I hired Jackie Ray last year to do engagements, bridals and wedding day (package) but we had to postpone our wedding because our son had to have surgery, and that took a huge chunk out of the wedding budget. She said to let her know when we rescheduled. I did, but she is not available that day. So, I asked her if we could apply the $1200 I paid her last year toward engagement and bridal sessions and maybe a family session later on. She said no!!! And she will not refund my money!!!

I am so glad that I found Jackie to photograph our wedding! She is very relaxed and fun to work with and can put even the most camera-shy people at ease. She has a true gift for creating unique and beautiful photos out of the most simple scenery. I will treasure my wedding pictures forever and look forward to having Jackie photograph my family for many years!

Jackie Ray was so fun to work with during my bridal shoot! You can tell her heart is in photography. Jackie Ray was a blast to be around and my pictures turned out amazing. She is super sweet, fun, laid back, and talented. I'm a bit reserved when it comes to photography sessions but she made me feel like I was a model! She directed really well and it wasn't awkward. I will be using her again and recommending her to everyone!!

Jackie did an incredible job with our engagement and wedding day pictures. Even at 9 months pregnant, she was there every step of the day and made sure that it was all about the bride when taking bridal portraits before the wedding. I love that the pictures are unique and different from other wedding photographers. My husband and I can confidently say you will be happy with Jackie Ray Photography!

Jackie was amazing! We have gotten so many compliments on all of our photos. Jackie did our engagements, bridals, our engagement party, the rehearsal dinner, and the wedding day. She took incredible posed portraits as well as spontaneous captured moments. I will be calling Jackie for ANY photography need that I have in the future. She gave us an AMAZING price on our package, and got us our pictures within two weeks every time. Jackie did the photography for my daughter's wedding in July. She is such a kind, understanding and reassuring professional! Jackie made us feel great about the photography aspect of our wedding from the very first meeting. The contract/business process was super easy, convenient and understandable. She and her assistant worked extremely hard and energetically through out the ceremony and reception. As a result, we have wonderful pictures with various backgrounds and some wonderful lighting. I cannot say enough good things about Jackie! After searching for weeks online at photographers all over TX, I was fortunate enough to find her! Her prices are ridiculously cheap for the quality of photos she produces and she is so easy and fun to work with! I didn't even have to tell her specifically what I wanted for the wedding day; she knew exactly what pics to take based off her other brides, and she captured everything I could have wanted. On the day of the wedding, she even showed up at my house and had already scoped out my neighborhood and found a little path to an area behind the houses that overlooked a valley- it was perfect for the bridal pics! She lives several hours away, and still managed to find this hidden gem that I had overlooked after years of living in my neighborhood! I couldn't be happier with the memories she's captured for mine and my husband's big day! Thanks, Jackie! We are so appreciative of all you've done! :)

Jackie took our engagement photos, and we hired her for the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner and the wedding. She was fabulous---we have nothing but wonderful things to say about her! Our photos were so wonderful that they were even featured on Ruffled Blog. Do yourself a favor and stop looking for another photographer---just hire Jackie!

Jackie is an outstanding photographer. She captured every little detail. After looking at my photos she even captured moments that I didn't remember. She is very professional and just a good and honest person overall. I can not imagine my day without her. I highly recommend her services.

Jackie was so flexible...when my original date for the bridal shoot was rained out, she rescheduled quickly. She is also very easy to stay in contact with, she always returned my calls or emails within a day.
I will forever cherish the beautiful memories that Jackie captured for us!!!

P.s. Invest in a coffee table album, you will not regret the investment. :)

Your service was truly appreciated, and highly recommended! I want to start off by saying that the pictures were beyond amazing and you personality stuck with the guest at the wedding. Before we even returned home people were talking about how the photographer who had no problems getting wet and dirty with us. And you projected an excitement about taking the pictures that got us and our guest excited about just watching.
I had called many other photographers in Dallas (where we are from) and in Galveston. When I said the word wedding, the person seemed like they were reading from a script, just add travel expenses with the ones in Dallas. As soon as I called you everything changed; you asked real questions about the event and what I needed. I could tell you were excited about the chance and the idea of the wedding that made me excited about having you join us.
When we did our engagement photos it was the first time my husband and I had done anything like that, you made us feel comfortable and happy about being there.
I had to take time off from school to have the wedding of my dreams; a beautiful evening at the beach with family and friends. But I wanted to take it a bet farther get in the water. Thankful my husband loved the idea, and on the wedding day was happy to do it, and you were right there with us.
On the wedding day you got there early (THANK YOU) and you were ready to start without any problems. We took many pictures of my getting ready and you had your husband there photographing mine. That was really cool, because y’all worked together perfectly.
I got the wedding of my dreams and my fairy tale pictures to share and remember. Thank you again, I would recommend you to anyone looking for a photographer, you do a wonderful job and worth every penny.

Jackie Ray Photography (formerly known as Jacqueline Becker Photography) was amazing. She was on time, even after having been given the wrong church name. She was professional and quite cost effective. Even after the wedding, she still worked with our tiny budget to make sure that our experience with her was all it could be.
Also, she is located in Lufkin, Texas. My wedding was in Tomball, Texas. She drove out to Tomball for my wedding at 11a.m.
She took pictures of everything. There were pictures on there of people I did not even know were at my wedding. 709 pictures later, we were finished. She captured every moment of our wedding that she possibly could.
She did an amazing job.

Jacqueline was my 2/27/2010 Alvin, Texas wedding photogragher. She arrvied the wedding very early to check out the venue, dressed professionaly, work efficiently. She remembered all my request and photos were very beautiful.

Plus, she beleives every bride should be able to afford a great phtographer even with a small budget, her rate is cheaper than reasonable.

I was so pleased with everything Jacqueline did for us - our engagement pictures are wonderful as are our wedding photos. She arrived early and stayed late and made us all feel so comfortable. Her work is impressive - no cheesy, generic photos, just beautiful and artistic ones. 5 Stars does not do Jacqueline justice I would give her 1,000 stars if I could. I have never worked with anyone like Jacqueline. She always went above and beyond what her duties were as our photographer. Our pictures are incredible and we've already had several friends inquire about her. Turnaround time was less than a month despite the fact that Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years were all apart of that time period. As odd as this sounds, I believe her photography is worth well over what she charges.

Jacqueline really cares about her clients. If you want your photographer to care about your big day and not her paycheck, call Jackie! She made sure our wedding would be memorable!

I was fortunate enough to book Jackie less then one week before our wedding. She made the entire process soooo easy!! She was very professional from beginning to end while still being personal. We had a small wedding - about 30 ppl. All my girlfriends kept coming up to me and saying how great the photographer was handling the event. By the time they asked her if she had taken a photo of X, she had already done it. Her turnaround time for getting the photos back to us was phenomenal... and the photos were amazing - she has a great eye for catching the most intimate and natural special moments that the blind eye otherwise misses! I received so many compliments on her photos from many who saw them. We're having a second reception in NY and I would honestly have flown her out there to guarantee the same experience if time and planning had permitted.

Jackie is not only super talented, but she is also very easy to work with. She did my bridal photos and wedding photos and the results are absolute treasures. We did a vintage Hollywood glamour theme, and the photos convey that perfectly.

I have has the opportunity to work with Jackie , and I ALWAYS love her work !
