Felicia went above and beyond with my cake. I emailed the picture of what i wanted to over 2 dozen vendors and of the ones that would even attempt it she was half the price of most. The cake could not have been more perfect. My guests were talking about it for days.

Felicia is an absolute GEM! Words cannot express the divinity of her cakes! Whew! The cake she has as her profile picture right now is actually our cake! (Awww I love seeing it!) Those flowers… were hand made!! They are not real! Incredible!
Felicia is beyond talented in her profession. My goodness. We interviewed and tasted a number of cakes before hers- and after we sampled hers - well, nothing could compare! It was beyond amazing! And her fondant… is made of white chocolate!!! YUM. Our guests actually ate the fondant! No one ever eats the fondant! It was out of this world- actually melts in your mouth!
Felicia’s creativity is exactly what you want for your wedding day. We all want a cake that will make the guests gasp- And that she definitely did! Iva's cake place did a wonderful job on our wedding cake. It was perfect! The cake was exactly what we wanted...i.e. flavors, look etc. It was beautiful. We could not be happier with the results, and we would definately recommend them to others.

I cannot begin to describe the elegance and perfection of my wedding cake. Every detail I explained that I wanted was incorporated. The cake was beautifully displayed at the wedding, delivered on time. We also ordered a grooms cake of my husbands police badge, and the same perfection was put into his cake! No detail was overlooked!

About Iva's Cake Place
As a little girl, I used to stand on a stool in Iva’s kitchen, flour in my hair and tell-tell cookie dough smeared on my lips. With the grin of anticipation on my face, I would look up at Iva and ask, “Grandma, can I crack the eggs in now?” or “Grandma, is it time to add the chocolate chips now?” Some of the fondest memories I have as a child were in my grandmother’s kitchen. Iva instilled in me the love of baking, but this love and passion did not come to fruition until I was in my late 20’s. At 14, I took a cake decorating class at my church and found I had a natural talent but did not have much of an interest to develop it, at the time. At age 27, when my kid’s were very young I made a birthday cake for a friend, rediscovering my love and passion for baking and cake decorating. For the past 20 years I have worked on developing and honing my skills, teaching myself and my team the latest tricks and techniques. We never say “NO.” If we don’t know how to do it, we research it and learn it. We create traditional, old-school to “thinking-outside-the-box” confections. This is the experience we bring to your event; plus, being a made from scratch, custom order only kitchen boasting the freshest ingredients we can find.
