Where do we begin?!? My wife Robin and I wanted an elegant wedding celebration in Rome with our families and a few close friends, and Brenda delivered this and much more!! She was so helpful and patient with our many wishes and the quality of her work is simply amazing. She ensured that every detail regarding our ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner, transportation, and logdging was truly perfect. We honestly felt like guests at our own wedding and owe it all to Brenda!! She is a great wedding planner and even more wonderful person!! Grazie e saluti!!!

Not only did Brenda plan an experience of a lifetime for Eric and I, she also broadened the horizons of several of our family members. Our parents who would have never left the US if not for our wedding, are now planning their next international adventure.

Brenda has extensive knowledge of the country and its rich history, and taught us so much about the area and it's cuisine. She organized transportation to and from Tuscany for our group, planned day trips and amazing meals, and made sure all of our paper work was in order, even if that meant keeping the American Embassy open 30 minutes longer!

Our wedding wouldn't have been the same without Brenda, and we can't thank her enough!

Everyone who attended my wedding tells me it was THE BEST wedding they have even been to (even over their own wedding!!), and I couldn't agree more!! The days leading up to the wedding and especially the wedding day itself was such a magical experience and definitely one that I will never forget. Having Brenda made the whole "wedding planning" experience completely stress-free and more importantly, FUN!! Every time my mother and I think back on the wedding, it's inevitable that one of us always says - "What would we have done without Brenda?!?" So, to anyone who is wishing to get married in Italia and wants the most beautiful and special wedding day that anyone could ask for, seek out Brenda Babcock.

Brenda made our daughter's wedding in Italy he most memorable, stress-free, elegant wedding I've ever been to! Not only did she arrange the wedding reception, but also guided us on the menu, selected the band and provided the transportation to and from St. Peter's for the bride and her father (me). Even the bridesmaids were ferried from their villa outside Rome to the Vatican and then the whole wedding party travelled by pre-arranged couch to Casina Veladier. In short, no detail was left unattended to. I would choose Brenda all over again next time, but, alas, this was my last of three daughters!

We would have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Brenda to organise your perfect day in Italy. Brenda's extensive contacts are ideal and her choice in venue was superb. Brenda is patient and understanding, working with you to make sure you get what you want for the price that you want to pay. Excellent service throughout !

Brenda of Italia Celebrations gave us the most perfect wedding ever! Our guests still talk about it years later!
We chose a foreign place with foreign language and since we wanted a perfect wedding, it was too much to do on our own. We met her several months beforehand to do proper paperwork at our Embassy, and she had all paperwork, forms, and witnesses ready to oblige. We didn't want to have to get married beforehand and do a ceremony just for friends and family. Brenda made this possible.
We had our wedding over the weekend that Lehman Brothers went bankrupt. Unfortunately 20% of our guests had to cancel at the last minute. Brenda made arrangements and renegotiated our costs for us. When it rained on Friday, and our dinner venue became unavailable (our 'rehearsal dinner' with all our guests), she already had a plan to move the event to a cozy spot that felt charming and well designed. When it got chilly, our guests were handed scarves. When it got dark they were handed flashlights. When they were thirsty, they got a bottle of wine beside their bed.
She helped deliver our wedding weekend with high New York City Class, but authentic country charm of the Tuscan village surroundings. Not one detail was overlooked and nothing felt rushed or false. She has sourced the highest level vendors you can imagine: photographer, videographer, caterers, florist, musicians, and stylist. We never were concerned with any detail as she had it all handled. We just focused on our guests, our love for one another and having fun.
We will never forget the Mille Feuille (cake). She even managed to find us a DJ from a club in Milan and we danced until 5 AM. It was the very best party I have ever been to. And it was Ours!

Brenda is WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!! I couldn't recommend her highly enough. She's helpful, flexible, accomodating, kind, professional, and absolutely exudes every bit of elegance that a wedding planner should. I have to admit that, before we decided to go with her, we were NOT AT ALL interested in having a wedding planner; I'd never have pegged us as 'that type'. But after attending a small Tuscan wedding for one of my dear friends from back home, which Brenda helped plan, we were just blown away. And so, then we decided to solicit her services as well. And to be honest, if I had to make the decision all over again, I'd still choose her as enthusiastically. Things of note about her:

- She's incredibly responsive, which is particularly helpful with a destination wedding where distance is a reality
- She's thorough and covers all the details, so you never worry about something falling through the cracks
- If you want to get married in Italy, you need someone that speaks the language. And it really helps that she is also fluent in English for when she reports back to you. :)
- She has such fine taste. Now, this is a very personal judgment call to make, as 'taste' is defined so differently by different people. But she is one I'd call 'classically elegant' (FYI - she used to work for Vera Wang, which is no surprise). So if this at all resonates with you, then choose her!!
- We chose the location/venue of our wedding based on HER recommendation alone (before seeing it ourselves); given the timing, we had to make a decision fast (someone else had cancelled and we therefore planned our wedding in less than 6 months) and we fully trusted her judgment enough to make a deposit on the location before even going there. When we visited a couple months later (for the tasting, etc.), we were seriously blown away!
- She's just plain ol' NICE. We still keep in touch with her to this day.

We have used the services of Italia Celebrations when we planned our wedding in Tuscany in 2008. This was without any doubt a great decision, as the provided service was impecable, and made our day so much more enjoyable for us, knowing that Italia Celebrations was on top of EVERYTHING! Furthermore, Italia Celebrations has a list of locations which took our breath awayand and contacts, which considerably brought the cost of the wedding down.

Italia Celebrations is fantastic. We had a destination wedding in Rome during December of 2007, and it was one of most amazing days of our lives. We knew we wouldn't be able to visit Rome ahead of the wedding so we put a lot of trust into Brenda's suggestions for the vendors and venues. Everything far exceeded our expectations! Brenda is extremely professional and made the whole planning process leading up to the big day so much less stressful. To this day, our friends and family still talk about how much they loved our wedding :)

Brenda was amazing to work with. I planned my wedding in Rome, Italy from Austin, Texas which could have been a huge stress fest. She made the whole process seem simple and effortless!

Somehow providence brought Brenda into our lives when we decided to find a wedding planner for our wedding in Rome, Italy. After reviewing some web sights, I found IC and from the first email, I knew she was the one. She planned the most beautiful, tasteful and elegant wedding (without being stuffy or staid) you could possibly imagine. The flowers, food and music were exactly what we wanted so she was a great interpreter of our wishes. She was always calm, professional, fast and efficient and never disappointed. We had over 100 guests from all over the world and every single one of them agreed with us that it was the most wonderful, beautiful wedding they ever attended.

Brenda is a lovely women to work with, she is very knowledgeable with the logistics of getting married in Italy and is very connected with many beautiful locations to get married at. Brenda only hires the best photographers, caterers and florists for her brides and grooms. Her commitment to her work is unparalleled, from day one I never had a doubt in my mind that my wedding would be exactly what I wanted.
