THINK TWICE HERE! Be Careful with your contracts! Read each one and be careful the wording remains the same! our contract's wording changed slightly each revision and before we knew it, they were trying to charge us A TON extra, remove half of the package, and remove the carriage house for the bride...THE BRIDE! A WEEK BEFORE THE WEDDING WHEN PAYMENT WAS DUE! On top of that, they called my wife at a time they knew I was out on business in an attempt to bully her into a new contract! Then they tried to charge our card without authorization! We finally got things settled with them (sort of) and the staff (hourly and Paul) did a great job meeting our needs at the time of the wedding. Two weeks later.. we found out items were stolen from our gift box. This was a VERY small wedding so we know it was not a family member. If you're in the area and EXTREMELY flexible go for it. I would recommend Receptions, over this facility, unless you dig extra pre-wedding stress :)

Reception site is beautiful, Judy is great to work with, food sounds very yummy, everything is pretty much included with the price you pay..alcohol, table settings, multiple rooms to use, dance floor, etc..can't wait for the wedding!
