had a great experience and found Jeff and Isabella to be very helpful and pleasant to work with. They had a lot of good choices to work within our budget and I would definitely go back.

I found the gown of my dreams for $900 less than anywhere else and bought it right off the rack. I have to make a few alterations as it fits me kind of big, but I don't mind considering the price. Isabella was very helpful and also very honest. I went on a weekday and was the first one to sign in so there was no waiting .

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST WEDDING SALON! She called my bridesmaid "chubby" and laughed at her. The dresses I wanted, which she could not get in time, were overpriced and she said that they wouldn't look good on my bridesmaid because the dress is too elegant. This was the worst experience I have ever had and I will make sure that NONE of my friends ever come here!!!!

Although, I didn't buy from Isabell she was very plaeassent and helpful. I wish she could have gotten my dress in time. I had ordered from Le Bella Couture Atelier in Dobbs Ferry, but needed to cancel. Isabel gave me good suggestions and didn't rip me off .

the tuxedos were very nice. they also have nice shoes
they have late hours which helps alot. we were very happy with this vendor

One thing that Isabella's Wedding Center does NOT value and/or respect is their customers. Every single person who used their services had a problem with them. The owner is very rude, a liar and doesn't respect the customers no matter if you are old or young. So much headache with this place and frustration !!
