We worked with J Crew for our bridesmaids' dresses, and they were amazing to do business with! It was wonderful - and unexpected - to have an actual person to contact for questions or thoughts. They were quick to share fabric samples and thoughts on what might work and what might not. The service was great ... you certainly get what you pay for!

I purchased my wedding dress & the maid of honor dress through J Crew. We were given an online consultant, Amanda, who was incredible. She provided support getting me my dress, getting my MOH dress, and then when I last minute had to change maid of honors and that dress was no longer available, helped me find something that I fell even more in love with and honored the same price. She was fantastic. Customer Service went over the top when she emailed me the day before my wedding because she remembered and wanted to wish me well. Well done, J Crew! The only thing I had difficulty with only slightly was that the dress was somewhat difficult to alter due to excess material that I didn't expect from the photograph online. Other than that, it was exactly what I wanted.

Beautiful bridesmaids dresses that they actually want to wear again!

For my wedding dress I got a J. Crew bridesmaids dress. It was incredibly inexpensive, fit well, and was pretty well made. I totally recommend it! Also, the bridal studio on Madison was cute, cozy, and very helpful.

I fell in love with my dress the moment I put it on but there were not left to order in my size. I was able to buy the sample which saved me some money and some heartache! I love love love my dress and never wanted to take it off. It was perfect for me - a laidback casual, no frills girl. Was perfect for my wedding!

J. Crew makes things that looks good but they are a bit difficult to deal with.

Found the perfect dress at J. Crew and LOVED it! My husband also ordered his attire from J. Crew! They were very personal and even wrote a few personal notes making sure that everything had turned out the way we had envisioned! It was awesome to get to work with such a big company and yet feel like I was their only bride at the time! I planned my wedding from out of the country and absolutely loved working with them!

My experience at the J Crew Bridal Boutique in NYC was truly a lovely experience. The boutique is absolutely beautiful with white carpeting, fresh flowers, and a beautiful display of wedding gowns and colorful bridesmaid dresses.

Their staff is extremely professional and knowledgable. I bought the Clarice gown and two fantastic belts (one with a flower and one with rhinestones). The bridal consultant was quick to show me the belts with the dress and it was an amazing touch!

I absolutely loved getting my dress at J. Crew. I looked on-line and narrowed it down to 5 dresses to try before I booked my appointment. I called and got my appointment and they pulled all 5 dresses for me to try, narrowed it down to 2, tried those on again and was out the door in 45 minutes dress bought! The dress arrived 1 week later!!!

Very very beautiful dresses that are elegant, sophisticated and very well priced. I am a tomboy with a little hippy in me and I didn't want to look like the wedding cake. J. Crew has simple, elegant, feminine-without-being-girly dresses. They fit so well. After trying on three dresses, I found the most beautiful ivory silk full length semi backless sleeveless dress. I was jumping for joy in the lovely private dressing room.

I tried on dresses with Analise at J. Crew in NYC, this was before the wedding boutique opened up. The dressing room was rather small, so I'm glad I only brought three people with me. But overall the service was wonderful, I got to try on anything I wanted, and Analise got me a great deal on my dress. I eventually bought my husband's suit from J.Crew, as well as the groomsmen's shirts and pants. All awesome.
