J Paul Studios definitely has TALENT! Jeff and his assistant arrived promptly as scheduled at the hotel and immediately starting photographing the flowers and rings. I have to say that I was highly impressed with their unique shots of certain objects, such as my engagement ring and shoes. My favorite shots of the day were (hands down) of my husband and I's "first look". I don't know how they did it, but they were able to capture the anticipation and excitement before, during, and after we saw each other for the first time on our wedding day. These are definitely pictures (better said as moments) that I will cherish FOREVER.

J Paul Studios gave us an array of poses and pictures of our day (including posed pictures and candid ones during the reception). The crew was also open to hearing poses and locations that I wanted (which I definitely appreciated). They managed to capture big moments of our day, while not intruding on our guests :-) And again, they captured the feelings of moments (not just a picture)...amazing.

True professional & quick in responsive. Did our engagement portraits & wedding photos & couldn't have been more pleased, photos are clear and captured every moment. I would highly recommend and would definately use J. Paul for a future event....best photographer around.

The quality of the photos was amazing. The creativity of the photos the session preparing the wedding album and the thank you notes was equally wonderful. We would recommend to anyone needing a photographer.

Jeff from J Paul studios did an amazing job at our wedding. He was very professional. The whole day went so smooth. Even went i felt a little stressed he kept calm and assured me we would get everything done and we did. He took so many amazing photos! It was hard to narrow down what we wanted because everything was so perfect. They paid attention to every detail and captured all the important moments of our day.

i had a great experience working with J P Studios for my wedding in june 2012. Jeff answered every quwstioned i had and he was very profession along with his staff. They made taking the pictures fun for me and the wife as well as the wedding party. i would deffentily recommend him to anyone looking for a great photographer and a great experence

Jpauls studios did our engagment photos & our wedding on march 25,2012 & Jeff was our photographer. He was amazing!!! My husband & I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a artistic & fun Photoagher. He made us feel so comfortable. It's was like we knew him forever. We would use him again for anything else we would need a Photoagher for. our wedding album came out better then I could of asked for. Thank you Jpauls studios!!!

J Paul Studios did a great job for my wedding. Jeff came to my hair appt. and took pictures as we got ready. He then was at my parents' house to take the rest of the getting ready shots. He made sure we got our beach shots that we wanted after the church ceremony and they came out great. He also made sure to grab us for some beautiful sunset photos during the reception, but didn't keep us long so we could return to the party. He helped us pick our album and didn't rush us out the door, helping us tell our wedding story to our liking. Any problems that arose, all I had to do was simply ask about it and they were quick to fix without having to harass. My wedding video came out great and the videographier never got in the way. I have and will continue to recommend J Paul Studios to my friends.

While we got a great photographer who was very professional, friendly and great to work with, we felt he was very expensive. Additionally, he did not seem to get any pictures of anyone at the party who were not in the dance floor all the time which was a bit disappointing.

Rude. kept us waiting for almost an hour for 1 appt. complained about retouching photos (it's part of the package!). He told us he should "charge extra" to edit out a blemish. did not get any pictures of centerpieces, wedding dress, shoes, flowers in getting ready pictures. got into an argument with a guest at the wedding, telling the guest not to get in his way while taking pictures because, "they paid me; not you." spent a lot of money on book and noticed too late that there's smudges in some pictures and color distortion as well. he also did not retouch the large prints we paid for even though he was requested to. also we paid to have all proofs on dvd and also noticed too late that the pics in album are not on dvd. wish we researced better and went with someone else.

This photographer did not think outside of the box! He was rude to guest and did not do pictures we requested. The proof were a great disapointment!!! I rec'd better pictures from my guest

Pictures taken were beautiful, but don't feel it was worth the cost. Have to admit that the pictures taken of the church ceramony were amazing. I guess for someone else it might be worth it, but now I wish I had spent a little more on my honeymoon, and a little less on the picture taking. Still had trouble picking my favorite from all the different shots (hundreds to choose from). Had second thoughts on some things after contract was signed, but they would not work with us to find solution and we were tied into something we had later changed our minds on. Guess that is my real reqret. Later wanted something a little less formal, but posing for shots didn't spoil the wedding, and there were tons of great pictures to pick from.

Jeff and Ruth (Owners) were extremely professional. As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed with coffee, and they took their time to listen and understand what we were looking for out of our wedding experience. They were very open to our ideas, and combined them with some of their own to give un an out of this world memory of our special day. On the wedding day, Jeff's sense of humor got everyone thru the day, and he put smiles on people's faces that I'd never seen smile in my life (and yes he captured that on film). After the wedding, we set up an appointment for a review/design session which was a blast. It was a great way to remember our day, and decide how we'd like to remember it forever. Jeff and Ruth are highly creative and talented with digital photograph software. If you give them the hint of an idea, they will visually materialize it before your eyes. Prices are reasonable to slightly high, but what you get for your money is a top quality product which will last. I'm not sure how prices compare to other vendors, but I do know that having used other vendors for smaller events, the quality simply doesn't compare.

J Paul has shot our engagement, our wedding, and our twins' baptism so far, and a family portrait thus far. J Paul is not like other vendors. After we finished our wedding, we called them up almost two years later and they still remembered our names and vivid details of our day and the style of photographs we like to get. Relationships are very important to us. We don't like to be just any customer, and don't like to work with just any vendor. J Paul has become our official family photographer, and a special part of our family for when we need to capture those memorable moments.

I absolutely loved my photographer! He was amazing! When my husband and I booked them they were willing to make you an offer you couldn't refuse. I booked both photography and videography and got a huge discount! They were very professional and polite. They were the third place I went and within 10 minutes I knew I wanted them!

Great album...the new digital style, but very expensive. The people that work there hustle you a bit to buy more...stand your ground!

We really liked J Paul Studios. The photographer was very funny and was very accommodating (I had a tough crowd!).
The initial package we chose was very inexpensive and was a good value....until we went to pick out our pictures. We ended up upgrading and paid about 4x's as much as we had planned. It was well worth it as the photo quality was wonderful. It was just more of a hole in our pockets then we had planned.

They were great to work with and when we actualy went to sit down to do our album they gave us good ideas on what pictures to pick!

We highly recommend J. Paul Studios for your wedding day. Jeff and his staff are extremely professional, creative and accommodating. They deliver what they promise when they promise. They have shot several events at Crowne Plaza and we have heard nothing but rave reviews.
