Jackie's Cake Creations

She is the preferred vendor through our reception venue, and it is easy to see why! The cake was fantastic!! I sent her ribbon to line the edges of the cake, because I wanted to use a specific color, and it was not a problem at all. She decorated the cake beautifully, it arrived on time (without incident), and it tasted great. I highly recommend this bakery.

After doing the normal run around town trying baker after baker I was lucky enough to find Jackie. Jackie is by far one of the best kept secrets in the Valley. Jackie is a wonderfully warm and inviting person. My first meeting with her was wonderful. She asked my husband and I what kind of cake we wanted to try instead of giving us a sample of everything. I love that because there are so many flavors that I knew ahead of time I didn't want to try. Why should we be forced to try so many items when we really only have to try 3 or 4. She then makes you a piece of cake. She listens to what you like then goes in the back and makes a huge piece of layered cake with the fillings and cake flavors she feels would match your style. Warning, don't eat before you go there, the samples are huge. You need a to go box!

Now on to my wedding day. Leading up to the big day Jackie took all my calls, even the one from Joan's Fabric while i was picking out decorations. We had a design concept in mind but I left the final touches up to her. Jackie put the whole cake together on site and it was more beautiful then anything I could have imagined. Then there was the moist amazing cake. It is two weeks later I am still hearing about the unbelievable cake. People keep asking me where it came from, how does she get it so moist and filled with flavor? What was that amazing filling?

Her prices are wonderful and she is wonderful.

My cake looked more like a centerpiece than an actual cake and some people thought it was fake. It was absolutely beautiful. My caterer said she was right on time and was done in about 20 minutes. I was so fortunate to have found her.

We really liked our cake from Jakqui. She recreated a doodle of mine right on the cake, which I thought was really cool. She also stepped up and did a layer in a special flavor per my request (dark chocolate/grand marnier!) which was great. Really moist, yummy cake! Definitely recommend her work!
