The J and R Events team did the most outstanding job on one of the most special days of mine and my husbands life. We got married on February 14 the love day of all love days. We work with a team of professional vendors to transform your vision into reality. Our design team is able to make-over almost any venue to suit your needs. This may consist of Up-lighting Effects, Piping and Draping, Staging, Over-the-Top Floral Design to Sheik and Elegant Floral Design. Our impeccable attention to detail and consideration to our clients' vision makes us one of Southern California's most desired Event Planning companies. We want you to sit-back, relax, and leave the planning to us. There's no event too BIG or too small that we can't handle!
Answer: Yes, but within reason. Depending on the event size, event simplicity and location; budgets of $6,000.00 or more and a total guest count of 100 attendees or less is possible. But give us a call, we're very nifty in our craft and you'll be amazed at how we can assist you!
Question: What do you charge for event planning services?
Answer: Our fees are based on the total event budget and range from 18% up to 30% of the total stated budget. If there is no budget, then fees are quoted on a flat-rate basis and are determined from the services requested to be performed.
Question: Do you provide Event Design Services without Event Planning Services?
Answer: Yes, we absolutely do! Along design our floral design team 'Design By Ashley', we are always ready and willing to assist you with a fabulous design for your wedding. You and your guest will be delighted with joy with the final result.
Question: Do you provide Same Day Event Management?
Answer : Certainly! We find that some brides are really hands on with the planning portion of their wedding but could really use a extra helping hand on the day of her wedding. We just ask that you contact us at least 6 weeks prior to your big day so that we can get caught up on all the fabulous details that you put together. We want to make sure your day goes on without a hitch!
Question: What if I don't have the money to pay for your services up front?
Answer: Not a problem! We will be happy to accommodate you with bi-weekly and/or monthly payment invoices. We do require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking and for invitation orders not included in your custom package. However, as long as your final payment is received at least one-week prior to your event date you're good to go!
Question: Do you travel outside of your local city and State?
Answer: We certainly do! We travel to all 50 States in the U.S. and abroad. Additional fees will apply for long distance travel; however, we'll be happy to create a custom package just for you. So don't worry, we got you covered!
Question: What types of payment do you accept?
Answer: We accept check, cash, and most major credit cards such as: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If paying by check, please allow 7 days for check clearing before services will begin.
