Jackson's Bistro

We fell in love with the Waterfront Room as soon as we saw it. The views of downtown Tampa and the water area amazing. We had a small 50 person reception, and the room was the perfect size. Our guests couldn't stop commenting on how beautiful the view was out of the floor-to-ceiling windows on 3 sides of the room. The outdoor patio space was also a huge hit, since the evening weather was wonderful that night. Working with Rebecca was a breeze, and she was always friendly and timely in responding to my numerous questions. The food and service were impeccable. Paul was our banquet captain and provided tremendous service to us, anticipating all of our needs and wants all night. We couldn't have asked for a better event, and we loved how impressed our guests were with the view, the food and the service.

We had our ceremony and rehearsal dinner at Jacksons. Both were awesome the food was great as well as the service. Rebecca was very helpful and made the process very easy.

If my plans hadn't changed, I would have gone with this restaurant on the water. Excellent food, and the waterfront room has an incredible view, I highly recomend this venue. Parking is easy and any pics would come out great.

Jackson's Bistro was WONDERFUL to work with! As soon as my fiance walked into the Waterfront Room (situated above the restaurant, with all glass walls overlooking the bay), we knew we wanted to have our reception there! Rebecca, Jackson's event coordinator was professional, thorough, and had amazing follow up and attention to detail. We changed things on her constantly, and she just rolled with everything and made the changes we requested. We had a customized brunch menu, we had cupcakes versus a cake, we had mimosa toasts versus champagne, and we were allowed to bring in edible arrangements for our centerpieces. It was a wonderful space - exactly what we wanted - and Rebecca was absolutely fabulous to work with! We would recommend this location to anyone who is holding a smaller, intimate gathering.
